The staff was helpful and friendly, however they did not have the oil filter my car needed in stock, so I could not get an oil change at this location.

They are very helpful, very efficient, fast, very affordable and very convenient. I will recommend this to everyone specially if you are over 55 years of age.

A very satisfied experience. On arrival we were immediately greeted by Max who was friendly and courteous. Went in for an oil change only but was recommended to change the air filter as well which I agreed (really dirty). The gentleman checking me in was not pushy trying to upsale at all. Went in on a Saturday around 1 p.m. on Memorial day weekend expecting to be there for a good while but after 45 minutes I was on my way. There was about 3 customers ahead of me. Everybody was working efficiently. The rest of the staff was also great. There is a small waiting area with coffee available as well as a restroom, t.v. and mags to pass time. Just moved from California and Jiffy Lube was my place of choice for years, hesitated going here since some of the reviews had mixed feelings. So glad I came, I found a new home for my car care. This place deserves a second chance for anybody that has had second thoughts.

Went for an oil change and the oil was still dark and dirty when I got home. I paid over $100 for a synthetic oil change and I strongly suspect the job was not done. This was confirmed by another professional place who had to flush the dirty oil several times before putting in the clean synthetic oil. Beware of this business at that location.

The service of the location appeared good, but only having one bay open on a friday afternoon thus creating a 40 minute wait for a basic oil change shows a lack attention to detail to their business and if they are lacking on their schedule, what do you think is going on with your car?

The price is why Im giving 4 stars, the service is usually good. I would have easily given 5 stars had I not heard 2 employees laughing about getting a call that the skid plate of their vehicle wasnt re-attached properly resulting in damage, only to find my glove box improperly put back in (to access the cabin air filter) and startled me while driving as it fell out of my dash and hit the floorboard. Super funny 👍

Horrible service. They didn’t fill my power steering fluid and come to find out, they either damaged my oil pan or failed to tell me during my oil change that it was damaged & now it has to be replaced. I would not recommend this place or service to anyone!

My first time in for an oil change at this location. Amazingly, Max told me I didnt even need to change it! Every single time I have been in to ANY other location I have ALWAYS been upsold and never leave under $100. Granted, I do use synthetic oil. But, I also always use a coupon. Max just earned this location a loyal customer. The honesty and integrity of this employee should be recognized by his employer.

Great service. Very friendly. Came in for an oil change. As compared to last time (although last time wasnt too bad) this time was all inclusive service. All the fluid checks, tires and they even washed windows and vacuumed floors (most of the time that is skipped) . First time Ive seen a steering wheel cover used. Awesome, quick service.

With new policies in place how Jiffy Lube works on your car, it is a bit confusing. The take away is you must listen very carefully to what they ask you to do during the process. The biggest safety concern is DO NOT start your car until they specifically tell you to. I heard them stay start the car, but they were talking to each other in the process. What was actually said to the guy underneath in the bay was ready for car start or something similar. I started my car which was a BIG no no. Fortunately nobody was hurt and I am grateful for that.

Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else...prices are super marked up, and they lie to get you to spend more. Example, last time I was in I was told my little 5-cylinder pickup truck must have only fully synthetic oil to properly operate. When I shared my sincere disbelief, I was told they were the “professionals.” Then this was quickly followed up with “if you also don’t do a flush, it will be like you never even had your oil changed in the first place.” Long story short, an oil change is an oil change, and I wasn’t born yesterday. Any place that lies to only make more money is not a place I would want to support. Do yourself a solid and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust anything from anyone at this location.

