I made my appointment ahead of time with the Brown Team. I arrived talked to the team leader about the service, I was told what to expect and about how long it would take. My service was done in a little over an hour and I was on my way. I have had several different vehicles serviced at Landmark and delt with different teams they have all been great. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years and bar none this was one of the easiest. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff. Very straight forward, with no stereotype antics or run around. He didnt have a close enough configuration I was looking for so he suggested I order one. No chip shortage at the time of order, but one developed. I had the pleasure of working with Easten Haglund at Landmark Ford Lincoln. I scheduled an appointment to look at two cars specifically that I had found online and Easten was great about listening to what I was there for and what I was hoping to accomplish during the visit. After I test drove one of the cars, I ended up loving it, but wasnt sure it was the one I wanted. The next day, I sent Easten a message and asked if I could test drive it again. He worked around my schedule and made sure that he would be available when I came in again. He was great to work with, was really patient with me and was easy to converse with. He had a relaxed and calm demeanor which made me feel less stressed about the whole experience - because buying a car can be extremely stressful. A week later after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything was still good, asked if I had any questions and if I still loved the car which I appreciated. Everyone at Landmark Ford were great to work with and everyone made the process of purchasing the car really seamless, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car - used or new!

Excellent experience once again...we bought a used vehicle here two years ago and worked with Jim Warner. It was a positive experience and the vehicle served us quite well for two years but we outgrew it and needed an upgrade. After a diligent search, we found what wed been looking for and once again it was at Landmark! So we headed up from Salem and randomly we ended up working with Jim Warner again... Also Jennifer Sturm in their finance department was super to work with. We drove away happy, once again... we already told Jim that wed be back in another couple years! We bought a previously owned F150 from Landmark Ford a week ago. They were accommodating, honest and very helpful. There was absolutely no sales pitch and no pressure. We dealt with both Griffin and Jeff for the sale and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Dan was knowledgeable and very helpful in the financing area. I had questions about a potential issue with the truck a few days after the sale and both Griffin and Dan helped me resolve the issue immediately. Definitely an excellent experience all around!

I took the vehicle home after all the paperwork and told the sales rep I would bring it back after getting my phone to have him pair the phone with the vehicle. While someone was pairing the phone, the vehicle would not start. The battery was dead and had to be jump started. I charged it fully at home and it went dead a week later after having driven it very little. Took it to Les Schwab and was told the battery was no good and had it replaced. I did not ask dealer about them replacing the battery since I purchased the vehicle AS IS. Dealer called and said they would reimburse me for the cost of the battery, which I did not expect. Thanks for the great follow up.

Communication was excellent throughout the process which is huge in my opinion. Ive dealt with dealers that are almost impossible to get a hold of when help is needed; quite the opposite here. If you are wanting to purchase a car, this is the dealership to go to! Tom helped me purchase my new Bronco and he was so patient and kind while I thought through this purchase. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure me at all (which Damerow Ford did). I felt supported and cared about as a human, rather than being looked at as a transaction. This is a smaller dealership, family owned and I’m so happy this is where I ended up purchasing my car!! Also, all of the employees are super friendly 😊 it wasn’t a hassle or very time consuming. I honestly enjoyed the process, which going into it i was not super excited about. It was overall an excellent experience!

We never felt pressured and were treated with respect that other dealerships fail to hit the mark with.A legitimately honest car salesman is something we’re not used you, it’s a rarity.With the commendable help of Jeff and Aaron, we were able to get into a car that suited us best. I walk in each time knowing the car I want, I get a test drive and no pressure to upsell or look at anything different. Update: Received a call from Sheri Wallace, explained some internal miscommunication. Landmark is going to make this right. Upgrade to 3 stars, maybe more after the corrective service. Old post: I took my 2007 Expedition in for a routine oil change and got talked in to a spark plug change, it had been about 7 years, so it was due. Service guy called me after a few hours about trouble with my vehicle. The technician broke a spark plug off in the block. He told me my options were: a new engine for $8k, or a new head for $5k. He said it was customer responsibility due to excessive rust and corrosion. I was in shock and got off the phone and then thought that doesnt sound right. Escalated this to the Service Manager, I wanted pictures and the policy that states that this is my responsibility. After a short time I received a call that they would remove the head and have it repaired, on Landmark since I wasnt provided an option to not do the plug removal when they found the rust and corrosion. Good thanks. After countless delays, three weeks and a couple days later, and only a few days of a loaner vehicle, I finally got the Expedition back. Runs a little rough at idle, then started making a progressively louder noise from the front of the engine. Turns out 4 bolts that hold on the main pulley leading to the fan were loose and the thing was basically flopping off center. Called the White Team Service, left a voicemail and texted to set an appointment to get the bolts tightened to engine specifications and proper torque. Going on 10 days, no response. Tightened them myself.

