We went to buy a spa at Sunset Spas based on the recommendation of two friends. We worked with Marie and were extremely happy with the customer service she provided. She was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable about the spas she was selling. She even owned the spa we ended up buying. If she sold the product and bought one, that is the best recommendation. We couldn’t ask for a better sales experience. If you are interested in buying a spa, I highly recommend that you go into Sunset Spas and talk to Marie.

This place has fraud advertising on FB and instagram:“Az largest spa expo…hundreds of spas in store..immediate delivery”What a joke, only about 20 spas in the store, most were “sold”, and the soonest we could get one was maybe january. Put a negative comment on their fb ad stating that their ad was not true, they blocked me.

Excellent product, excellent sales team, excellent installation team!From beginning to end, everything was smooth. Our sales person (Marie) was great! She was knowledgeable and friendly. This was the first time my husband and I have ever purchased a spa and she made our experience comfortable and smooth.

Sunset Spas provided us a wonderful experience in buying our first swim spa! Both Dave & Marie were very friendly, ensuring that all our questions were answered. We didnt have to haggle over any pricing because there were so many added features that we didnt really expect...IE: starting chemical kits, the exercise bands, the cover, the entry stairs and, for our circumstances, the delivery was simply made to our advantage. We also were encouraged to try out the spa in-store which we did. Marie was right there to answer our questions. She even made sure the spa was setup to our temperature preference before we arrived. She wasnt afraid to say, Im not sure about....(something)...Ill get an answer! She always got back with the answer! They did followup calls for when we could expect delivery as well as after the delivery/install. Also, the delivery guys, Jack and Bob, made sure everything was setup to our wishes and explained all of the operations of the spa. Simply put, the whole process was professionally done! Its great to know that good service still exists in our hurry-up and buy/sell culture! Wed recommend Sunset Spas in Tucson to anyone that is thinking about any kind of spa investment!

Our first trip to Sunset Spas was a surprise. They had a great selection of spas right in the store. Then the next surprise was Dave McKibben. He sold us our previous spa several years ago and remembered us. He is so knowledgeable and we never felt like we were being pressured to buy. Dave went through the pro & cons for the type/size we wanted and ended up with the perfect spa. We needed to get an electrical line to the backyard & he recommended an electrician familiar with spas who turned out to be the cheapest of all the bids. From purchase right through delivery and setup, the communication was great & everything finished on time as promised. We’ve had our spa ~2 weeks and in it practically every night. Thank you, Dave. You will be highly recommended.

What an experience ! Dave is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the product. He even was able to complete a hurry-up for delivery of exactly the spa we wanted. Speaking of delivery, starting with the call alerting us that they would arrive in 30 minutes and ending with instruction on use, the delivery team was great. They dealt with the removal of our old spa and was able to position the new one facing how we wanted it. If you want a great spa and a great purchase experience, go see Dave at Sunset.

We visited the store in Marana Arizona on the weekend of Memorial Day. David McKibben was working then and presented the option to my wife. Our goal was to have this spa before July 4th. David was so great with his approach of calm and no pressure sales. When we decided to purchase he told us that it might come after the date we needed it. We still purchased it and recieved it before. Davids pursuit towards customer service is 5 stars+++. We will definitely refer our friends to see David.
