My interior lights were not working so I made an appointment for Service to take a look. The ease of making an appointment was great and as I drove up to the service dept, I was greeting with a friendly service advisor. Check in quick with no waiting and they found the issue quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour.
The staff was friendly enough when I purchased a car but they promised to send me a 2nd key for my vehicle and never did. Called to follow up multiple times but no one would honor their promise and take ownership. Suggest you get everything they promise before giving them your money.
Fast and professional service. The shuttle service is very fast; the driver very friendly and helpful, he even helped carrying few bags I had with me and put them in my car. The technician and cashier also very professional and friendly.

Just puchase 2021 Rdx Aspec. Sky hes very helpful and Cliff very friendly. I would say very hospitality but I couldnt give a 5 because The RDX that we test drive got some spots like residue and some sand they promise to do detail cleaning. After they washed and ride it home still there some white spots and some sand in hidden corners. That makes me to give 3 out 5.

Approximately two weeks ago I took in my Acura RL for a active campaign recall for the airbag inflator sensor or the sort. I met with service advisor, Robert. Really nice guy. He even put me in a loaner vehicle since it called for a few hours.When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I couldn’t start my car. At first I thought it was the battery. So here I am spending additional time to try to diagnose a vehicle that went in for a normal service recall and did not start. To make a long story short, it was not the battery or anything else other than the key that I left them with that was in perfect working condition. After another half hour or so, I bring it up to the attention of the service advisor what I noticed was missing from my key. He was clueless of what had happened. Apparently the porter who brought my key back to the key box must have been dropped my key and the impact was so hard that it knocked out the housing and the microchip that was inside of it. That chip was later found by one of the employees underneath the toe kick of one of the service advisors desk. So what would you expect a well recognized and distinguished auto dealer do to correct the issue? Absolutely nothing!!!They merely get away from taking responsibility by saying that it was an aftermarket key and that they could not duplicate it or get me a new one. Furthermore they put the chip back inside the key and taped it with scotch tape. Unbelievable!!!
Been coming here for 2 years and was turned down on Saturday by Rob D. I offered to wait which is always expected but he insisted I come back NEXT WEEKEND. (All I needed was an oil change so why a week delay?) I ended up telling him I needed an appointment for Monday, but since I left quite upset with the entire encounter I didn’t end up going in today. Moving forward I’ll be getting my service next door for much better customer service.

Got my 2015 suburban LTZ here only one key fob witch was taped together they made it seem like the only damage was scratches. bumper was busted, drivers side passenger door button dose not work. My customer # is 741828, Invoice number 221490. The following review is based on my visit yesterday. I took my car in yesterday December 17, 2019 for check engine light, Misfire P0300 code (Random Misfire) and was looking to do the 100k service water pump/timing belt service as well. The trouble shooting service cost $169. After dropping my car off, I received a call 2 hours later saying the spark plugs and ignition coils were fine and that I would need a compression test, which would cost an additional $169 dollars. I knew the ignition coils and spark plugs were fine they were brand new I personally replaced them 2 months ago. I questioned that checking spark plugs and ignition coils does not take that long and them not checking compression as part of misfire diagnostic was a disappointment. To which he replied that the technician opened the valve cover gaskets to check the valve timing hence the reason it took that long.He said that without a compression test or further diagnostics their guess was the motor needed to be replace because my car had low oil and their first assumption was the engine was burning oil, Maybe they forgot that cars do leak oil from old worn gaskets, VTEC consumes oil etc. What he did know is that one of my bolts in the valve covers is marked in a place that only I know about, so I wanted to see for myself if they in fact did the work they claimed. I refused the compression test and went back to pick up my car.When I got home, I checked the valve covers for that one specific bolt, and lord and behold the bolt was still in the same place. I find it extremely hard to believe that out of 16 bolts that one managed to end on the exact same place ( can it happen yes but chances of it are slim to none). This leads me to believe they did not check the valve timing as they claimed, and the supposedly two hours work was just checking coils and the MAP sensor.I can’t believe I was about to pay over $1800 dollars for my 100k service at this place plus whatever else they were going to charge to diagnose and fix the misfire. I would highly suggest the managers to check cameras if available to see if the technicians are actually doing what they claim. In addition, the service manual clear states the procedures to trouble shoot a P0300 code on page 11-100. (First step confirm the misfire with scanner (2) check fuel quality, (3) spark plugs, (4) check fuel pressure, (5) check oil pressure, (6) check coils, injectors and the ECM/PCM, I can keep going but do not want to bored you with the details.What I am getting at is that I was charged $169 dollar for a poor diagnostic of telling me what I already knew about my spark plugs and coils, a five-minute job of MAP sensor voltage check, an opinion of needing a new motor and a car wash. Perhaps if they follow what their service manual states they could had actually given me my money’s worth and actually figured out the problem. I expected better service from Acura, I love my car and the brand but this kind of business practice is horrible, and unacceptable I sure hope other Acura dealers are not doing the same thing.In regards to customer service/ courtesy I have no complains, Travis Hardy was very polite and professional, I got a loner vehicle for the duration of the diagnostics free of charge.
This is the second time in a year that we purchased a car from this dealership. Our salesperson was Ryan Bishop. He was so helpful and efficient the first time that we reached out to him again and our second experience was even better. We got a great deal both times and never spent more than an hour at the dealership completing the deal and signing all the paperwork. Worst customer service!! leased an Acura 2 years ago an Acura RDX2019 then a year after already had a new transmission placed also had a recal for the fuel pump now my car is lagging to start. I called them a week before in regards to the issue my car has had and is having and one of the managers said to come in so they can take a look at my car and figure something out for me since I don’t want to be driving this car any longer! I went in and told the sales man what was going on the manager there did not want to speak to me and had him come back and forth and basically told me they could not do anything for me and to call Acura I asked well where do I call didn’t even give me a number basically told me to figure it out myselfI leased the car there and maybe it was because we are a young couple they didn’t care much to help us stay away!