Sadly, Ive had good experiences with Jiffy Lube over the ten years weve been taking our cars in for service; however, this location was a huge disappointment. I called in on a Sunday because I was told this location offered a particular service we needed that our regular Jiffy Lube did not offer. I asked for two quotes based on two issues. We wouldnt need both services, but I wanted to cover my bases. I wrote down the quotes and confirmed them. I told them I would discuss the options with my husband then call back to schedule a good time to bring our car in. I called again the next day and spoke with the same individual. Wed run a dye test so was able to narrow down which service wed require, thus confirmed the pricing for that particular service. We scheduled the car for Wednesday morning, because thats when the mechanic would be on duty that performed this particular task. Wednesday morning, my husband and daughter took the car over (which made him late for work and her late for school, but it was needed). At ten oclock my husband got a text telling him that the cost would not be what was quoted, rather it would be what was quoted for the other service Id inquired about (3 times the cost). I called to speak with someone about the switch from what Id been told. The mechanic that I spoke with was the one who was to perform the service. He was very rude and abrupt in manner, quite the opposite from the individual with whom Id spoken to on Sunday and Monday. I explained that he was quoting us the opposite from that which wed been told, but he couldnt be bothered to apologize for the misunderstanding (if there had been one). He just said, thats what it costs and you wont find it cheaper anywhere else. I told him not to work on the car, that wed pick it up that evening after work. We approached the facility that evening. One man who was working on a car, did not bother to greet us as we searched for the office from which to retrieve our keys. The other mechanic was busily chatting with someone who was sitting in a truck. We spotted our keys on a desk and took them. The mechanic who was talking to the person in the truck walked by and said, Can I help you? We replied, Were just picking up our keys... and he replied, Have a good day and kept walking. No explanation, no apologies, no manners whatsoever. That day, Jiffy Lube lost our business, our childrens business, and perhaps others with whom we plan to share our experience. As for our car, the mechanic was incorrect. After calling around, we managed to locate a mechanic who will perform the needed service for two hundred less than this rude and unprofessional mechanic quoted us.

I was working at a and w when my coworkers car didnt arrive at the resteraunt and I ask what happoned to the car? And Emily Bradford told me that when the jiffy lube at the safe way the guy stuck a screw driver in her radiator so then it was a terrible agreement that she had to buy the parts and the shop installed them. Dont go to this place!!!!.

Honestly I used to love the place (Valvoline) before this company took over. I had brakes put on at this Jiffy Lube store and I have been having issues with them ever since. And the last time I was there, they were bad-mouthing Les Schwab (which I told Les Schwab about as they were checking the brakes!) But the icing on the cake came today. My mechanic was doing the required maintenance on my car and he said the cabin air filter which I purchased and had installed by Jiffy Lube was UPSIDE DOWN. It was doing absolutely nothing and possibly damaging my car. I will NEVER go there again and I caution you to be VERY cautious when dealing with this shop!

The alternator on our car died while on a family road trip, on a Sunday no less. No car repair shops were open but I saw that a Jiffy Lube down the street was, so we pulled in and the employees were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and called the mechanics at this Multicare facility to make sure they had the needed part. They got our car running just long enough so we could drive to this location, and the mechanics there took care of us immediately. Two hours later, we had a new alternator and were able to drive on. Saved the day and the trip!

Gross. Andrew or whomever was the lead has zero personality and made myself and son feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My first and last time using this Jiffy Lube.

I came to get some air pressure but left instead insulted.Went in for for some added air pressure in my vehicle Before my long trip out of state, the person assisting me told me my request was “pointless” and Was interrogating me about why I was having it done. I used their services and have purchased many oil changes from there not at that specific location as I live next to a store closer to me in Beaverton.I’m am absolutely disgusted with the way my request was handled. No wonder the store is always empty. Shame

When i got there they said the needed to get my oil filter brought in and it would be an extra 15 mins. Fine an hour later they released my car to me with !ll this info like we vacuumed, cleaned the windows ect ect. I looked at my floors thinking where did they vacume. So with that said what do they reallly due there my car sat there in one of 2 bays for an hour and they said they did things they obviously didnt.

I showed up about five minutes before they closed to get my tires filled. They were nice, quick and not at all put out by me coming at the last minute. They even refused to let me tip them!

The worst service ever. I went to change one of my headlights that was burned and they put an old bulb that just last an hour and then got off again. They told us that if the bulb didnt work then it was an electrical issue but it wasnt since I took the car to another place and they put a brand new bulb that its working perfectly and they refused to give me a refund for that.

