Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. The guys are always friendly and helpful. Lately, there have been a few times that they didnt have the parts I needed due to delays in shipping because of the pandemic, but usually they get me what I need in a prompt and professional manner. Superior is my go-to pool parts supplier.

I just want to thank the person who picked up the phone. I forgot to get the mans name. I called for a quote for a pool. He let me know about this business and how they dont sell to the public. But the customer service was amazing. He gave me a few recommendation for pool companies and a few tips on how to make my own decisions on what company to go with. Thank you for going above and beyond.

This place will rip you off. Be careful. The workers encourage you to buy extra product, tile, tubes of silicone, etc telling you not to worry, that you can bring anything left over for a refund. I did this and tried to return extra tubes of silicone after the job was completed. Guess what, the story suddenly changed and they will not give me a refund for the extras I want to return. Staff basically lied and I bought more than i needed.

VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff. They seem to know what I need before I even open the door. Testing of your pool water is free. They have all of the little parts you might need; maintenance kits for freshening up your vacuum system; safety items; full pump systems; full range of chemicals - and free advice.

Go in here all the time and it’s never been a great experience. Always a line tons of employees walking around but no one to help at the desk. Multiple times I’ve gone in here and I’m stuck in line for 20+ minutes and it never even moves and I have to leave. I’m not knowledgeable about pools or anything to do with them so I ask weird questions the employees make me feel like an idiot rather then help and explain/ teach me. I wish I had an account with another pool supply place so I could go elsewhere

This place is super shady. They try to seek you too much, and they overcharge. They’re also in with some of the larger providers of equipment materials so they run off the competition mafia style.
