Fantastic friendly service. On the day I got DSG servicing on my S4, it was hot out, and took a long time to cool off properly for refilling. I had an appointment I needed to get to and Aaron, the service manager, got me hooked up so I wouldn’t miss the meeting.I do most work on my cars myself, coming from a family of professional mechanics, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return to Alpina for the things I don’t want or don’t have time to do myself.

This review is a couple of months late, but that just means I have a longer-term assessment of their work. Aaron and his team are fantastic. Theyre known for working on luxury and higher-end vehicles, but they do a fantastic job on my 1991 Jeep Wrangler. They replaced the master cylinder for the brakes (it was the original one... it lasted 200,00+ miles) and did it quickly, RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and at an amazing price. They charge fair, talk straight, and work professionally. HIGHLY recommended.

Although I booked the work 2 weeks in advance and they had the car for 2 days, they still needed part of the third day to complete the 7 hr Suspension job.Results: the Visit Workshop signal for a low suspension message still keeps coming on, after paying >$2000. 😠

Took my car here after it suddenly started turing itself off at stop lights. Luckily ALPINA AUTOMOTIVE was able to find the problem right away and the solution also wasnt too pricey. Freindly knowledgeable staff.

My check engine light came on so I brought my car in. The service was great, they explained everything, I was really worried but after I brought it in, I felt so much better. Im definitely coming back and telling everyone to bring their cars here.

When my BMW started to act up I was scared. Ive had my car a while and was not looking forward to drop it off anywhere.When I pulled in, I almost pulled out, there was a Ferrari, Porsche, and newer Mercedes in the lot and on the rack.A little intimidated, I walked in and was welcomed by Aaron. Professional, he was already familiar with my make model and seemed genuinely excited about my car, these people are car enthusiasts.Long story short, they did something and now it runs better than it ever had.Super happy, super appreciative.I highly recommend this shop.

This shop is honest and affordable. I brought my 2007 X5 a few times the owner Aaron always made suggestions what the car truly needs done in the most reasonable and economic senses. They don’t charge you twice for overlapping labor when working on additional components which already under the labor blanket of original works.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ANYWHERE BESIDE HERE. I brought my 2010 328i Bmw here around the first of August and finally got “my car” back today, October 16th. That’s a lot of time so I’ll try to get to the point. Originally I took my car to BMW service center to get a fuel pump control unit programmed. BMW said the part would cost $400 and another 400 for labor!! I have had lights installed at Alpina so I figured I’d rather go with an independent body shop and save some money from the stealership. Good idea but chose the wrong place. They quote to diagnose my car for 100$ Per hour even though I just took my car to bmw. I tow my car there to be programmed. Guy on phone named Aaron quotes me 600 and some change. I don’t hear from them for a month until I get a call from someone not Aaron saying my entire fuel tank is faulty and it’ll be 2400 dollars to fix!! Ok cool, well this is my girlfriends car so anything for the sweetie. After I cough up 2400 in a pandemic so I can resume my regular life and not rent a car I got another phone call saying we actually have to program the module or the car won’t start! Hmmmm. Sounds very sus. I end up paying them $3,618.93 total after being quoted $600. As I paid, Aaron mentions to me that my valve cover gasket is leaking oil on to the exhaust manifold and the seal needs to be replaced. There was no leaks when I brought the car in because I had just had bmw replace the valve cover gasket so I know that’s a lie . MY CARS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AS SOON AS I LEFT THE PARKING LOT AND WHEN I GOT ON THE FREEWAY HOME IT STARTED SMOKING LIKE A F-350!!! I bring the car down to my shop and go to drain the oil and nothing comes out... as soon as I open the oil filter BINGO. someone tapped a piece of aluminum out of my housing and that’s why it’s smoking so bad! I’m not even a mechanic but I’m not dumb. These people are sabotaging your cars to keep their business alive. They had my car for 77 days. 600 quote $3600 end price. And it’s in worse condition than it was when I brought it to them. Not to mention my trunk button no longer works I have to use they key and they left my back seats pulled apart. My car was parked under a tree and it looks like it has pitch or sap all over the hood which I might sue them for ruining my paint. I can’t prove anything else that’s why I’m leaving this review to hopefully save a few honest people going through real life. I’m making a Facebook Page and Instagram page called AlpinaAutomotiveScammers. I’ll also use that as a hashtag. ILL POST PICTURES USING THAT HASHTAG SO YOU CAN SEE PROOF. oh yea my exhaust is shaking like crazy like they didn’t bolt everything back in. This place sucks don’t go here.