I wish I could give 100 stars to this dealership. They are hands down THE best, kindest, most wonderful dealership I have ever associated with in my entire life. To have me be able to get low payments with only $200 down on a 10 year old used car, they took a big amount of the price of this used car (over $2000 off the selling price) so they could have me be able to afford it. They are a dealership that is not heartless and greedy like most other dealerships. They care about people more than they do money. I will from now on come back to this dealership for my future car purchases and will be telling everyone I know to come here. I am so thankful and blessed to have worked with this dealership. Im a single mother of a Disabled child & 2 other kids.. I went in here with 2000 down on a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum..They assured me That this SUV was safe & it had been inspected.. 3 months later The transmission went out,,Then the front axle went out.. Now all my breaks are bad.. Ive had my car 8 months & its spent more time in the shop then being driven.. I find is sad that they would do this to a person luke me or anyone for that matter.. Please be careful with this dealership, I wouldnt wish this on anyone 😪

My friend wanted an Infiniti qx60, so we looked up online, this is one of the places that has the vehicle within his budget. We drove all the way from La to this place, they kept playing number game with us, come on, I have been in car business for years, I know what kinda game they are playing, so we ended up leaving without getting the vehicle. Please be straight forward with your customers. I havent encountered any dealership on earth will not give their customer full tank gas since its a used car. Keep all your money, and keep all your inventories.
I bought the first 2nd hand there but they do not give my the radio code. because of the battery, now the radio cannot work and they also do not have the code, sad

I have not been to this location, Im just looking online. The website is fine and they seem to have lots of cars. So if I was in the market for a Acura I would go to this location. I like the TLX I also like the MDX except for the MPG,S of the MDX is not to good. I drive 50k miles per year so I do want good MPG.

I was notified by mail that there was a safety recall for the drivers side airbag one week after I had received the title to the vehicle. I purchased the Acura for my Daughter used at a dealership in riverside, Ca. so, once I received the recall notice she had to drive on of my extra vehicles which she did not like. Once I phoned the phone number provided on the notice of recall they setup an appointment the following day and replaced the airbag within fourty five minutes. However, my Daughter and I enjoyed Starbucks Coffee for free, and enjoy watching television with a remote in hand to freely view any channel that we desired, and I was offered a free courtesy vehicle at no charge. If I went alone I would have chosen the free loaner vehicle however my Daughter saw the Starbucks Brewer and of course my Daughter being sixteen, we stayed in the customer lounge drinking Starbucks Tea, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate. The good news is my Daughter informed me she will take her car to the dealership for oil changes and other maintenance issues. Thanks DCH Acura, and Starbucks; I now only have to wait in line and get oil changes for My wifes vehicles and my own.

