I love going to GMC to get my car service there, everyone is so friendly there, and they let you know what needs to be done on your car besides getting what you ask them to do on your car. I like it when you drive up to the port, they can scan your car as you drive in and let you know if there is a problem with your car. also, I like it when you can have a cup of coffee and snacks as you wait for your car to get service, or they can give you a ride home if you dont want to wait there. I love taking my car to get service there.

I took about 2 hours to do a simple oil change, they don’t even bother to contact me personally although I was in the waiting room 20 steps away, account. Manager preferred use a phone instead of a more personal approach.

Very pleased with the service and care that was taken when we scheduled our first service appointment. Service attendants were prompt to greet and usher us through the sign in process with the electronic tech used. They had us proof read our specific service request and verified the issues with us.The timeline was adhered to, 2 hours almost to the minute.We were comfortable in the air conditioned lobby, offered water, coffee and snacks while watching TV.When the service was completed, the attendant who escorted us out to our vehicle made sure we had no questions left unanswered and was also very pleasant. We will continue to use Temecula Valley Buick GMC for our future needs.

My wifes GMC Acadias had mechanical issue and I took the vehicle to Temecula GMC. There was an initial misunderstanding with the service representative. I eventually, spoke to the service manager. We discussed the mechanical issue and the service manager came up with an acceptable solution.

Michael was great. I brought my 2012 GMC Acadia in for 100K Mile service. They evaluated the SUV and advised me on what should and could be repaired. No upselling, no pressure, just advice. They finished the work in the agreed upon time and picking up my vehicle took less than 5 minutes! Very well done.

I loved the option of checking myself in, it was a very fast process. My car was quickly diagnosed and I was alerted of the process and the cost quickly. I love that I was able to pay online for the repair! The service advisor was very nice, very helpful and funny! He even walked me to my car on a 100+ degree day. A+

I have always been hesitant to bring my vehicle in to the dealership for service, until my past visit at Temecula Valley Buick GMC. I was greeted at my vehicle by Robin, who made dropping my vehicle off an effortless process. She checked my vehicle in, ordered me a rental car, and updated me on my visit in a matter of minutes, just then the rental was pulling in and I was back on my way to complete my day. Everything was great and they handled my warranty issue in a timely manner. One thing I don’t like though is the check in kiosk. I would rather talk with a service writer and have the opportunity to explain my issue to a person. I guess it’s just a sign of the times, but I personally do not like it.This “complaint” if you want to call it that is relating to management, and not the services delivered. I was happy with the service, just not the kiosk.

I brought my 3500 Silverado Denali on a Tuesday for a rear seal axle leak. A bad radiator and a leaky upper oil pan leak was discovered and I was told it would be done by Friday. On Tuesday we were still waiting for parts, finally got my truck back the following Friday, the low coolant light was still coming on, and did so for a couple of days. The reason I drive 40 minutes instead of 5 to the Chevy dealership is because I had a similar experience with them. If the customer service is just as bad I might as well save the headache of going to Temecula and use the Chevy dealership, 5 minutes from my house, knowing I’m getting questionable service either place and just live with it.

We completely trust this dealership. They were more than open and honest about a purchase we did do on a used truck. They sent us pictures of all the mud damage that was done to this vehicle and gave us the choice if we wanted to keep it. We chose not to keep it. Because they were up front and honest, we decided to buy a new one through this dealership. Both of us were blown away when they said they would send Sal Nunez to our house to sign the paperwork. This dealership is more than 100 miles from where we live! What better customer service can you ask for? What a great experience! We can wait to drive this truck! So happy with this experience. We would recommend Temecula Valley Buick/GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Check in outside was fine. Liked the Kiosk.Sat in the lobby and got a call from the Service Advisor Mike going over what was entered on the Kiosk. I have an Extended Warranty and was tasked to get him the information. It is under the VIN on the vehicle according to both GMC dealers I have taken it to before. He wanted me to get the phone # for a GMC extended warranty? Seemed Odd...Upon picking up the vehicle, I was greeted by a nice Lady in the same area and she asked my name and told Mike I was there and there was no acknowledgement and he walked off. Must have been to busy to acknowledge either of us. She took me to the Lobby again... 20 minutes later he had time for me. Got to my Truck and the truck front quarter panel where they work clearly wasnt cleaned up - fingerprints smudge marks etc. What happened to washing the vehicle after service? Radio station had been changed...

