I would not recommend taking any vehicle to the collision center at Paradise Chevrolet… especially do not get Michele as your person to advise you. Michelle stated my vehicle would be ready a week ago and when I called her out on it she lied…… I still don’t have my truck and it’s been almost 2 months to repair a car!!!!!!! I asked Michelle if this was true she stated “ Sorry it’s not their fault you got in a car accident!!! “ Sorry to the owners of paradise Chevrolet they need serious customer service training !!!!!!!!!!
A major thank you to Curtis Brown and the team at Paradise! They were absolutely outstanding in their customer service and performance. I had taken my vehicle to Carlsbad Cadillac (which is much closer to my home) to address a problem that was improperly fixed multiple times. Eventually, I told Carlsbad just to give me my car back and I would be taking it elsewhere while still paying for the subpar service at Carlsbad. Paradise was recommended to me by a colleague. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Curtis, who went through all my concerns and asked detailed questions to get to the source of the problem. I felt Curtis had a much better understanding of the problem from the start. They were able to accomplish in less than a week than what it took Carlsbad to not get right at all in multiple attempts. All the while, Curtis called me with detailed daily updates. Since this particular repair was out of warranty, Curtis and the Paradise team worked with Cadillac to have the repair completed at a heavily discounted rate, especially since another Cadillac dealer hadnt gotten it right. Ive owned my vehicle for a year, and for the first time everything is as it should be thanks to the Paradise team. Thanks again Curtis, you guys were All-Stars and youll be my new service home even when there are three Cadillac dealers closer to me.

Very poor customer service. I called Paradise Cadillac to see if they had a new Escalade that I could test drive. The female sales person on the phone told me yes and asked what time I was coming in so they could bring the vehicle to the front and sanitize it before my test drive. Once there, I was assigned Darrin Young as my sales person. I told Darrin that I was in the market for a new luxury SUV, had driven a Mercedes GLS and was there to test drive the Escalade to specifically get a sense of the ride and handling. We went out to the vehicle, talked for a few minutes and when I told Darren I was ready to drive it, he refused to let me test drive the vehicle. He said that I had already told him that I would not buy that particular vehicle so he wasn’t going to let me drive it. I was pretty upset and went inside to wait 25 minutes to talk to a manager. While waiting, another customer was allowed to test drive the vehicle. Ryan Tracy (sales manager on duty) apologized for my experience. I told Ryan that I wanted Darrin to own it. Darrin became defensive, refused to take responsibility for his poor attitude and customer service and falsely accused me of bullying him. He attempted to get me to go outside to talk and refused to work things out in the lobby. I left without satisfaction of any sort nor a test drive and was upset over the entire experience. Paradise made my decision easy. Mercedes provided outstanding customer service, and offered to let me test drive the GLS without me having to ask. And yes, the GLS is amazing. After driving GM cars for over 20 years, I’m thankful that I’m now fortunate enough to not have to.
Horrible customer service experience, called to set up a test drive and purchase a brand new 2021 cadillac escalate. The person that answer the phone said it is very difficult to purchas a vehicle and test drive right now their is a whole process ordering online and making deposit before even test driving a vehicle you will be purchasing makes no sense she definitely discourage me and was aware she did that. Does not seem right if I am trying to purchase a vehicle and she is discouraging me to do so.

Brought my 2017 Cadillac in for its 50k service, and I must say it was the most pleasant and easy experience for me. Service Consultant Carlos Ceja I feel went above and beyond in making this a positive experience for me, he was extremely polite and answered all of my questions, explained everything that needed attention, arranged my shuttle, and stayed with me to the point of handing my keys back. Shuttle service was perfect, and the drivers were very nice and professional. A+
Probably the worst Cadillac service department Ive even taken our Escalade to. They did an adequate job servicing the vehicle, but have a lot to learn about creating an upscale customer service experience for an upscale brand. Wont be back!
SHADYYY!!!I bought my car from there a little over a month ago. Today my battery was 100% dead and they tried to charge me $350 to replace it. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM YOU GUYS A MONTH AGO!! What legitimate establishment sells cars with 1 month battery life and then tries to charge $350 to fix their problem because it’s not under “your 3 month warranty”.ADViCE: BE ETHICALP.S. The battery got replaced and installed for $175 at Pep boys
