The Pebble Tech is coming off in some areas and there is aggregate remaining on the Pebble Tech which needs an acid wash. We have been contacting Kathleen about this for 2.5 years (no joke) - weve sent numerous emails with photos and have called Kathleen and every single time, she has some excuse as to why they havent come out to fix the Pebble Tech yet.

If you want a completed swimming pool DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO VALLEY OASIS POOLS!!! The worst customer service...the worst experience...the worst...service PERIOD. I should have read the reviews but a friend recommended them, plus Alex the sales rep promised me I would be swimming by summer...this was a lie!!! My pool process was supposed to start January 2021 & be completed March 2021. The pool process did not begin until 31 March 2021 only after me continually calling. Once they started the process, it was hit or miss on any work being done. They would say they will be out on a certain day and wouldnt show up until the following week..if that. Very unreliable!! Everytime I would call I would get some an excuse..i.e. weather...covid..permits..etc.. Meanwhile my co-workers, who start their pool process after me with different companies, managed to get their pool completed and were swimming while my process was still ongoing. I finally had enough of their Shenanigans and hired the company my friend had used. In the week that the new company was hired my pool process has been moving forward with a quickness and the end is in site..no thanks to Valley Oasis. So, in conclusion I would say if you want a swimming pool please take my review to heart, I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I went through..The negative experiences outweigh the positive. There is so much more thathappend through this process..to much to write..just know Im trying to save you aggravation. I gave one star cause I think I needed to give a star for review..I really want to give 0!!!

I just had the most unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Jordan. We are in the final stages for our pool installation and had some concerning questions as to an expected timeline of completion. We have been told a few different stories and given different timelines of completion, but never met.I advised her that I would like to speak with Olivia in regards to some questions. Jordan was nice enough to take down my name and number and asked me what is this regarding. Thats when it went South. I advised her I just had some questions and to have her call me back. She proceeded to tell me that a detailed message is needed otherwise Olivia cant call me back.As a customer spending thousands of dollars with your company I find that to be unacceptable! Jordan began becoming standoffish and appeared not to want to pass my message along. Since she is the gatekeeper, I decided to see if this would catch the attention of management in hopes for follow up.I understand that things happen with construction, especially now during covid. All I am asking for is truth and honesty on whats going on and set the correct expectation. Informed customer = understanding customer.In closing, just because you say thank you and have a great day, doesnt mean that you are professional. Step your game up Jordan or this will be all you will amount to in life.

I just read the last review from Raul and I cant believe what I read - your basically talking about the receptionist - why didnt you go directly to Alex the designer or Kathleen the owner ?? We had the best experience with Valley Oasis and this review is simple not true - they were top notch and I had everyones cell phone and they were always available to chat or discuss issues - Kathleen came out on several occasions to check on things and Alex was super text and email responsive along with Noah -I am overly thrilled that we went with VO as all the other companies kept telling me what I should do and didnt listen to what I wanted -I am still in contact with all at VO and they clean our pool weekly - this is a family ran business that been in business for over 30 years -Sorry Raul about your exp but you should talk to mgr before posting 1 star - just not true

We are very pleased with our new pool built by Valley Oasis. They were about the only reputable builder that services Santa Cruz County. We got off to a slow start, mainly because of the pandemic, but once we were ready to go, Noah, Kathleen and Olivia were on top of our project every step of the way. The thing I liked best was throughout this project whenever we were informed that a contractor was to be on site or a delivery was scheduled, those people or things were there on time, which is becoming a rare quality for many businesses today. From start to finish, our team never made us feel like we were a burden and responded to each of our questions or concerns. Noah was very thorough during our start up after completion of the pool walking us through maintenance and operating procedures. We highly recommend Valley Oasis if you’re looking for professionalism and quality service and product. Thanks Valley Oasis!

