Poor customer service. Rude staff. Little to no inventory. Excessive prices for repairs. The last time I had my oil changed they washed my car and left scratch marks everywhere. I will not go back.
We had the most amazing experience at Audi Temecula. We were instantly greeted by Rick who took the time to understand our needs in a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and accommodating to needs. The dealership was extremely clean and well taken care of. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I dropped my car off at 7:30am for a SIMPLE oil change, and 3 hours later it wasnt done? Mine was the FIRST car checked in, and they give me some BS story about if you drop it off and not stay and wait for it, they take the cars of people who stay and wait!!!!! Total BS!!! Never going there again

I had a BMW X2 M35i that I was absolutely not happy with and I had contacted Brandon, a sales manager, at Audi Temecula regarding an S4 that I was interested in. He went above and beyond to acquire the exact vehicle that I wanted, having it transferred from another regional dealership. I mulled around after corresponding with him for several days on whether to trade the BMW in for the S4, and ultimately I decided to do so. I came in unexpectedly, without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly, young salesman named Michael Rieger who was SO incredibly customer-service oriented and amazingly knowledgeable about cars. Another gearhead who gave me a ton of advice on the S4, talked cars and life whilst we waited forever and a day at my credit union to gain the cheque needed to finalize the deal. Once back, I was again greeted by the sweetest finance manager named Priscilla and I was on my way with my 2021 Daytona Grey Pearl S4 Prestige. I am overall super happy with the purchase and could not have had a smoother experience with everyone involved. They were super personable and made me feel at ease in a place where people normally dont feel at ease! Id buy another vehicle from these people in a heartbeat!
This is the second time I am taking my E-Tron in for the same problem.Hope they can fix it this time.Dont get me wrong, the E-Tron is a much better looking car than the Tesla X inside and out.The suspension is head and shoulders better and the ride is like a Mercedes GL 550 but much better in the corners.So why does it leak water from the roof and how can someone live with a roof leak in a car? no matter how great everything else is?Dont fail me again Audi Temecula.Driving this vehicle now for a few weeks I have to say that it is by far the best vehicle I have owned.The Managers are responsive and the dealership is just the classiest.Thank you gentlemen, I have now revised my review based on my experiences. I was never unhappy with their service, just with the initial experience with the car. Now I can say that I like the car quite a bit too!
I stopped by on the way to death Valley! Andrew and Tony were exemplary comes to customer care !I was just renting an Audi Q5 and needed the fluids and tires checked for safety and had a few questions about features.I wasn’t even their customer and they treated me like family.Amazing place.
Drove all the way from Redlands and it was worth the trip, Brandon and his team made acquiring our new E-tron a very positive experience. We appreciate that the team was very knowledgeable about the features of the E-tron and how they took the time to show us everything it has to offer. We plan on visiting again when we shop for a new vehicle.
One thing I would recommend about this place is NOT TO GO BUY nor SERVICE you vehicle. VERY STINGY on COURTESY vehicles, thats one. So, I called service department an hour earlier for an oil change and due inspection for my Q7. I specifically asked for a courtesy car so I can get back to work less than 5 miles away. At first the technician said they dont offer courtesy vehicles for less than 24 hrs service but I insisted and asked again anyway for just the end of the day. He put me on hold probably asked his manager or supervisor. He then told me, yes, he can schedule a courtesy car for me. Super! I can be there in 30 mins, I said. I got there and he started telling me I am due for my 20K service while my odometer is 11K. $670 total. I said, just the oil change and inspection like I said on the phone, probably inspect an oil leak in the engine compartment. He then said, just so you know we dont give courtesy vehicle for just the oil change and inspection. Were they LYING or were they just fishing customers to come in and bilk your wallet out? I say BOTH. I just grabbed my key and left. Will NEVER ever go there again. Try Escondido.