My car has been fully serviced and drives like new. I came in with an appt for tire balance as my car was shaking on the freeway. It turned out to be the arms of the front wheels. They diagnosed the issue and since I was waiting for the balance at the dealers wait room, I was told a courtesy Uber could be provided to take me and my children home. I felt well cared for and understood and BEST OF ALL my car no longer shakes. Thanks to my service writer, Sean. He was awesome at calling and giving me updates.

I went in to take in my gmc Arcadia because it was over heating and I spoke to Michael. He went out and beyond to make sure to get it towed to him and they can start working on it right away. I really do appreciate his customer service and handled it very well. On another note the only thing that has had me on edge is on another problem I’ve been having with my other GMC car at the moment is that the sensors have not been reading on the tires and I’ve had spoke to Matt in sales regarding this issue and I’ve been ignored. I’ve left several voice messages and not even a call back very rude. I took my truck for service and I was promised it would be taken care of since it was under warranty and when It comes to it I’ve haven’t heard a thing. Not even a follow up or anything it has been a headache and nightmare with that it’s been very not cool. A back and fourth issue. That’s the only thing that I’ve been dealing with so at this point I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dealership.

I left my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali to have 2 Recall issues resolved, and a Driver assist feature repaired. I was going out of town for 1 week so I expected it would be repaired by my return. During this time Emerson, my service coordinator, kept me informed of their progress. I picked up my truck, and was VERY pleased that EVERYTHING on my list was 100%. It even seemed that my navigation seemed to operate better. I had only briefly mentioned I disappointed that the GM Navigation usually didnt respond to voice commands very well. Now it seems to.

My car Ended up being at the dealership for one week due to the wrong Part being ordered. This part was a safety issue as the shift had To be replaced because I couldn’t get the key out of the ignition. Mike kept me updated through the entire ordeal and told me they would work with me As much as possible to get it covered through GM. This would have been a much higher expense but due to it being a safety issue they covered a large portion. Unfortunately I still had to pay out of pocket $120….I know they did their best and service there is always 100% .

Scheduled an Oil Change on my 2020 GMC Denali HD 2500, when the service was complete oil was all over my paint on the drivers side fender, dripping off the truck! I dont understand why being the first vehicle in the shop it takes 2 hours to get an oil change especially when my vehicle is done in much less time and it sits in the lot. I have to go find the service advisor to get my paperwork and pay my invoice. This is the second time this has happened with different advisors. If I am waiting for my vehicle that doesnt mean I want to sit in your dealership while my vehicle is done. You really need to fix your process so when my vehicle is done I am notified and getting out of there. This doesnt make me feel like you value MY TIME.

First when I dropped off the vehicle the girl told me to wait in the lobby and my advisor will get me. 25 minutes later he called me. Then I told him what the issue was with the passenger seat not working and an area on the roof that was not painted. He (Emerson) calls me later stating that the car is ready and I need to start a claim with GM for the paint and the seat is working fine. My wife goes and picks up the car and then she notices the seat is still not working. Goes back in and lets him know. He then stated I said the driver seat was not working. Common sense would be to maybe check the other seat if that one is working. Then he texts me letting me know that it was a fuse and that is not covered under warranty and the rental will not be covered either. I replied telling him i would not be paying for the rental because it was his mistake for not getting the repair done correctly the first time. Also if the fuse had blown would he know that basic knowledge is something is wrong and causing a short making the fuse blow. He then calls he and states the tech noted what the issue was and when the seat was moving it was pinching the wire causing the short. WTH.. Very POOR SERVICE FROM THE START TO FINISH. We need to purchase two new cars this year and we were think of going to this dealer to purchase a new work car for myself and a small truck for our son. I can tell you that will not be happening.I will start looking for a new service dealer for all future repairs.