Toward the end of last summer, our family decided to purchase a fairly large fifth-wheel trailer.  To pull the trailer, we need a LARGE truck.  We decided on a Ford F-250, largely because Ford advertised a capability that they described as “Pro Trailer Backup Assist.”  We felt this would be handy for our family of adult children, who would periodically use the fifth-wheel.I wanted a gasoline-powered F-250.  We found one at a dealership east of Portland.  Unfortunately, this dealership did not know its product well.  The dealer told me that if we bought a particular gasoline-powered F-250, it could be equipped to tow a fifth wheel with backup trailer assist.  Bottom line:  This dealer was unable to deliver what they promised after months of trying.  On top of that, Ford was apparently little or no help.In frustration, I approached Landmark Ford and connected with Chris Kelso, a service manager.  Again, with apparently little help from Ford, Chris and his Landmark team figured out how to get the job done.  They found the right equipment and installed it.  Mission accomplished!  It works great.  Parenthetically, Ford could not even provide the part numbers of the add-on equipment.  Chris had to figure this out.  Yikes!  Ford needs to be a better partner for its dealers.Chris and his team did a great job, and I appreciate their commitment and willingness to tackle/solve our problem.  Next time, I’ll approach Landmark first.

I only had a bad experience just a few Weeks ago with one of the Cashiers whom was interrupting me, and was not letting me finish my sentences to Pay my Bill. But other than that Lady. As an update: I received a call a few months after my previous oil change visit from Shari and she asked me to tell her about my experience. She was very kind on the phone and willing to work with me about my experience. I told her I appreciated someone willing to reach out, and I do. I am glad to know there are some nice employees here besides the people working at the front desk.Ive had okay and poor experience. Called in for a power steering flush, called and was quoted a price. Arrived, and was given a higher price. Wasnt very happy even though it was only maybe $2 or so, just the fact that they would do that upset me.Separate experience, came in for a coupon deal to inspect my car and do an oil change. Wasnt happy with the experience at all. The paper with all the boxes to make sure everything was fine had many green boxes on known issues. This lead me to believe that they didnt really inspect it at all. I asked not to rotate my tires, as I had done it earlier in the day for free at Discount. They did it anyway.Heres the best part. Received a concern on the paper for a front leak. I inquired about it, although deep down I know it was just the air condenser because I was doing doordash for 7 to 8 hours in 80° weather with the AC on max. They told me they suspect my FRONT AXLE or FRONT DIFFERENTIAL was leaking...... on my Crown Victoria. I had to tell him that was one of the dumbest things Ive ever heard. My car is RWD and literally has no front axle whatsoever, it has independent front suspension.They also tend not to answer calls or return them. Ive attempted multiple times to try and see if I can make an appointment in the service department. Never have a message returned.The shuttle car though is very nice, and the driver is a very chill person when I went. He even picked me back up, very happy with that experience. The front desk is also very pleasant to speak with. They are very clear on going over the total charges.

Recently purchased a 2018 Ford Mustang from Landmark Ford that ended up stalling out on the freeway three days after driving it off the lot. Unfortunately I was stuck in Medford Oregon for 5 days, but Landmark did assist in towing the vehicle back to their own dealership and promised to have it fixed right away. Not too pleased with the quality of the car, and being stuck in Oregon for much longer than intended, but the assistance I received from Landmark Ford was much appreciated.

When I take my car to Landmark Ford I am confident that the service being provided will be of the highest quality. They never do more than I have requested. However, if they do find an issue that needs to be addressed, the service team leader will call and discuss the problem and ask if they can go ahead with the repair. Everyone, from the service desk assistants to the service team and the cashiers are polite and helpful. Need a ride home? Ask about the shuttle service!