Stay away from this place. I brought my pickup here because the ac quit blowing out cold air. They hooked it up to their machine and told me a simple recharge would fix the problem. In paid my 200 dollars and drove the less than 5 miles home. the truck was putting out cool air. An hour later I left for work and all I got from the AC was hot air. I went by Jiffy lube on my way home. The manager came over and felt the air coming out of the vent and told me thats cool. When disagreed with him he looked at the plate on the door sill and told me a truck this old(2001) wouldnt get much cooler. I called corporate customer service. The manager called me and I declined to bring the truck back in. I called the franchisee, no answer so I left a message. No return call. I called the regional manager for the franchisee, went to voice mail. I left a message, no return call. BOTTOM LINE, MY TRUCK STILL DOES NOT COOL THE CAB, IM OUT 2OO DOLLARS AND ILL HAVE TO PAY A REAL MECHANIC TO FIX IT. No cash refund, just store credit. Time to call the BBB. Dont give these people your money.

I have gone to this location a couple times. This time something happened that was completely infuriating and I will never return. I came in to change the oil and I happened to have a reverse light out. I asked if they could replace the bulb. They said sure. When I went to pay he told he they couldnt replace it because of the damage and I was astonished. I asked WHAT DAMAGE??? He said that my cars rear light assembly was broken. I assured him was NOT. I had just had my car washed and it was perfect when I left there. He took me to my car and showed be the damage that had clearly been done when they tried to replace my bulb. He lied right to my face and said the damage was there when I drove in.I told him it wasnt and asked how it could possibly have gotten broken like that, he said probably the last person who tried to replace the bulb I have not had my car that long and have never had to replace the bulbs. This was the first time. I have learned a very valuable but very costly lesson (it will cost me about $200 to repair the light) I will NEVER return to a Jiffy Lube, and I will certainly tell everyone I can not to go to this location. I will also always, ALWAYS watch what technicians are doing. They can break your car and just flat out lie to you and you have no recourse.The only thing I can do is post terrible reviews on Google and Yelp. People, dont take your car here.

My dumbass procrastinated a 100k+ mileage oil change until the day I needed to leave for an eastern Oregon road trip, and both of my usual places were too busy to get me in. I showed up in a semi-caffeinated panic, and these guys knew what to do. They considered my budget, and got me in and out fast. My car is running great, thanks guys!

I think their prices are too high but great staff was able to adjust the price for the money I had would definitely recommend them again

Awful experience. I feel lucky that I even left with oil in my car. The staff are nice enough, however I wouldn’t trust them to touch my car, or anyone’s car, again. They misreported the mileage on my car by 1000 extra miles, and that was just the beginning of the problems. They dislodged the intake for my air filter, and didn’t reseat it. They were fully aware that they had dislodged it because I saw them fussing around with it while I was in the waiting room. After doing that they tried to sell me a new air filter (mine is basically brand new) telling me that it was dirty (it’s not), and that they’d “seen this exact air filter before.” I had never been to this location before. I have a chip in my windshield that they told me could be fixed for free through my insurance. I wouldn’t consider it fixed by any means. It took them 25 minutes just to write down my insurance information into their system. The “repair” job was okay at best, however it is not properly done. I now have to go elsewhere to get it properly repaired, without the insurance coverage. I later got a call from my insurance company warning me against making insurance claims with JiffyLube. Do not let them take pictures of your VIN or get ahold of your insurance information.Not sure if I even got the premium oil I paid for. But this will be my last experience with any JiffyLube.If you value your car I would go elsewhere.

Took my girlfriends car in for a basic oil change. After I saw it finished, it was pulled forward like all the others that had finished. Apparently, nobody told the guy who bills out the customer that it was done. In the waiting room, I was out of sight, and apparently the car sitting by itself didnt get noticed. Within seconds, I heard a few employees come back inside behind the counter, and begin talking in obscenities as if they were alone. When someone finally noticed I was still in the waiting room, there was no apology for the wait or the conversation I overheard. The drivers side window was left down, and there were smudges where the reminder sticker goes in the window. Reaffirms why I prefer to change my own oil.

Honestly never thought going to a Jiffy Lube would be so great. Came here on Monday at 12:00 and the employees working were awesome.

The oil change wasnt bad but one of the workers left an ink mark from a pen on my leather interior on the door. And the vacuum I got was poorly done.

I took my car in for a oil change. I was told my brakes were bad all around and needed to be replaced right away front and back. I had my breaks done in July so I new he was blowing smoke. Also was told my breaks were leaking.again blowing smoke.Teck told me my 4 cylinder took 6 quarts instead of 5 and was going to charge extra also took a special oil filter witch I have never had to pay extra for filter or oil.Just money gready. Never again jiffy lube. You lost a customer.