I decided to use this company because Terry (the salesman/designer) was amazing with helping us with the beginning process. However, once it left his hands the experience went downhill. I am still waiting for any communication from management. I had problems with the decking and it took days before I got a call back. Then we had problems with the pool plastering. I again waited days for a call back. It seems that nobody is in the office when they are needed. The woman I was dealing with for scheduling and construction was eventually fired because of the poor handling of my pool. But it continues since while they are fixing the problems. I still cant get a phone call back the same day with simple questions about my pool. I would love to give them a better review but the customer communication is severely lacking. Once all the problems were solved the pool is gorgeous but currently I still dont know what the status is. All I want is a phone call the same day I call the office. Shouldnt be too difficult.Edit:. So once I posted this review and sent an email to the office I received a phone call about my issues. They were very apologetic and redeemed themselves by taking care of the problem immediately. I am changing my star review so that it reflects the efforts they have put forth since my initial review. They are not a bad company, they do great work, but they seem to be understaffed for the amount of customers they seem to be taking. Noah and Kathleen have called me on several occasions since the problems arose and have have taken great care of me. If you use Valley Oasis for your pool, just be aware of the situation.

Valley Oasis did a great job of transforming our backyard into the sanctuary of our dreams and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From Alex turning our vision into a design (and helping with filling in the details and resolving some technical issues) to the talented crews under the supervision of Darrell that fulfilled that design, and to Renee who kept it all moving, Valley O’s team was impressive and easy to work with. As the project progressed both the president Noah and owner Kathleen came by to monitor the work and ask us how they were doing. We highly recommend Valley Oasis for your backyard/pool project.

We had Valley Oasis install a pool for us this spring and I must say we couldnt be happier with the results. The pool and landscaping are beautiful and everything seems to be working great. You might find someone to install a pool more cheaply but if you want excellent quality design, materials and construction I would say Valley Oasis is your best bet. We used them for monthly service about 5 years. My swimming sand tank was leaking and floating was broken. I called the office before Christmas. She told me someone will come after the Christmas. No body showed up until last week Jan. 9th. And he didnt address any issues. I called the office twice on Monday Jan.11th and left messages to the voice box and the front desk. No one call me back until 11:00 am today. I called to cancel my services. Never use this company. They dont care about customers.

Great Spool, Our sales/design person was great and very patient with us, since we first made contact months earlier, definitely would recommend Dave Franklin, good knowledge. Originally we are a bit concerned about a small pool getting too hot in our summer, not a problem. The location only gets direct sunlight from 8:30 to 3:00. Knowing now what we know we might have made a couple of different material choices, but overall still good. Did not realize how much noise from a water feature (waterfall) might have been more quiet with a statue of David peeing into the pool. Lowest flow much nicer, just an opinion. Jets, air pump, heater and multi speed motor all good.Length of time, well, we were not in a rush, good thing. May want to reset your expectations for date of completion. Anyway Kathleen and crews went overboard and made it all good. Nature of the business I guess.Electric cost increase, could not discern an increase is cost, new motor technologies a big plus. Gas for heater not bad considering just a few times to get jets nice and hot.

I have had my Valley Oasis pool for 2 years now and I love it! From beginning to end, the crew was first rate! Everyone was willing and able to help me with any questions I had. This review will be for Valley Oasis Landscaping. Our sales man was very understanding in any issues we had, but communication and commitment on when it’ll be done was an issue. For 2 weeks we didn’t get any answers back on when someone would be back out to fix our yard. We had irrigation lines sticking out and our gravel looked flooded. We signed a contract end of October, Our project was suppose to start end of December. They didn’t start till Mid January, and today was the final day of finishing the pavers the right way after coming back about 4 times for the whole project. We were told he would come at a certain time during the day, and we wouldn’t hear back from anyone for a few days after that. They took so long to finish the project, after so many mistakes but right away asked for the other half of the payment BEFORE our yard was complete. For the price we paid it was not worth the experience. We are brand new home buyers, first time shopping for landscapers. I wish we would have shopped some more before settling with Valley Oasis.Our yard is beautiful, some planets look dead already. My 1 star is for the experience overall. A one week project took over 2 months to complete.

Great service and great product

I almost had second thoughts of referring Valley Oasis to my father in law not because of them, but because he is so finicky. I wasn’t sure I want my friend Jason Myers to have to deal with him. I am glad I did because they did such a great job reworking his front yard that he was thrilled. The patience, professionalism and creativity the showed, really made them proud of their new lawn. I have used them myself and proudly tell friends about them.