Ive been taking my car in for service at Landmark for about 4 years and the experience gets a bit worse every time. Last week I had an appointment for an oil change at 10AM. They ended up having my car for over 8 hours, including the 30 minutes they spent looking for my keys because no one could find them. I had to remind them multiple times that I was waiting - both for my service to be completed and for my car to be returned once it was done and no one apologized or even acknowledged what a miserable process it was. I wont be returning for service in the future.

I just had my truck in the service department for a couple days while they evaluated some noises. They went through every diagnostic and looked over the truck from top to bottom. They compared the noises to three other F150s and confirmed that they are all normal and only louder due to my lift kit. They had every opportunity to nickel and dime and yet they still chose to tell the truth and there was no charge for my full inspection. I will continue to go to this very reputable company because of their honesty. Thank you!!!

We purchased several vehicles for our fleet here at Kaeser from Landmark Ford. So far most of the fleet have had no major issues with exception to our Ford F150 XL.The tailgate started springing open at unpredictable times, one time in particular was on the freeway. Fortunately nothing was being hauled when these occurrences took place, but we reached out to Landmark with the issue.They did a review on the truck and didnt see any immediate or obvious cause but they knew the issue was a hazard, so they scheduled a repair to change the latch hardware and review the bed alignment. We dropped the truck off for the repair and it was completed same day. The issue has not happened since the repair and I am hopeful the hardware replacement resolved the issue.Their customer service was good to us regarding this kind of concern, and I am happy with my experience. This delarship service center is a nightmare. I brought in a 1 year old truck with a horrible smell coming from the a/c system. A problem that had been adressed previously at another dealership unsuccessfully. The Service Advisor verified the problem, personally, after also unsuccessfully attempting to fix it. He then told me that a tech or CSM had to verify the problem in order for a warranty repair to be authorized. I brought it in a third time and the CSM personally verified the issue. They then held onto the truck for 3 weeks without even touching it. I finally took it home for a few days and brought it back yet again with a promised date of it going into the shop; only for the advisor to call me the day after dropping it off and tell me that they couldnt identify the cause of the smell and that I should take it to another dealership. Landmark Ford Service refuses to fix an issue verified by both the Service Advisor and their own Customer Service Manager, on a 1 year old truck. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and energy on this dealership.

I have been using landmark ford service for years with my 2011 F150 (purchased at another dealer). When my F150 5.0L V8 failed prematurely, I was pretty upset with Ford. I started shopping heavy duty diesel trucks from other manufactures. I was not impressed with the other trucks. So I went into landmark just as a last look at the Ford SuperDutys. I loved them so much more than the others.I let Kari Locke know about my situation with my F150 and the failed motor. She was sympathetic for me, and was able to help me feel good about getting into a Ford SuperDuty.Im so glad I stuck with Ford as I am completely impressed with Fords SuperDuty trucks. Kari was extremely helpful throughout the whole process with a no pressure approach. She was able to answer all my questions about my special order truck (which I had a lot). Communication was great during the time my truck was being built and shipped. Then when the truck showed up to Landmark, she came in on her day off so I could come pick up my truck. Thanks Kari! Definitely the best car buying experience I have had.

Bought a used car here:Did I deal with a sales guy who didn’t answer my questions, was basically there to drive in the car with me, and failed entirely to address my concerns? Yessir!!!Did I then get passed off to a complete jerkoff finance guy who tried to bully me into using their financing (despite having my own pre-approval from my credit union)? You betcha!!!Did it unnecessarily take about 4 hours before I left with my car? You got that right!!!Is this different than any other “big” dealer experience I have had? Very poor experience with this Ford service center. My husband brought his truck in to get several things fixed. We were told one part would not come until Friday. On that Friday, there was zero communication from David with the tan team about whether they received the part, and how much longer they would need to hold the truck for. We called multiple times, no response or call back. We had to physically show up the next morning to get an update only to have David tell us he forgot to call. We paid over $1,700 for service there, and expect better professionalism and customer service. In general, it was very hard to get through on the phone, no calls back, and poor response time. After we got the truck back, his license plate was severely bent from their car wash and they didnt even put his antenna back on after taking it off. Very sloppy work.