What a terrible place. They can’t even perform what I payed for. Going in there is a joke if you need help. I have been a Mercedes man for 40 years and I thought I would try Audi and it was a big mistake. From my grandson wetting the right seat it cost me 2000 to fix that. What a hassle this place is and they don’t even offer giving me a loaner. IM A AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP OWNER AND I WOULD NEVER DO Audi again.
Great dealer with very helpful customer service! I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealer which I love so far. Also they were very nice people that weren’t pushy in any way. They know that the process of purchasing a car can be tedious so they make it as quick and painless as possible. We stopped by because we were near the dealership and had looked at the inventory in Carlsbad the day prior and they didn’t have what we were looking for. Michael Reigar sat with me and my husband and talked about a lot of other options and showed us the Q7 which we decided would be a better fit. After a great conversation with Michael we decided to move forward but went back to the original dealership that we worked with in Carlsbad to complete the sale. I just want to say how great Michael was, he really took the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. I regret we weren’t able to purchase with him but I want him to be recognized for his outstanding customer service!

This is mainly about service as I cant speak for the sales portion. However, I never thought a Cali Dealer could have taken care of me so well. Took car in super last minute, Brett was there alone and unafraid and it definitely showed. He not only cared about getting my vehicle fixed but went above and beyond especially close to closing time. Despite a few set backs like shipping parts due to holidays, he was on his A game. This dealership has gone down the tubes. Worst customer service. Can not get a loaner or even a car rinse on a 100k car after they keep it for a week. So disappointing. I would never buy another Audi and def not from this dealership.
All I needed was a battery for my A3. And typically I call Felipe directly, as I dealt with him in the past and I like to stick with the people I know, but unfortunately he was off or on vacation. After confirming that he was not in, my service experience plummeted! From start to finish it was awful. Kim was directing my calls (I called 3 times that morning between 8am-10am). First, I called and spoke to Robert and this was the one and only time I was able to speak with someone from service that day. My first request was to get a quick estimate for the cost of service, he said he would call me back and he did with the estimate. I advised, Id call him back shortly and schedule service. When I called back about 20 minutes later I received the voicemail and left a message. I waited an hour, and decided to speak with someone else as I was desperate to get my car repaired. I told the operator Kim that I really wanted to speak with someone so I could actually schedule service and could barely get a word in before she just transferred me. I was sent twice to two different voicemails of people who were not even working that day. I know this, because I received a call next day from Adam, who I left a voicemail with and he wanted to follow up and schedule service (thank you for calling back). Little did he know, I finally gave up and called Audi in Escondido where they helped me same day and were far more professional! Audi of Escondido will have my business moving forward.
We had a great experience buying from Audi Temecula. We knew what vehicle we wanted and Millard worked with us to locate it. It didnt work out, However, we went in to purchase a vehicle coming in. It ended up we went with one they had just received. We felt safe during Covid through the buying process. They did their best when we were held up in financing due to other customers, to get my children what they needed for us to complete the purchase. We are very happy and will for sure recommend Millard again to friends and family interested in buying an Audi. He goes above and beyond even answering texts on days off. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in a few months ago to look at a used Audi A4 that I found online that had everything I was looking for. When I came in it was a slow day and I saw maybe 1 other customer. They wouldn’t even let me test drive let alone show me the car. The salesmen definitely judged me for being a younger buyer. (20 years old) little did they know I was willing to put a substantial down payment on a car since I had 15k sitting in my savings account. I don’t buy cars for having the newest model. I buy them for body styles and interior designs so I like the previous generation a4 better. Because of their mistreatment I left and waited to find another car for a good price. I wound up getting something different then an Audi but the moral of the story is you can’t judge a book by its cover and this place did. And that’s coming from one salesman to another. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so when my expectations are exceeded. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular, Millard Suan (Audi Brand Specialist). I discovered the dealership via the Internet as it had the Audi A4 Quatrro car I wanted in stock. Although the dealership was a bit farther than I wanted to travel, Millard made all the difference. He was honest, transparent, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to earn my business. I drove to the dealership yesterday and Millard honored our numerous phone call discussions and it was pleasure to do business with him. I leased the new Audi yesterday and will definitely send friends and family to Millard and continue to do business with Audi Temecula in the future. This is my third Audi lease but the first time Ive left an Audi dealership 100% happy.