We had Jayson and his crew remove a palm stump... What a hassle that can create if not removed properly, especially next to our concrete wall. They removed the stump with little to no mess, cleaned everything up nicely and laid new rock for us. The price was extremely reasonable, and that made us both so happy... Thanks so much for the great work and great price.

Valley Oasis has built two pools for me. One in 2012 and one in 2018. The finish product of both pools are excellent. However, my experience in 2012 was far better than my experience in 2018. There was better on-site management of the subs in 2012 than there was in 2018 which lead to a number of re-dos in my latest experience. The new managers and supervisors just needed to be more involved and accountable. I am satisfied with the end product.

Thank You Valley Oasis! We love our pool and awesome travertine deck that surrounds the area. Dave did a great job helping us with the design. The finished product looks just like the computer generated pictures. Everyone involved in the build process definitely knew their stuff. When we had questions or needs during and after the pool was done, someone has always gotten back to us to address any thoughts or needs. Were supper glad we spent the extra dollars on the clear3 ozone along with the Ultra UV system. The pool is very low maintenance. I have to mention that the heat pump pool heater is flat out awesome, Love it. We are so glad we went with Valley Oasis.

Just finished a pool remodel/refinish and had a great experience. Chris and the entire team from Valley Oasis made sure were happy with the outcome at every step of the project. Definitely recommend and will be using them for the continuation of our backyard remodel when were ready.

I am new to Arizona and was not sure how to care for all things Desert. They have been so helpful and do such a wonderful job with their landscaping services. I highly recommend them for all your outside beautification needs!

Valley Oasis Pools is in the process of building a pool at our home. We chose them over another pool company due to not only being better priced but the salesperson (Dave) who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool is in its final stages and I can only say great things about our experience. They have kept us abreast of each stage, calling us one or two days before each contractor was scheduled to arrive. All of the employees, the owner and the contractors have been very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful with the design and the choices that go along with designing and the construction of the pool.

The designer came out to look at the project. He did not take any notes, and did not appear to be really be listening to what I was saying I wanted. I was told it would take 2 weeks after we met to get a landscape design. After the two weeks, and not hearing from anyone, I had to call four times over the course of a week just to get a response. One of the times, a person told me it would be best to call the designers cell phone, then proceeded to give me my own phone number. When she finally got his number right, I called and a message said his voice mail is full and I was unable to leave a message. He finally called me and told me he had been leaving me messages on the wrong phone number. He wanted to meet with me and go over the design, and at this point I did not want to waste anymore time and needed to move forward, so I asked him to email it to me. The design I got was missing major elements I specifically stated I wanted, and included major elements I specifically stated I did not want. Clearly, my impression that he was not listening to what I wanted was correct. In his email he stated, If there is anything that needs immediate changing in the design, let me know. A few hours after I got the design, I emailed him and stated what needed to be fixed with design. Five days later, after not hearing from him, I emailed him again and asked that he let me know he got my first email and when I could expect the correct design. After five more days, I have heard nothing from him. I will not be using this company, and I will also be telling everyone I know what a poor job they did communicating with me.Addendum: The owner did call me a few hours after this was posted. He seemed to sincerely regret the experience I had and offered to make it right. Unfortunately, I have already been in contact with other companies to move forward with the project. What I would suggest to other customers is that you call and ask for the owner if you have to make more than one call/email to get someone to respond. He seemed like he would take care of the issue.

We absolutely love our pool. from the beginning to the end of the long road to a completed pool valley oasis did everything they could to make this pool right. they have a great design team. terry really helped us out with the visual. and now we see that it looks so good in our back yard. the demo team was right on top of the project. all very nice people and quick workers. there were some bumps along the way, you just never know what is down in the ground. they had to bring in the big guns, got it dug. the pool cleans itself, fills itself. its mostly maintenance free. and we have a lovely waterfall. we even use it in the winter for the sound of running h2o in the desert. thank you valley oasis.