Chris on the Green Team went absolutely above and beyond for me. Ive had less than perfect experiences at other Ford dealerships but this location was recommended to me and I swear it was the best choice I made for the last entire year. Due to the chip shortage, it took a while to get my truck in to the dealership, but Jeff called me regularly at every step to give me updates on the status of my order. He was proffessional, informative and always willing to help. Plus, he was super patient with my family when I brought my crazy kids in to sign papers and take the truck home. Thank you Jeff! The prosses was a bit long but I belive necessary . I all ready new what I wanted and was ushered though the proses vary well. I new about Landmark through my previous employer and was very impressed at that time.I had dealt with the parts department neat guise May I add the finance person was vary efficient and tuck me through the proses on a timely manner and a thorough explanation of all product. the truck was not detailed thorough I needed to clean the windshield on the inside and install the floor mats. We have been to a number of dealerships here in town. Jeff gave us the best experience of all the people/dealerships weve met. He helped us buy something (18Lincoln MKX) that we otherwise would not have considered just based on our online research. We love the car and we are very thankful for Jeff who helped find our car. Id give 5+ stars to Jeff! However, regarding the finance/sales dept experience (post-decision making): it was not the best. Mostly because I could not find precise answers to warranty, repairs required, etc. The warranty information they gave me was actually pretty much wrong. However, the service center at landmark ford walked me through the details of the warranty and was spot on. In the future, I think it would help if the sales dept communicates with the services team to get accurate repair and warranty information on used cars and provide it to the customers directly. -Manju

Just had my very first experience coming to your Body Shop, and I have to say it was exceptional! The manager whom I mainly dealt with and his staff were TOP-NOTCH! I wasnt aware your dealership even had a Body Shop, so I decided to visit and check it out. Ive mainly used other Body Shops in the area like Leifs and Caliber, but after my recent visit with Landmark Ive defiantly found my new place. The customer service and professionalism of the staff sold me just walking in the front door, Ive never had that experience with the other shops. Not sure who reads these reviews, or if the ownership ever reads them, but I have to brag a bit and say that Landmarks Body Shop is the real deal. I can only hope the Body Shop staff sticks around for awhile, because no other shop in Oregon has a staff or manager like Landmark has! Great job!!

People are friendly and kind. Work was completed on time. We do like the extended hours for service in the evenings and on Saturday. One concern was that the service team leader didn’t seem to follow up on all our request when we dropped off the car, but the service director quickly made arrangements to resolve the issue when he learned of our dissatisfaction. We bought our car used (elsewhere) at 16k.. we now have 75k and have never had a single issue with it. All thanks to these guys at THIS location. We moved to Vancouver and still come here. We went to a different place just once and they wanted double the amount for the same job and they were rude but the people here are fantastic and get it done quickly. Never taken money or personal items. Always cleaner or just the same as they got it. Bring your vehicle here if you care about it.

This seems to be a fairly high volume dealer. They have their service department broken into teams. That should make it convenient but they dont have it quite right. I was on the orange team. I happen to stop by about noon or so. I was informed the service manager from the orange team doesnt come in until 3:00. That doesnt make much sense to me. However the service director did take the time to come meet me when I was pacing in the lot looking for someone to help me. He didnt have the greatest of news but at least he took some interest in the issues that I was having with my old Ford. I guess thatll teach me to buy an old Ford.

10/10 - Would recommend!A Destination Dealership - Landmark Ford is a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip! I reached out for information on a vehicle and Charlie was prompt to follow up with me via phone and email. After sitting down at another dealership the week before and leaving unhappy, I was a little leery to go to another to be let down again. Instead, Charlie was very imformative about all the vehicle specs, answered my endless questions, and got down to business helping me trade in my car without hassle.This was, hands down, the most relaxed and least painful experience I have had buying a car! I even went back in a couple of weeks after to learn more about some of the new features on my vehicle and Charlie was happy to assist. Absolutely the worst experience getting an appraisal for my 2019 escape. They hounded me to sell them my new car I purchased from them earlier. They told me that My car was in high demand and that they can offer more than the appraisal.!! Fat Lies.. They never had any intention doing so. When I complained to the CEO, he told me that he I do not plan to continue this communication thread as it is accomplishing nothing.