Horrible experience tuning in my car off lease with this dealership. The Service manager told me he would take my car and store it for me but I would have to keep paying insurance on it because he had no one in their Sales team who could work with me and probably wouldnt have anyone for like two more weeks. I have purchased many cars over my life time and this has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The Sales portion of it was sales, didnt expect much from that. The service portion was horrible always trying to nickle a dime me on everything. I always had to chase them down because I would never get a call back when the car was ready, unless they wanted to sale me some sort of service. Now the cherry on top is this nightmare of not being able to turn in the car because they dont have anyone in Sales (to try and sale it to me is my guess). Oh, and this Sales Manager told me he would call me today after he spoke to his management to see if there is anything he could do. Anyone wants to guess? Yep, hasnt called as of yet...If you really want an Audi go up the road to Audi of Ontario or Escondido...
Had the car I wanted already in mind, but I’d never driven one. Salespeople were tremendously helpful; I test drove the model at least three separate times. I continue to visit the sales guys, kinda consider them friends. It’s rare to sustain a friendship with a car dealership where everyone knows your name, but Hoen is that kind of establishment. They’re fair, and they pride themselves on their work, it seems obvious. Thank you.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My wife bought a car there in June. Four months later we still had not received our registration from the DMV. I thought this was odd because even during a pandemic they have been quick to get out registration paperwork. When we went back to the dealership, they blew excuses at us and said the DMV was backlogged from the pandemic. That was a lie. DMV stated that Temecula Audi had never done the paperwork according to their system. We attempted to contact the GM who blew us off and the finance person was incompetent. She said the paperwork would be overnighted to us. That was over 8 days ago. Go somewhere else to buy a car.
Great experience at Audi Temecula! I bought a 2020 Q3, Ronnie helped me all the way through the process, which was mostly discussed online, so by the time I went to the dealership all the paperwork was done, I just had to review and sign and within an hour I was driving my new car. The service advisors go over and above to make sure your needs are met to get the customer in and out and with a cup of coffee in hand at that 😉What I like about the service they never put me in a rental without explaining all the bells and whistles the car has before I drive off.They are great customer service hard to get anymore.
I love shopping for cars, but usually I don’t enjoy dealing with the salespeople and the whole process (games) around the price negotiation. Audi Temecula was a very pleasant surprise compared to my prior experiences. We were deciding between a Honda Accord Touring and an A4 or A5, but the customer service at Audi was so much more professional and forthcoming than what we were experiencing at the local Honda dealer. The salesperson (Michael) and the manager (Moe) were both knowledgeable and honest, and there was no need to waste time doing the usual back-and-forth. We ended up with a great deal and a much superior car for a relatively small difference in price. We are happy to give the team at Audi Temecula our highest recommendation!

Purchased a Certified used e-tron from the Audi Temecula dealership. The night we drove it home, the bottom paneling under the driver car door becomes unhinged. We had not driven anywhere but home, did not hit anything. We call the dealership and they tell us to bring it back the next day so they can take a look. So we do, keep in mind that we are driving from San Diego back up to Temecula which is not a fun drive. The next day, we show them the panel and they say they will fix it. They keep the car for a whole week, saying that they are waiting for parts and whatnot. Luckily they did put us in a rental for the time. We finally get the car back, it looks fixed. Guess what? As soon as we get home, the panel starts coming off again! We take it to the Audi here in San Diego and they tell us that they can’t do anything for it since we didn’t purchase the vehicle there. So we make another appointment to go back up to Temecula to have it looked at and hopefully truly fixed this time since apparently they just put tape to hold it in last time. This time they say that can’t do anything for us and to just take it to a body shop. I don’t know what parts they ordered if any, but I truly regret purchasing this vehicle and it’s sucks because other than that panel, it runs great. I just wish they would have been honest and told us about the panel. Now we are stuck with a damaged vehicle.
I dropped in for an oil change and 15k service and they did a great job. I didnt even wait very long. I was impressed they were able to squeeze me in as I dont have an Audi dealer where I live and making appointments during week days are tough. It was a holiday and took great care of my baby. The General Manager also worked with me at a different location when I first purchased the car too. Nice seeing a familiar face.