We set out to get three estimates for a pool. These guys and gals were head and shoulders above the others; Very responsive, personable, excellent communicators. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. The design that David Nicasio worked up for us perfectly fits our needs. There has been virtually no down time between phases of the build, and no price raising surprises. Everything has happened as they told us it would. I highly recommend Valley Oasis pools.

Got off to a bad start, but we wanna thank rob for coming back and taking care of us at the end. Rob stuck with the warranty, replaced our dead plants, fixed our irrigation, and reset our water timer in a timely matter. Now our plants looks good as new. Thank you!

In 2017 we bought a new home. We knew we wanted a small pool, as our kids have grown and we just wanted something for the Tucson Summer heat! Valley Oasis pools was the answer! After receiving bids from other Tucson home builders, we decided that on Oasis. What a good call. Dave from Valley Oasis has been exceptional all throughout the process. They always respond quickly to our questions. They were able to modify plans as our needs changed. Just a great experience. We now have a wonderful small pool to escape the Tucson heat!

We purchased a new home with a pool that was in good condition but the pump and filter were rather dated. Michael did a great job with the install! The new pump is so much quieter and saves me over $1/day while running it longer than my old pump! I highly recommend Valley Oasis!

They are reliable, responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them. They also offer monthly pool service. The price is very reasonable and the guy who does it is excellent!

If you have a Hayward Pool vac, don’t expect them to fix it. They yanked us around everytime we called. They were unable to determine the problem and held our vac hostage for weeks. We finally retrieved it and took it to Leslie’s who fixed it in a day.

Valley Oasis has been great so far with our pool project. Dave is an excellent designer and a good guy. We could have used another company, but because of Daves genuine politeness and being down to earth we used Valley Oasis. I would recommend them to my best friends. In fact, I already have.

First class service!!! Everything from the first appointment to the actual build and all services after that were impeccable. Kathleen and staff were phenomenal and never let us down. Thank you for everything!

Our experience started out pleasant. We were sold on the options, the idea that the trades were primarily employees of Valley Oasis, and excited to start the build. During the process we had many concerns we brought to the attention of the team. For example; placement of pool equipment, shotcrete mess left on our walls / house / windows / screens, alignment of pool drains, destruction of plants / additional wall / irrigation during excavation. The start up tech came to our house four times to complete the set up, wrong equipment present, no equipment present, waterfall malfunction, cleaning heads not being fed enough water / power. Each time these issues were brought up, the owner and the team reassured us everything will be perfect in the end. As these conversations took place more and more frequently we found the tone to be very condescending and irritating. While this reassurance sounded hopeful, our hopes were diminished. We have now reached the end of the project and we had to settle with the shotcrete company for the damage to the back wall, the electricians have had to cover up holes in our house stucco with a metal bar that is now painted the wrong color (Which was blamed upon us for not leaving the paint on the back patio, they went ahead and painted it a completely different color that they had with them). We have a pending issue with the Pebble Tec company that we are told will not be addressed until the water warms up. We started our process in October and are now at the end of our ropes and are ready to just move on. If you are in the market for a pool, we would recommend that you do your research and shop around. We can only hope that we will forget about this hassle while we are enjoying our pool, and not be upset about the amount of money we poured into it. As of right now, a new BMW sounds like more fun.

Valley Oasis built us a beautiful pool in 2017. Our pool designer was very patient with all of our requests and changes. The pool was built on schedule and the Valley Oasis team was helpful in teaching us how to use the equipment. We are very satisfied with how the pool turned out.

Got multiple quotes and Valley Oasis was in the middle as far as price range. I showed a couple written quotes from other local pool places and that made the price more competitive with price adjustments. Best part that sold me was Dave Franklin being a NON-pushy salesman and the family business atmosphere. There were a few problems (decline of yard, retaining wall, replacement of exterior wall) that arose during the build, but the company stuck to the agreed price and solved each situation as it came. Carla did scheduling and Darrel was in charge of the build. I chose to maintain the pool myself and the in floor cleaner saves me a lot of time.

Alex with Vally Oasis was fantastic to work with very responsive, listened to our needs and gave us exactly what we asked for. The entire process was great and we couldnt be happier with our pool.

