Rick provides fair, value add service. He over delivers and exceeded my expectations. He charged less than 50% of what the Lexus dealer wanted for the same service. He also fixed things that I didnt even know was wrong and didnt charge for it. He has my trust!

This is the only place I will take my cars to. I used to live 40 minutes away and would take my cars here just to know that they were in capable hands, thats how great this place is!Rick has never charged more than what he quotes and he will spend the time to do a proper diagnosis on the vehicle to ensure that what he is recommending will fix the vehicle. I know a little bit about cars and I know what he has had to go through to diagnose/fix some of the issues on my cars.Although cars are becoming more reliant on computers, they cant tell you everything. Rick takes the time to view the diagnostic codes from the computer, then check everything that the code entails to see EXACTLY what needs to be fixed. Many other places I have been to read the code, then suggest fixing everything that could be tied to that code. This place does not do that.He will never suggest repairing something that doesnt need to be repaired, and he will never suggest unnecessary maintenance items.If you want someone that is honest, trustworthy, and will go above and beyond, Rick is your guy.Also, there is no Michael at this repair shop, like the only negative review states.

Having used Rick now for 10+ years on my Hondas... I recommend him to any of my friends. He gets the job done right. I used to live next to a mechanic who worked for a Honda dealership and they told me to NEVER bring my car to the dealership in that specific town. I guess they liked to create OTHER reasons to bring your car in later. This is not the case, Rick is honest, hard working and truly the best mechanic I have ever used in my life. I was having an issue with my car and called several local shops and dealers. I was not feeling comfortable with what I was being told and so I decided to try Pro Auto Tech because I saw positive reviews. Wow..... I was impressed! Not only did Rick take care of the problem in a very timely manner, but he actually charged about 30% LESS than he quoted! I had been looking for an independent shop in this area and feel I have found it. I will be happy to recommend him to anyone that needs a great mechanic.

My customer experience with Michael over the telephone was awful. I was trying to get an estimate for repair cost on both radiator hoses and replacing the tail lights wiring on my 96 Subaru Impreza. I called back to give him the VIN Number since I didnt have it the first time. I was told by him that he will call me back and give me the estimate for repairs. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called Michael to check back with him. I was practically told by him that I have to wait since there are two other customers in front me and he doesnt really know when. Seriously? Is he doing the repairs and working on the counter at the same time? How long does it take to generate a quote? Anyway, I was not given how long it will take for him to get back with me during. I was practically made to think that I should just suck it up and that I work on his timing in advancing his companys business. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Please work with your lead sales/mechanic guys to work on their customer service. This is imperative on advancing your business by providing great customer experience.

I took a used rebuilt Subaru Crosstrek that I was interested in buying over to Rick and he was able to tell me what happened to it in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Trustworthy guy!

I recently purchased a used car and after several months the check engine light came on. After talking to Rick he agreed to run his diagnostic computer on it and for the low low price of free. I even offered to tip the guy. NO ONE does that anymore. The problem was insignificant but after dealing with a guy as honest as that, I will be taking my business down there.