Website doesn’t allow for service appointment requests which forced me to call. Finally got someone on the phone who scheduled an appointment. There wasn’t any reminder call/text/email which is fine.The kiosk check-in is pointless and frustrating. If it’s to keep from person to person contact than ok but you still speak with at least 2 people during the process. Didn’t speak to a service advisor at all which doesn’t start the process of good. If it’s just an oil change than a kiosk could be good but if you have issues that need to be explained it complicates the entire process. Personal face to face service is a must and receiving a call after leaving the dealership doesn’t imply professional service rather we will get back to you when it’s convenient for us.While waiting for a ride indoors several salespeople thought it would be appropriate to have conversations where profanity (Fbombs) was used in a tone that several customers turned their head immediately towards the sales reps.Finally spoke with Sean or Shawn our service rep a few hours later who tired to recommend services (air and cabin filter) along with the tires that needed replaced. After stating that the filters were already replaced he paused and stated that he was looking at the wrong service paper as another Acadia was dropped off. He then explained that the tires would need to be ordered (Friday) but would get in the next morning (Saturday) which is understandable. I didn’t appreciate not being notified until 15-30min before closing that the tires came in late and “his guys” are working on it. This caused us to go without the vehicle another day which it is what it is but notifying us earlier would have been greatly appreciated. No mention of any estimated costs during the entire process. It wasn’t until I called Monday at 9am to inquire if the vehicle was done that I asked what the total cost was. I should have inquired earlier but I would expect the service rep to be upfront in the first place. Arrive at the dealership Monday morning to pick up vehicle and had to guess what to do as there was no customer service Reps to even say a simple good morning. Walked up to the cashier desk where the lady behind the desk didn’t even notice me standing there for a few moments as she was scrolling through her phone. She finally looked up startled asking “oh can I help you?” I said I am here to pick up our vehicle which she replied or you need to see your service advisor. Not having a clue who Sean/Shawn is since I never met him initially I had to guess. She ended up point towards a guy sitting at a desk. The service rep quickly flipped through the paper work spoke about not locating a wheel lock and took my wife’s debit card. At this point I was appreciative of the quick service as I was extremely not happy with the process. We get out to our Acadia where I do a quick look to realize the correct matching Michelin tires weren’t even the tires that were replaced. No mention of a different model of tire that just happened to be more expensive would be used. Frustrated and needing to get to work my wife and I just left since the tires were replaced and they kinda matched. Very unlikely that we will use this dealership for services other than the complimentary oil change. I absolutely will not be returning to purchase any truck that I’ve been ready to purchase seeing how salespeople behave while several customers are in the waiting area.

I am very satisfied with Sal and Rudy for taking time and taking care not only of my needs but to their other customers. Sal is sincere in explaining the details of the truck functionality and taking time to deliver the truck to my house even though it late in the evening and outside of his working hours. But the only thing I noticed in the morning is that the stitches of the steering wheel was cut and start to loosen up. Went to the dealership the following day and scheduled the fix and it was excellent. Thanks to Emerson from the service department. Came in for my comp oil change and tire rotation and while I’m picking up my car I was told sorry we couldn’t do your tire rotation. Something about 1 or 2 were lower on treads and it was against policy. Doesn’t make sense. And you lost an opportunity to sell a tire because you didn’t call me to let me know.

