Jacob Park did an outstanding job of assessing my sand filter problems. He took the time to explore every way possible to repair my current filter so that it functioned properly and efficiently. Within less than two hours they were reaching out to get all hands on deck and to the fix a cracked part! Steve (a manager) called and explained the situation in detail and was very kind. By far the best family owned pool and spa company I’ve dealt with. From the time we purchased our Bullfrog spa, Christina was the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I know. She knew every aspect of the product and how they compared to other spas and business’s. Christina is so helpful she goes out of her way to find us the best deal and if we ever needed anything she took care of us like we were family. Technicians Scott and Sharkey were the service techs I know. Helped me get my spa taken care and in an expedited manner. Both very friendly and professional. With all that said, EKONOMY is a family business and they make their customers feel like part of their family. Anytime I needed anything they were there for me. I’m a customer for life!

Great experience! Purchased Viking Aurora 3 spa end of January 2020. Spa was delivered and installed by March 3. Consider other dealers in town were talking 2 months until delivery! Spa arrived at delivery estimate despite a huge winter storm that reeked havoc in most of the country. Everyone needs to keep in mind too how supply chains have been impacted by, you guessed it, Covid 19. Christina, who handles the spa sales, answered all questions prior to sale and kept me informed as my delivery date approached. Prior to install I had a comprehensive site visit to make sure access to site was adequate as well as pad install and electrical were up to the proper standard. The installation team was great. Efficient and neat. The Viking Spa product is outstanding. Well designed and attractive and delivered in a complete package with steps and cover lifter. I have been using now for 5 weeks and it is a dream! I have no hesitency to recommend Ekonomy.

Our pool guy “Tyler” has been great. He helped get our pool setup for easier maintenance. When we have questions or concerns he answers promptly. He helped setup a different filter system and pool fill system. We needed a new digital thermometer and he was able to get us one quickly. Very personable and easy to deal with. We even have his cell number if we need any urgent help!

We ordered our Bullfrog spa from here, and although it took a couple extra months to arrive because of Covid, the team was thorough and professional. The delivery was a complicated one and the guys handled it without a hitch. Would highly recommend trusting this company with your pool or spa needs.

I had a bad leak that was costing me an extra $200 on my water bills. They came in, repaired the 3 leaks in record time. They were professional, prompt, and skilled! I was extremely pleased with the outcome!

Updated: We have now updated our pool equipment through Ekonomy. They reached out, apologized for a miscommunication and did a great job at getting me a quote and further a great job on installing new equipment. Great recovery!Had ekonomy come to our house to quote on installing and upgrading our pool equipment and heater. Was told I would have a quote provided at a later time. Later we received a quote for an incorrect heater. We called and asked for an updated quote to which we were told he contact us with updated information. A week went by so we went to the location near Costco and let them know we were waiting on a corrected quote. They told us they would have the person that put it together get back to us. Waited another week and still no contact. Called in again and now can only get a voicemail when trying to get an update.

Great service, you can get supplies anywhere, but, not service like this. they care ...go there when in need...

I bought a spa. They were professional and very helpful. They took care of everything, cover, stairs, chemicals. The installation was perfect. Afterwards they have been very professional and knowledgeable in testing my water and suggesting treatments to keep my hot tub clean and running. I would recommend them 100%.

Mike Nottingham was very professional and knowledgeable on his products. He made us feel very comfortable with our purchase and did not pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. We even checked out the competitors next door who could not even compare to customer service and who’s product was no where near the quality of the Bullfrog spa we purchased. E-Konomy Pools replaced my pool pump with a Pentair Intelliflo VSF and my pool filter with a Pentair Cartridge Filter. I am happy with E-Konomys services & with the Pentair products. E-Konomys installer, Burly, did a very professional job.

We purchased a new kreepy krawly from E-konomy and it was a great price. I was disappointed that we called and emailed for a pool rail install and it took over a week to get back to us. It was during the lockdown so it may have changed since then.
