In continued AR fashion, this shop is superb. Both the quality of the work and also the communication/conceptualization of the project are spot on. And somehow they are manages to continue to have that personalization for all the work they perform which is important since racecar is just an extension of ourselves. The shop has always been timely with the proposed services. And whether it be a full cage race car or just a light modification to a daily driver, the interaction with all the staff conveys the sense that your project is important to them.

Superb customer service and amazing work

I own a 2015 Honda Pilot with ongoing break issues. I tend to use my Pilot to tow my boat in the summers. Unfortunately the added weight of the towing consistently warps my rotors no matter how careful I have been. I worked with Martin with AR Auto to come up with an aftermarket fix for my breaks. They swapped out the break rotors and pads for an upgraded performance set and removed the break dust covers to help with cooling. I noticed an immediate positive difference in breaking and overall handling while breaking. I will report back on this post once I have had a chance to tow for a season or two. As for customer service, they were great to work with and went above and beyond to order the parts and switch out the breaks on a tight timeline for a pending family vacation. The price was comparable to other break repair companies. They even worked with me to pick up my vehicle after hours. I am very satisfied.

Ive interacted with Martin and Eddie numerous times at HPDE events, where they have always been friendly and helpful. I had a noise in my GT3RS that they quickly diagnosed as a clutch or transmission problem. It turned out to be the clutch fork and release bearings. The repair was done very well, in the estimated time and for the estimated cost. Visited the shop during the repair, and found it very clean and well organized. They are now my go-to shop for work on my cars.