We have mixed feelings about the pool Valley Oasis built for us. The sales person Steve was great to work with and I think he designed a great pool at a reasonable price. Throughout the process Steve was attentive and available.Unfortunately he is not involved with the build. In fact, in a build that took months, we saw the Construction Manager three times. He was not involved, not available and distant for the 30 minutes total time we did see him. He was a no show to our initial inspection with the city inspector which of course delayed the start of our pool. After rescheduling the city inspector he was late to the next inspection which really upset the city inspector. When we had issues or concerns we were asked to text pictures for them to look at - because apparently they are too busy to look at the pool they are supposed to be building.So in the end our pool was built unsupervised by the sub-contractors that Oasis hired. The issues that we presented that they never bothered to look at, remain the obvious flaws in our pool that we and guests notice each time we use our pool.The punch list of items remaining to be finished when the pool was completed remains unfinished nearly two years later.They also have you sign a form that says landscaping and drainage is your responsibility. Which seems strange considering they own a landscaping company. What they did not explain is that my backyard (which is supposed to drain out to the front) would be left one foot lower than the side yards. So essentially our entire backyard had no where to drain and we had a tough time finding a contractor to fix it.Lastly, warranty appears to be non-exsistent. I put in a claim in May for my Salt Cell (which is supposed to have a 5 year warranty). Once again they were too busy to actually have someone look at it. So they asked me to (you guessed it) text them photos. They then said they would order one and send it to me if I would install it myself. To which I agreed. Its now July 10th, no salt cell, no updates, messages are not returned and when I get a hold of someone its like ground-hog day, the process just starts all over again like I never called.

The build was smooth and the cleanup impeccable. I had jets and lagoon seating with saved me $ instead of a separate jaquizze. Prices competitive and a professional staff.😍

If I would have to call and beg them to finish a simple quote... I doubt they would be a reliable company. Color me unimpressed.

Im updating my review because the company made great efforts to correct the problems I had. The company does beautiful work and Im thrilled with the results! I think it took a bit too long, but that is the way construction goes.My suggestion is that you make sure every agreed upon detail is in writing before the contract is signed, all the way down to what a repaired wall will look like!

I built my house in Arivaca. I wanted a pool. After reviewing many pool companies in my area, I chose Valley Oasis Pools & Spas. I am so thankful I did. Their salesperson, Terry, helped me design my custom pool. The showroom was fabulous. I picked a lagoon style pool with inlaid turtles and a waterfall. The pool exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!The showroom was gorgeous. The choices of tiles, inlays, and colors for the pool, and the cement deck were numerous.This company checked with me every step of the way- Where I wanted the pool positioned, where I wanted the waterfall positioned, along with where the pool equipment was to be placed. These choices were measured and checked by salesperson and their builder, Tim.The pool installers were fast and efficient.Even the owner took the time to give me personal attention.I have had my pool for two years now and not a problem has arisen.Choose this company!!!!! A++++++++Even the receptionist was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great service. We would definitely recommend and already have to two people in our community.

We signed a contract and paid our initial deposit on 2/14/19. As of today, we are still waiting for 2 additional umbrella holes and repairs to stacked stone. What started as a good experience with design and initial construction turned into delays, grass growing through deck pavers and a completed jacuzzi with no drain. There was no transparency with the jacuzzi problems. We learned about it from the contractors hired to add the drain. We were told by Eric that it was a minor issue with jets that needed to be corrected. Once construction was started, we did not meet with anyone face to face until the pool was completed. There was no work completed for a month and no return calls from Eric who was supposed to be in charge of construction. I spoke with him only twice on the phone during the process. In addition, my last two calls to Noah were not returned. Despite the wonderful pool design, I would not recommend Valley to anyone wanting new pool constuction.

Terrible company and poor service. Does not respond to warranty issues. My float has not worked since installed. I paid 80k for the pool and I have to monitor pool level by hand because they won’t respond to emails I send to the president about my problems. Now I have a crack in the cement. Again no response. Landscaping was aweful. Spent another 45k for landscaping and it looks like a child installed it. I am disgusted with this company. My neighbors complain of a similar experience. Don’t go with them. You will regret it as I do daily!