These guys are incredibly honest and fair, this is the only shop in town that charges fair prices for parts. Aaron was extremely transparent through the troubleshooting process and did his best to make sure I was making the best choice for my budget and my car. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Had a great experience with these guys.My 525xi died on me and I kinda knew it cud be starter issue. These guys handled my issue and diagnosed it in a jiffy. They kept me well informed about the repair progress and went out of the way to accommodate my requests. I am really glad I found these guys and will always take my car there for future issues. They charged nominal prices for the repair too compared to what others were asking for the repair. Special thanks to Aaron and team for all the help.

Alpina fixed the electrical system on my 2015 BMW 328i. The damage was caused during installation of a trailer hitch at Uhaul. They were able to replace the faulty part and reprogram my car. Everything is running great!

THE BEST! A few months ago I crashed my bmw and was super bummed out... it wasnt the worst in the world but I bent the rear of my car up pretty badly.... even more unfortunate for me I was low on cash... I gave alpina a call and was greeted with open arms and a promise to get my car back on the road safe and without breaking my pocket. Even more crazy I had to move in a few months and wanted to take my car 3100 miles away to Connecticut. 2 days ago I made it to Connecticut in my repaired e46 330i. I want to thank you guys for making it all possible. There is no question that these guys are the best in every way. Thank you guys so much I can honestly give a 5 star without hesitation!

I really appreciated the transparency and honesty - Aaoron really took the time to explain what needed to be fixed on my VW right away vs what could wait awhile, and what all of my repair options were. The prices were extremely fair and they actively sought to offer me a good deal. I think alpina goes beyond what most shops do. They fix little issues along the way if it doesnt cost them in time and parts while other shops skip over that stuff in hopes of you needing to come back. Aaron wanted to make sure i left satasfied with the work, and that seems to be the trend by the amount of positive reviews.

Brought my Eurovan that I purchased on Craigslist in for a little repair. They pinpointed the issue and fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price. What I liked most about the service is that they didnt try to BS me into replacing a bunch of other parts just to make a dime. Good stuff!

They serviced our Volkswagen Vanagon and were very honest about what to fix right away and what would need to be fixed eventually. They didnt try to oversell us on anything, and got us ready for a road trip!

Fantastic Service! Quick, competitively priced parts and services and very friendly. I brought my TDI in for some maintenance and small repairs recently. I would definitely recommend Alpina for scheduled maintenance and small repairs. Knocking on wood, I wont need any major repairs, but would feel confident taking it to Alpina if something came up.

Vic and the Alpina Imports LLC staff do an incredible job! They service my 335i BMW and our Cadillac Escalade. What I love is they always give me give me honest feedback, dont over charge for parts or shop rate, and do an incredible job! Vic and crew at Alpina Motors have given me courteous, reasonably priced, and prompt service the several times I’ve need both major and minor service to my 2006 BMW X3 and daughters 2003 Saab. The Saab needed major attention. Vic found a wrecked Saab, exchanged the engine and replaced the clutch saving me the expense of purchasing a replacement vehicle. My daughter loves the car and it drives great with the replacement engine and new clutch.Alpina Motors did a brake job on the X3, installed the PCV valve kit and hoses (difficult location on the X3), and isolated the service engine soon light to a cheap (non BMW) after market air filter purchased from a local major auto parts store.On the occasions I have been to Alpina Motors I have seen Maserati’s, Corvettes, a variety of European high end autos but mainly BMW’s. In conclusion, I will continue to use Alpina Motors for my vehicles and highly recommend them.

Terrible experiences both times I have dealt with this mechanic. The first vehicle he tried to put after market transmission fluid in my Volvo. The second vehicle I asked for a Pre-purchase inspection on the 98 S70 GLT. I was told there were only 2 things wrong *tires and *turbo oil return line. Trusting that these were the only issues I purchased the car a little over a month ago. It has spent more time in the shop then on the road, and has already cost me $600 in repairs and maintenance and Im looking at a minimum $850 in additional repairs/maintenance. All of this was pre-existing problems that he did not tell me about. The point of a pre-purchase inspection is to know the condition of a used car before you buy, and that it not at all what I got.