The worst service we have ever experienced. No communication or transparency. They had our vehicle for over 6 weeks, rarely returned our calls, did not offer a curtesy vehicle. When we were able to speak with service writer we were told that he was behind because he took a day off or that the mechanic took the day off. Other excuses we were given were that they had several trucks that needed transmission work and essentially put our vehicle on the back burner. The day after we picked up our vehicle, the same issue was present. Requested several times to speak with management and were never connected. Service writer Sean. Disappointment and frustration do not come close to describing how we feel.

Sales man very courteous and knowledgeable although his finance supervisor rude and unprofessional. Came in with over 50% down payment with own financing to purchase truck and was forced to run credit and almost walked away from the interest of buying vehicle due to lack of knowledge on behalf of the finance supervisor. To make a long story short wanted a Yukon Denali XL days prior and told them I was a serious buyer and ended up with a regular Yukon Denali. Only reason purchase was made is 3 reasons. 1.Sales man saved the day by being more knowledgeable than his finance supervisor. 2. Wife really wanted a Cayenne color with light beige interior Yukon Denali XL(beautiful truck by the way). 3. Very hard to find color scheme on that vehicle anywhere else especially due to vehicle shortages and other dealers ripping people off with vehicle shortage stories and very dishonest practices.

I just visited this location the salesman charles was very kind and very respectful. I didnt buy a vehicle but I will continue looking at their website to see inventory. The price advertised is the price you will pay plus taxes and other fees. Other dealership tell you a price and once you arrive tell you that vehicle is no longer available. Glad I finally went to an honest dealership.

Much improvement over the last time I visited this dealership. Shawn was fantastic. I had my little dogs with me this time and he made sure that we were comfortable and that they were fine. We sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours until everything was done on the car before he released it. The young lady who checked us in was fantastic. She was awesome and enjoyed talking with her while we waited for Shawn. She helped me out with my little dogs into their stroller and than she played with them for a little while. Everyone enjoyed them. The only thing I missed was the bottle of water and a cup of coffee. Under the circumstances I understood why there wasn’t any. All in all it was a fun experience. Thank You

I had a very nice experience when taking my car to get serviced at Temecula Valley GMC. It was there for 2 days and the service team member, Emmerson, stayed in contact with me the entire time. It was a very smooth experience and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and aware of what was going on with my car. Will be back for the next servicing when that time comes!

Temecula Valley GMC had a battery replacement special on their own website. I wanted that battery, and booked the appointment. When the work was completed, they used the wrong battery - a lesser quality battery with a shorter guaranteed service life. When I pointed that out, they took my car back in and put in the correct battery. I was shocked that as the customer, I had to discover their error. Putting the wrong parts into an owners car is a huge problem, and it was very disappointing to me that this happened on my first visit to Temecula Valley GMC.

All I have to say is wow. These people are very transparent and honest. Came from riverside after Theresa Chandler handled the dealing of my new 2020 Sierra Denali. She gave me the best deal out of many dealers. They even threw in a speaker kit for free. Another sales guy gifted me some cup holder lights. They gave 4500 more for my trade in that I expected. No haggling needed these people are the ones to deal with. They deserve the business. They will take care of you. I am very critical, never had a good dealing like this. Very pleased.

I had an appointment and even showed up 15 min early. After waited in the lobby for 3 hours without anyone from service giving me a diagnostic of what was wrong with my air conditioner. I went to the reception desk to ask what was going on, she contacted the service writer with my concern. It took him 20 mins to contact me by phone, not come into lobby to speak to me. Then another 20 to check out. I didnt have any service done for the main reason of how long I waited and no one checked back with me. This is really bad customer service and I will not go back to that dealer again as well as I will not ever recommend the dealership.

I purchased a new car (my 3rd with you) and the car wont be delivered for 2 weeks. I traded in my car with the deal so now I am without a car for 2 weeks and they have no loaners for me so I have to rent a car and after haggling the dealership said they will pay for 1/2 of the rental fee and they couldnt let me use my car I traded in because they now own it. I paid almost $76,000 for the new car. Not good