I wish I could give 0 stars, unfortunately that is not an option. We have used Valley Oasis to build 2 pools in the past so I went with them out of loyalty. My husband did not want to use them again and I wish I would have listened to him. The design process was great and Dave was very responsive to our requests as well as very good at offering advice. The construction process was very stressful and their lack of communication was the main problem. They would tell us when they were coming and then no one would show up. We would try calling and there was never anyone there to take our call. We very rarely saw a supervisor on site. Leaving a message at their office was worthless so we actually had to walk into the business and cause a scene in order to talk with our contact person! Despite this, they did get our pool done on time. Now we have an issue with a substantial leak at our water feature and we have been waiting since mid December to get the right person out here to fix it. When I first noticed it in December, I called the service department and left a message and of course, as I expected...no return call. The next day on their website form, I contacted them with a stern message and did receive a call back from the service department. They informed me that I would have to wait until January 6th because their repair person was out of town until then. By January 9th, I had not heard from anyone so I contacted the service department again. They sent their repair person out a few days later who informed me that this was not the type of repair that he takes care of and he would send pictures to his boss, Noah, so that he could contact us! Once again, we waited for him to call and never heard back from him. At this point, we were put in contact with someone else that works there...not sure what department. She sent the waterfall specialist over a few days later and he did repairs and assured us that the problem was fixed. We did not turn on the waterfall for a week in order to allow the repairs to dry. We turned it on yesterday and it is leaking in the exact same area. We spoke to our new contact person who was supposed to call today to schedule another repair for us. Since it was getting to be afternoon, I decided to initiate the call and after being on hold for some time I was told that the owner of the company now must come out to look at it. Unfortunately, the owner is not in the office and no one can tell me when to expert her back or when to expect a return call from her. I dont know if they just think I will get tired and give up!!! I guess my next step is visiting the showroom in person again. I will probably wait until Monday. Then I will start calling them first thing in the morning and throughout the day. As I explained to them, I have a full time job and I shouldnt have to continually call them to remind them to do their job. Its unfortunate and such a shame that they do not value their customers! I will never recommend them to anyone again!!!

Great company service. I purchased a Hayard 250 propane heater through another pool company. Oasis is the authorized repair /warranty company for Hayward in the Tucson area. Not only did they call me back within hrs but Joe Costello called me back after hrs and had a tech at my home in Tubac in 36hrs. They did a temporary fix and came back the next day with the proper part (a blower hose that a mouse chewed up). Fantastic service on warranty on a product that I didnt purchase through them. If they did this on another companys installation, I am sure that they would be even more responsive on their own work and installation. Thank you Joe Costello for the follow through and responses to all my questions and texts. I truly appreciate your professionalism. Hayward should be grateful that they have Oasis and Joe Costello representing them in Arizona.

I called them on 3/6/2017 with no answer and it was the middle of the day with no option to hold so I left a message instead. Its been over 2 weeks and still no call back and I receive a text message from them for offers. I still have not heard back from them and its 3/26.

Refused to service a pump motor because it was for a Waterfall. Follow up email was ignored. Exact words: We do not do any waterfall repairs.

Building a pool is a very stressful event but I have to say the management and sales staff went above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. Valley Oasis installed my next door neighbors pool over a year ago and in the process altered the block wall between our properties. They promised that the change would not be noticeable when complete. As you see in the picture, it wasnt hard to do, but Valley Oasis was unwilling to follow through on their promise. It never happened. Numerous phone calls proved fruitless.Its a shame to see a company so many people have had such success with not follow through and make good on promises when it doesnt involve a paying customer.

Valley built our pool in 2016. Call and call trying to set up a repair appointment. They say they;ll call you right back.... Never call back.. Service is terrible. They ask me to call Noah? Why doesnt he call me? He knows who I am.

These guys are awesome !! They did my outdoor kitchen and everything went smooth but the best part was I had a tile grout problem 6 mths after the job was complete and they came back out the next day and took care of the problem. No question, No charge.

The work was complicated as we were replacing a pool panel and adding some home automation. The work was done on schedule and all components have worked well since.Very easy to deal with and very professional and knowledgeable installation.