I like to go to Temecula Audi dealership to do the maintenance because they are always ready for helps anytime. The last time I went because Ad-Blue need to be refilled. I just drove by and see whether or not I could do that service without making appointment. My service advisor Fillips did it for me immediately. Twenty minutes later, my car is ready to go. Dropped off my car for an oil change with an appointment. They werent sure if they could finish the same day so they provided a loaner which was nice. Got a call at 1pm that the car was ready but when I showed up at 2:30pm they first couldnt find the car. Then said that it was still waiting to be washed. Service guys seemed more concerned about going to lunch. Ended up paying more then the quote because it was calculated wrong when I dropped the car off too. They said I could wait around to get the car washed but that the washers were still at lunch. They did offer to have the car washed at a later date but too much trouble to go through just for a wash. Also had a bunch of grease or something all over the steering wheel. Kinda disappointed with the overall service, will probably just take it to a chain oil/lube place from now on. Love my Audi but Im paying a premium for the service and its just not cutting it here.
As far as the service I received at Audi Temecula, I rate them 5 stars. They have always taken care of me with a five star service. Everyone very friendly. Its my car I have issue with and I do not hold Audi Temecula responsible as they alway take care of me.

So disappointed. Had the BEST auto buying experience ever when I got my Q8 this past December, and was so hopeful that I was making the right choice in my purchase - but had a completely opposite experience upon having it serviced for the first time. Took my car in because every time it rains (light OR heavy, doesnt matter) or if the vehicle gets wet at all, the water collects around the driver side window and dumps onto the leather seat and the floor when the door is opened. Service rep told me this is perfectly normal for all Audi vehicles and theres nothing further to do. He sincerely seemed to not care at all. Called Audi customer cares 800 number and got the same reaction - from a phone rep who said there was nobody higher up than her I could speak with to try to find a resolution. So now I have to carry a towel and be ready any time theres moisture so I dont get it all over the leather seat and have to sit in it.
Top notch place and service. I have never met anyone there that didn’t give me excellent customer service.

I went into Audi this afternoon to test drive one of the 2018 SUVs they still had in stock and I have to say it was an INCREDIBLE experience! Beautiful new facility well maintained great inventory mix. I was there in a professional capacity not as a customer. However, the sales staff was very prompt to greet me and courteous in their approach. Definitely a place I wouldnt mind buying from if I were in the market.
I scheduled my Audi Q5 for service with the Temecula Audi service department. Felix was very knowledgeable and made the check in process simple and easy. He walked me through the planned maintenance to ensure I understood the the possible costs as well as ensuring I was on the best option to prevent me from coming out of pocket. He also set me up with a newer Q5 as a courtesy/loaner vehicle. After the problem was diagnosed, he worked with my schedule to make the pick up process as simple as possible even though it was after the service department was closed for the day. Very satisfied with the professionalism and and the treatment I received and would highly recommend them for your service needs.

I could not be more upset about my recent Audi lease. I feel like the sales people hid the numbers from me, misled me and took advantage of the fact I was injured and on a lot of medications to jack up the price of the car. I didn’t even get the info about the car I was leasing until after it was delivered. There was always an excuse why we couldn’t go through numbers. (Printer doesn’t work, salesman not there, busy, etc) “just sign and we’ll go through it later” now am paying 75k for a 56k car!!!! Plus when I got the car, the engine was smoking and the seatbelt alarm won’t turn off. I got a lemon A5 for 75k. I have surgery today and am stuck. Good for you Audi. You got another one. I’ll be getting rid of this car Immediately and calling their chamber of commerce. I bought pizza for your staff and this is how I get treated? No thank you.

