So I had been looking for a specific vehicle that met all the requirements I was looking for, color, mileage, Price, etc. I saw a listing for what I was looking for at Ariana Motors and after a call to find out some info about the car decided to make the long trip from Texas to California to get the car.I flew from TX to Cali on a Monday, got to the dealership by 1:30pm and was on the road back to Texas an hour later. AJ and Elena were some of the friendliest folks Ive ever worked with on a car sale. The car is awesome I got to learn all about it on the long ride back.I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the people that helped me get the car Ive been wanting for awhile now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not just because the 2016 Camry was everything I was looking for with a great price, but more importantly the people there are great! AJ and Sheila were awesome, I felt totally comfortable there, no pressure and they both were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend buying a car from here based on my great experience.

I traveled an hour to view and possibly purchase a vehicle of choice. This never happened as I was told by the car sales woman, that I could not test drive the car without proof I was going to purchase the car. When I asked why, she stated it would be too much work to pull the car out of the garage and the is car expensive. Also in dicussing the finial pricing after taxes and licensing, she increased the verified sticker price by 2k. When this was questioned, her answer was fumbled and completely unauthentic. Completely disappointing experience after choosing to make the drive based on pass good ratings.

We bought a car from them today. They are really professional, friendly and easy to talk to. We inquired about the car we’re really interested the day prior, and they had no problem of disclosing any information about the car. They were able to answer all of our questions. Then we went to their office this morning and it was definitely a pleasant experience. We highly recommend visiting their office and purchasing a car from them. They would treat you with the outmost respect and knows how to deliver a world class customer service.

Buyer beware!!!!! Ultimately I was sold lemon May of 2020. I purchased the vehicle May 26, 2020, by June 15th it was in the shop @ my local BMW dealership. The issue I experienced with my vehicle was (drivetrain malfunction) .The vehicle goes into limp mode. This happened to me multiple times at a high rate of speed on the highway. I was stranded on the side of the highway multiple times due to this issue . Not to mention with my toddler in the vehicle, with temperatures reaching 117 degree weather in Palms Springs. By the grace of God, I was able to get out of the fast lane and maneuver to the side of the road without being hit from behind. What an awful experience, not to mention the customer service was highly lacking. I initially called about the vehicle and completed the application online, I was told things were good to go. Later I called to confirm an appointment to come in, I was told someone was at the dealership looking at the vehicle. I was told the person was paying for the vehicle fully in cash, and they would take the other individuals offer over mine because of this. Then shortly there after, that individual wanting to pay fully in cash changed their mind. I still give these guys a chance, because I was in love with this vehicle and end up getting screwed over. Not only did Ariana Motors put myself at risk and my toddler, but others on the road. Again, buyer beware!!! I got rid of this car, and purchased a certified used BMW.

Im not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I recently bought a Used Audi A3 from them I love the vehicle its clean, low miles and grate price. The experience was incredible. The sales team, including AJ, Shila and Elena helped provide me the a great price including everything I was looking for as far as Gap, extended warranty. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. We recently bought a car through Ariana Motors. We love our car, and there is nothing wrong with it. We got a wonderful car, for an amazing price! It fits our family perfectly!What is wrong is that we were told that there was a $700 lenders fee. When the bank called to start the process of my loan, I told them what we did as the down payment, and mentioned the $700 lenders fee. About two hours after I told the bank about the lenders fee, I got a call from Ariana Motors telling me to call the bank back and tell them the $700 was for a part that was needed to get the car in condition to take home. I am an inexperienced car buyer, so I wasnt sure what was going on.When we mentioned it to my father in law, he said that the lenders fee shouldnt be more than $250. I decided to go through my paperwork and see what I had about the lenders fee. But there was nothing in the paperwork they gave me.My wife posted a review, as I was calling Ariana Motors to get the paperwork. They attacked her. They told her that she had no clue what she was talking about, and that she wasnt even around for the sale. Which they were wrong, she was. She was the one who realized we didnt have all of the correct paperwork.Ariana Motors called me, not about the voicemail I left them, but to talk about my wifes review. We didnt care about the fair price of the car or anything. We just wanted our paperwork. I called them on a Monday, and we waited for them to send it to us, until Friday. I then emailed them, telling them that if we did not get the paperwork, that we would be going to the Business of Automotive Repair, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. We just wanted our paperwork. They responded to my email saying that we were threatening them.When I picked up the paperwork, our $700 wasnt used as a lenders fee, the paperwork states that it went towards our down payment. Now I am having to go back through the bank and make sure that everything was recorded correctly.Honestly, the car is amazing. The customer service afterwards though... They are a nightmare to try to get a hold of.

I went into Ariana Motors after visiting a few other dealerships in and around Los Angeles. I would have to say hands down AJ and his Team were the best. After reading all the reviews. I regret buying a car for my daughter here at Arianas. We gave a 2,000 down payment in which it was never deducted. Purchased a Honda for 15000. Financed for charges approximately 1800 for 5 years. Down payment was never shown on the contract. Instead of subtracting my down payment it was added totaling 19800. I called them after reviewing all the paperwork....They said that they dont steal peoples money or BS. The manager said after receiving your final contract you will see it the it there. Contract came in the mail the down payment was never added there.... Contract should have read at least 15,800-2000 for the down payment: these people steal your money!!!!!!

My daughter found a car listed on this site, since I work in the car industry I attempted to call to get additional information on this car since the Carfax only showed 1 oil change in 4 years. AJ who says he’s the General Manager in his email, started cursing at me and raising his voice saying I was accusing his company of doing shading things, just for asking detailed questions! When I wouldn’t back down, he said the car is sold, he won’t sell it to me and hung up on me. I will be reporting your company to the BBB for discriminating against women. I will also post this review on every site possible so women are warned how you treat an assertive, intelligent woman.

I bought a 2015 car from them and they told me it had no accidents or problems. After I got home I noticed the front bumper is not snapped in completely.. (it must have come loose on the drive home)..I take it to a body shop and they tell me the front bumper has been repainted and showed me some of the body lines don’t match up. Thanks for selling me a car with hidden body damage that they said had NO accidents... Be careful when buying a car here!!

Got a fantastic deal on one of the emissions-fixed TDI VW Golf cars that were involved in the emissions scandal. Well, the only I can share was a bad experience. I went to go see the bmw x3 they had offered to do a down payment of $2,500 to which I had agreed and when I went to give her the money, she told us that she forgot to add the registration fee and now she wanted $3,000 down. I was really disappointed because she had already added over $1,500 to the original price and now she wanted to add $700 more. I have never had any problem buying a car this is the first.

Horrible buying experience. Thery are a dishonest wholesaler. I bought what I thought and told was a clean car. I took it to the jeep dealer to address some warranty issues and was told by the dealer to return it and report fraud. Thery said tghat the car was unsafe and had significant damage. I contacted the selling dealer to ask to fix it or I would like to return it inside of my 48 hours or purchasing. They refused to fix it through the dealer correctly and then claimed I did the damage and I owed a $500 restocking fee. The lies that were told to me were unbelievable and disheartening. I was willing to work with them but it wasnt possible. The Jeep was unsafe and sold to me and hopefully nobody else as a good clean low mileage vehicle lightly used. Poorly ran family business with little to no integrity.

They nice and helpful i got the car i wanted didnt have any problems in and out within 2 hours total. I would recommend them to everyone.