Had a great design made up, Steve was awesome. Sadly the rest of the experience was not. Workers tossing garbage in your yard, not cleaning up after themselves, shoddy masonary work with seams that look varied in size, had to act like the foreman on site numerous times due to workers not following the plan. We lost at least a squard yard of landscape stone from our pile somehow? Dug up ground where they were not supposed to. Final cleanup??? yeah right. never put the landscape back to the right level, still have not fixed the damage to our brand new house or wall, replaced stone in front does not match. With pool? pebbletec looks like a child finger painted it. 36k dollar pool and it basically looks like its been in the yard for 10 years. They take too long to get things moving, waited almost 2 months to even get the project started, now we cant even use it until next year. Complaints seemed to go unanswered. Only good part of the whole experience was Design with Steve, dealing with Jeremy on site and Bill who came to show us how to use the system. Owner of the company is rude and nasty to talk to. Still waiting for things to be rectified so we can reinstall the turf. Lets see how that goes!

Removed old hot tub, and delivered and installed new hot tub as promised and followed up replacing the cover. Their staff was very professional and responsive.

I talked with Dave about a new pool installation. He lied to me, when I confronted him on his lies he got very aggitated. He got very aggressive and cursed at me. He is lucky we were on the phone, it would have been different. If this is how he acts on the quotes how truthful and honest is he. I warn everybody stay away from Dave at Valley Oasis.

I used to get great service now I cant even get a return phone call. I was able to make contact with the service manager today and gat an appointment for all the repairs that are needed. He told me that they had issues with messages being lost and apologized for the problems. The work should be done this week. Any company can have problems but the good ones fix the issues like they did.

A long time ago, we purchased a Jacuzzi from Valley Oasis. It had a problem so we called to see if it was still under warranty. It was a day out of warranty, but they honored the warranty and did the repair. It is still going strong. We found out that they did pool service, too, and signed up for that as well. They replaced our very old pool filter with a new, quieter and more efficient one. And most recently, they recoated the pool deck ( multiple colors due to a faux brick edging around the pool. It is very nice and we are extremely pleased with the job, the customer service and the attention to detail from Valley Oasis Pools & Spas.

My wife and I sincerely want to thank the entire staff at Valley Oasis Pools.We couldn’t have chosen a better pool builder. Having decided to build a pool about 1 ½ years ago, we started out calling Patio Pools of Tucson. The Oracle Road location referred us to their Patio Pools representative on the Eastside Tucson. After two call attempts and leaving messages, calls were never returned. True story!Hearing advertisements on talk radio, we called Valley Oasis Pools. We were referred to “Terry”. He became our contact and designer. Terry painstakingly worked through all of our design questions, concerns, etc. Between my wife and I, we each had separate concerns. We really put him through the test. He stuck in there! Terry took my own backyard scaled pool layout, and cleaned it up, made it fit perfectly for the desire location. As a team we all worked together through the difficult color selection/coordination process. His recommendation of the pool filter size and manufacturer was right on! Additionally, he designed the pool water circulation for efficient pool self-cleaning. WOW! What a difference compared to our previous pool experience (another Tucson pool builder).I cooperated with being home for inspections and on-site questions. Our goal was to get the pool built ASAP to enjoy for the summer. Once the inspection passed, pool construction started almost immediately. Our pool superintendent was experienced and excellent. He performed the actual field layout and understood the challenges of “cross grade slope height changes”. The pool excavator was skillful and right-on. The rebar installer (hearing impaired) was an artist. Watching him was a sight. All rebar work appeared to be done in approximately 4-hours on a Saturday morning.The various gunite crew members told me they had been working only on pools, for approximately 16-21 years. Preparation, installation, cleanup thereafter was great.As a general contractor, architect, and building trade’s instructor, I was also highly impressed by Kathlene, Valley Oasis’ owner/manager. It was her day-to-day, hands-on personal management and scheduling coordination for the various pools being built, that was highly impressive. She was on top of it! Nothing got by her!In summary, we were fortunate and very lucky to find Valley Oasis Pools to build our pool. Valley Oasis was and is a definite “Win-Win.