Lets start with we are an AUDI family! Absolutely love the cars! Unfortunately service needs help. We own a local Auto Custom Shop in Temecula and we understand customer service. My son took his S3 in for a recall on the rear strut towers the car was lowered with extremely high quality product (because its an AUDI) we knew this was a problem to repair the factory recall with the rear shock towers. I had him bring the car to our shop to put the factory parts back on, in the process a bolt that needed to be removed to do the factory recall was not in the proper position, I understand our mistake clear as day! But because of this the service writer said they could not work on the recall and even threatened to flag the car and void all warranties! But they would fix it for one hour of labor! He tried to tell him we blew it not a big deal you need to remove it to do the service anyways! Unfortunately this dealership is young and does not understand the value of an AUDI enthusiast! We will go back to AUDI of Mission Viejo they understand the Love of AUDI much better.

Looking for an Audi as my new vehicle but not right away, I stopped by to just take a look at the S4 model. Josh (who Id highly recommend) came out to see if I had questions he could answer (like what a good sales professional should do.......respect!) - I ended up test driving the S4 (great car like I thought) but Josh sensed that I knew that this was not for me and encouraged me to try the A6........this suited me so much better! The offers are very well priced (through my research) to buy also all the folks there were very nice and professional with no pressure. Josh has been great over the last few weeks keeping me updated with no pressure tactics but with the professionalism and respect a prospective customer deserves........I Like to spend my hard earned money where I feel it is valued! I hope to make my A6 purchase here in next couple of weeks!

Where do I start? Let me start by saying that I have been a life long Lexus owner and have now come to the realization that buying an Audi from Temecula Audi was a huge mistake. In June I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Temecula Audi. The transaction was smooth and the sales rep, Nick was great to deal with. My problems first started on day 31 when the moon roof stuck in the open position. I took the car back to the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager, Robert. After a quick discussion he said they would not fix the issue and that my warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. First clue this was a bad choice, Lexus would never think about doing this. After going back and forth with Robert, I let him know that I own an online marketing company and I would let as many people know about this experience as possible and that once I walked out of the dealership I would not change my mind. As I was getting into my vehicle he came out and said, wait, we will fix it with no charge. Was this necessary on my part, most likely not but when you feel you have been wronged you need to let it be known. They ended up fixing it. Fast forward to my next issue. My next issue, not long after is when my the Starter went out. I took the car back to the dealership and the same issue occurred, Robert informed me that the starter was not covered. I did not want to deal with the headache I did the first time so I got the starter fix, $750 and $600 for car rental. Not a happy camper at all. In the same week as the starter getting fixed the car started to overheat, not good. So, I made it home and called Audi customer care to have the car towed back to the dealership. When I called they did not have my car attached to my name but someone elses car so they said they would not pick it up but its a service Audi provides for 12 months to ALL car buyers. After calling Audi corporate I finally got the car picked up, another mess that Im not going to go into detail about. So, it ends up that the entire cooling system and hoses had to be replace, take in mind this is a 2017 vehicle. Now this is the 3rd issue already and only had this car for 6 months. So, today I go pick up my car from the dealership and as the Audi rep was getting out of my car he asks me, was your Check Engine light on when you brought it to us? I of course said no and you should not be asking me this when giving it back from fixing it. So, they took it into the service area and ran a diagnostics on it and wouldnt you know another engine issue, this time it received a code of PP2279 which is a vacuum leak in the engine. So, now in 6 months time Ive had 4 serious issue with this dealership and not one time did I feel like they cared at all. I will say that Adam has been great but the overall experience is something that I would definitely let as many people know as possible. Its pretty ridiculous at this point and now it seems I must file a lawsuit as this car is surely a lemon and the dealership could care less. The funny thing is is that VW owns Audi and had to pay $4.3 Billion in Civil fines for defrauding American car buyers and $153 Million to the state of California in fines. Im now not surprised that this is the service Im getting. In my opinion I think EVERYONE should stay away from Audi of Temecula as they do not care about their customers as much as other dealerships.