This is the worst car dealership Ive ever dealt with, and Ive had many interactions with car dealerships over the last 20 years.They have very high turn over and no one seems to know or care what is going on with their customers. Every time I call, I speak with someone new and have to explain my situation over and over again. Ive been placed on hold many times for more than 15 minutes, only to be hung up on. The finance manager who worked with me (who no longer works there) flat out lied to me about the $1000 triple protection plan I purchased, which hasnt protected me AT ALL. They also ripped me off for a maintenance plan that they claimed covered all of the oil changes, oil filter replacement, air filter, tire rotation, etc. It only covers the oil changes for $800! I specifically asked whether this plan would cover all of the routine maintenance described above and was told emphatically yes. I cant even believe they would sell an $800 plan that only covers oil changes for a 3 year lease!?!?As far as I can tell, there isnt a single person still working at this dealership that I initially dealt with when I signed the lease in December 2016.BUYER BEWARE - I would strongly suggest going elsewhere to get a vehicle. They dont even deserve 1 star... I would rate DCH Acura of Temecula ZERO stars.
I called to ask a service tech supervisor a question. Where do I locate the crankshaft position sensor on a 2002 Acura TO? He told me hed ask a mechanic. After holding for 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 26 seconds, he gets on the phone and told me the mechanic he asked (joseph) told home to f%$k off and wasnt going to offer me an answer to my question.During the time on hold, I listened to how DCH Auto group is committed to customer service. How their staff members hold this commitment true to each and everyone. This car was bought at this dealership originally when it was Norm Reeves Acura of Temecula. Now Its at the point where mechanics are telling supervisors to blank off, their not going to help customers in need on vehicles that came from the dealership that pays their salary and provides them with employment. Supervisors and management are disrespected and the mechanics behave in this manner against the service of customers as well. My message to Joseph the mechanic is I hope the GM reads this.

Have over 190k on my 2012 Acura TL Sh-AWD and Ordered quite a lot of OEM parts from them to keep my baby running like it was new. That’s what you expect from Acura/Honda. I made a 10 O’Clock appointment for an oil change and didn’t get my car back until 12:30. There were no other repairs or replacements, just a standard oil change. Four other people came in to have their vehicles serviced after me and all four of them left before I did. How on God’s green earth does it take two and a half hours to change some oil?? I will say the staff was very friendly, my car came back to me clean, but the wait time is unacceptable for a very simple, standard service.
Had $1,738 for alternator and battery and tensioner repair. After picking up the car today, noticed long fissures along passenger side dashboard that wasnt there when I left there. I had addressed this issue with Chad and he said it was because of sun exposure. Well, that maybe true but my car well taken care of and use car shade and detail my car with uv protection dashboard dressing to block the UV. Coincidentally it had to crack at the dealership? As if the UV is stronger over there? Bunch of BS. I believe during the repair the mechanic used strong force and jolted/torsion the car it made fissure from end of the dashboard (close to the car hood all the way to air bag). Chad seemed didnt even cared and ask me to google online that is common issue. Well I have a Toyota 2003 it has been sitting under the sun and no crack whatsoever and furthermore my other car I had in my life never had this issue. So I will no longer want to do business with DCH Acura (buy or repair)....it has been very frustrating and disappointing experience not to mention it was quite expensive. Ps Chad asked me take down the review. Why? Truth is truth. Apologies seems like cookie cutter response. Fact of the matter is that crack dashboard are prone but my point is IT HAPPENED WHILE IT WAS AT YOUR DEALERSHIP. Stop shifting or avoiding the cause or blame. Own it. For example you left your kid with care taker and when you picked up your kid, you noticed bruises on his body. You confronted the caretaker and the person response is: at young age between 4-8 yrs old, prone to get bruises, but as a parent you are telling the caretaker that my kid had no bruise marks when I left with you. DCH Acura, now you can relate or understand where Im coming from? If this has happened to you, wouldnt be concerned or upset?
Jozef Petricko is who helped me choose my new car. Ive owned an Acura for the past 20 years and would not change it for any other car brand. Jozef not only educated me on the differences between one type and another but he also facilitated every detail that might take more time in order to finish the buy quickly being that I dont have much patience for these things any more. He also accompanied my grand daughter to bring back her rented car and was very attentive to every need we might have.This Acura store and its employees, especially Jozef are highly recommended by myself and my grand daughter who was delightfully surprised by the treatment we both received.

