Eric, Mark, and Miss Margret are the most kind and honest people ever. It is hard to find a mechanic nowadays that is honest to you about everything and not trying to screw you over for money. The work they do is outstanding. My family has been bringing our Volvo’s here for years now and they have never steered us wrong. If you have a Volvo or an audi I would not take it anywhere else except M&W. They will forever be my mechanic

These people bait and switched me. I had used them before, and they had gained my trust. This time the woman at the front desk quoted me 2265 for the repairs but they then found more broken. She left me a voicemail stating that if I did the work now, it would be 1000. But if I did it later it would be 3500 more. When I go to get the car, suddenly the bill is 5200. My car isn’t even worth that. When I said she bait and switched me the price went down a thousand. But that’s still a thousand more than I ever agreed to. We have filed a complaint with several agencies and obtained a lawyer now. They refused to adjust anything. So we will now go to court. Please do not get scammed by these people.

Absolutley wonderful experience! If you have an Audi or Volvo you must try these guys, you wont be disappointed. I have a 2013 Allroad that needed a timing chain replacement, they had it done in just a little over a days time and the price was MORE than reasonable. These guys were very professional, honest and fast. I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing and felt like it was very fair considering Volvos can be pricey to repair. They did a great job at following up with us and making sure to answer all of our questions. Great service and I highly recommend them if you have a Volvo! Dealership pricing would have been 2 to 3 times more. These guys are awesome and great to work with.

Honest people with high integrity and work ethics. After reaching out to the Audi dealership and several other Audi mechanics on Yelp and Google, I found M and W on Google. Their reviews motivated me to bring my car to M &W, with regard to my suspension and a reverse light bulb replacement. Eric (Audi specialist) very meticulously explained to me that there was no issue with my suspension and just few bolts needed to be tightened. He completed the diagnosis in half hour and they charged me accordingly. To my surprise they replaced my bulb for $1. I got estimates for the bulb replacement ranging from $10 to $33. I havent encountered more honest people with high integrity and work ethics. They treat your car as their own. Extremely satisfied with their service and honesty.

I was looking for a mechanic to work on my Audi that was closer to my house, work, public transportation and had good reviews, with people I could trust. I found all of that here. Im at the point where the car is costing me some money and I want someone that will be up front with me and answer questions. They did such a good job the first time that I went back for a return visit.

M & W (Mark) has worked and maintained my 92 Volvo for several years until it was totaled and now repairs and maintains my 2005 Cross Country. I am at a loss for words for how grateful I am for the patience and effort that was put in to solving an electrical problem that 3 other locations failed to diagnose.I called and was asked questions and given information over the phone before being asked to come in.They solved my giant mystery in a fraction of the time other places took to tell me to throw it away, and they made it look easy!!The gentlemen working here really seem too enjoy doing their jobs well and take pride in it. Instead of giving my car a once over and wincing, they took the time. Gave me respect. Saved my car from the junk yard!I dont know how I could even repay them for how helpful, willing, dedicated to finding a solution even if it might be tedious. Searched around to find a place to call for some advice for a rare Volvo that we had in the shop, glad to have people out there that are willing to consult and give advise and help others, would definitely recommend these guys, honest and helpful, thank you M&W!

We used M&W for our 98 Volvo Cross Country years ago and this week we decided to try them for our 2007 XC90. We had a strap that was caught in our back tail gate latch that I could not get out (despite having spent over an hour on it) and was preventing the back hatch from opening. My wife took it by M & W and they took care of it for free!I do most of my own maintenance and repair, but M & W is where I will take our volvo when its beyond my abilities.