I just purchased a CPO 2012 MDX from DCH Acura of Temecula. I work with Ron in Internet Sales and Docs in financing and I cant express enough how wonderful they were to work with. It was so low pressure, nothing hidden, nothing shady, none of the stuff that makes you dread car buying. In fact, the complete opposite. So friendly, willing to work with me, upfront about everything, and Ron was genuinely excited about my purchase. He even took the time, though it was the end of the night, to come out and show me how to use all the cool stuff in my MDX. I know this process can be so overwhelming, but they made it so easy. I actually was able to enjoy the car buying process. I would recommend Ron to anyone!
We intended to visit other auto manufacturers in our search for a mini-SUV. We met Ron Alvano when we arrived at DCH Acura, and his knowledge of the competition, and understanding of the RDX Acura convinced us that the Acura was the right car for us. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but have never before had a sales person spend so much time with us teaching the complex electronics present in our car....we definitely will have our car serviced at DCH Acura in Temecula.

I previously wrote a good review thinking that we got a good deal on our van, I was very mistaken. We’ve had our van for about two 2 months and it already have problems. I am a wife and a mother of 3 and one on the way and Andy the dealership Manager that helped us knew this. We paid a extra 1100 for the warranty on the car but we were just recently told that the warranty only covers the engine... the fuel pump went out on the car so it’s not even starting up and they(as in Andy) told us we would have to get it fixed ourselves. They knew the whole time that something was wrong with the van and they still sold the car to us knowing the fuel pump was going out. We have 3 kids and one on the way and anyone that can do something like that is heartless and untrustworthy. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! We’re getting a lawyer to see what can be done.

It was an A123 service that can be rather pricey but they told me at the time I made the appointment what the estimated cost would be and they kept to that amount. They also reviewed in detail the condition of my car and what needed to be watched.
I bought an Acura from this dealership in March from Jozef Petricko. The experience was excellent. I returned yesterday with my wife to look at an MDX for her and unfortunately Jozef wasnt in. The salesman, Tim, was far less professional. He was condescending and dismissive. Once another couple arrived we were quickly abandoned in hopes of someone else giving him a quick sale. My expectations of this dealership were higher based on past experiences.
Overall, I’ve had successful repairs completed and competent diagnoses on my Acura, but the billing practices leave a lot to be desired. The good outweighs the bad, and I certainly wouldn’t discourage anyone from patronizing this business. Everyone is polite, and the loaner vehicles are excellent. However, I left feeling with a sense of being squeezed.For example, once I had a tire pressure sensor light go on in the dash. It would come on after driving about 10 miles. I brought the vehicle in, paid the deductible for my warranty that went towards diagnostic and repair, but the light came back on 10 miles after driving off the lot. The service advisor’s position was that a different tire sensor must have gone bad in that ten miles, with the exact same symptoms at the same interval, and I needed to pay another deductible.The only other issue I had was when I brought my vehicle in after the check engine light came on and an error code read for a transmission issue. By the time I brought it in, the light had gone out. They promised my diagnostic fee would go towards the repair. They couldn’t replicate the issue but suggested I do a three times transmission flush. I asked that they only drain and fill the transmission once instead of three times. They said if they didn’t do it three times, they would not apply my diagnostic fee to the single drain and fill.So, they gave me the choice of either paying $120 for nothing or pay around $350 for three drain and fills. They refused to let me pay the $120 for a single drain and fill using the diagnostic fee, and yes, those are high prices for transmission fluid changes.Mind you, I agree that 3 times is the best precaution to change out all the fluid, but I had just had it drained and filled at this same location only 4,000 miles prior! And I had documentation of another full flush only 3,000 miles prior at an Acura dealership in Ventura! They were made fully aware of this, said they saw no metal shavings in the fluid, but refused to budge.They never replicated the issue. It was probably just an overheat after going uphill. I would have happily paid the diagnostic fee for a single drain and fill, but they used potentially wasting the diagnostic fee in order to rack up the other two fills.Now, it’s not like I asked them to put the diagnostic fee for a transmission issue towards replacing the serpentine belt or replacing the tires. I asked them to do the same thing they were recommending, but less of it.Agreeing to put money up front based on their representations of where that money will go is a sign of trust. I felt betrayed when they refused to put my diagnostic fee towards a single drain and fill and only towards three at three times the cost. That said, if you don’t care about how much you spend, their repairs have always been great. The technicians are excellent.I also got a frustrated phone call at 7 AM when I responded to the customer satisfaction survey with nearly the same message above. There was no offer to do anything. It was essentially just to double down on the prior position. To be fair, the service management has its positives too. One time, I forgot to fill the tank up on the loaner, and they called me a few minutes after dropping it off to ask if I wanted to come back and fill it to avoid the $8 a gallon fee. That was much appreciated.So, nice people, great repairs, but some cringe worthy reasoning on the charges after they’ve already taken money down.
