2 years after replacing the sunroof wetherstripping, a lake appeared on the drivers side floor after a rain. I guessed it was the door seal and asked to have it replaced. They ordered the parts for the next day and did it in 1/2 the quoted time! The next rain showed no improvement so I took it back. Mitch said although Toyota doesnt do leak testing, they could check the sunroof drains. They removed the debris (again in record time) and Voila! No more lake on the floor after a heavy rain! Toyota service is the best!
10k Mile service. Very clean, professional. Large waiting room with free wifi. Service coordinator would check in with me to give status. My service took about an hour and a half to complete. Will always use this dealership for service and repairs.

A bit of a drive for me but we’ll worth it. The shop runs very smoothly. I purchased my Tacoma here and will use the service department from now on. I had a nail in my tire that I didn’t know about and they replaced the tire for free because I had just purchased the truck. I also bought some accessories at the counter and Ryan, that helped me was great.
In and out in a very timely manner. Courteous. Professional. I had a plastic cover come off of something, they put it back on. The back seat wasnt latching properly and it was due to the clip sticking - so they unstuck it.The only issue is that my wiper fluid which I requested they check is now bone empty. On the Oil Change check list, this was checked off as GREEN. I added 2 quarts of water and still never saw the fluid level in tube.The issue with this is - what other fluids were not checked that are MUCH more important than wiper fluid.

Will at Titus Will Toyota service center was amazing. He took care of the problem in less than 24 hours and it didn’t cost me a thing. I can’t say enough about how honest and kind and caring these folks are. They are loyal to their customers and take care of everything in the most transparent and honest way. I’m happy to call them my dealership and my service center.
People working in all service departments offered responsible actions and solutions, and I loved the attitude that puts trust with customers as the most important thing. There was a little communication problem, but the head of the service department was very grateful that all the team members talked from the customers point of view and solved the problem. highly recommended!
I had a slow leak in a tire. I called service and asked if the did flat repairs. They said yes and as it is considered an emergency service I did not need an appointment. I dropped in the following day and they fixed my tire free of charge and in about an hour with no appointment needed. They found a screw in the tire which was repaired and patched. The patch should last the life of the tire which have several years of life left! Thank you!
Both times I brought in my two Tacomas without appointments, the service managers were very helpful on getting me in for oil changes. Very friendly and polite. Very good service. Waiting area is the best Ive seen of any Dealerships in Washington State.
The air conditioning on my 2002 Toyota Camry wasn’t blowing cool air! Will Valdez was my service contact and had the air conditioning recharged which worked when I left and for 2 days after then wasn’t blowing cool air any more! I called Titus Will Service and talked to Will and I brought the car In to have them look at why the air conditioning wasn’t holding a charge and they found the condenser was faulty and would be able to fix it for around 900dolllars which I didn’t want to put in an older car ! I appreciate Will Valdez very much and We plan to continue having our cars serviced at Titus Will! We will eventually be trading in the 2002 Camry for a new Toyota!!
They installed AMP electric steps on my 2021 4Runner TRD-Venture. The parts came in on time and the install process was seamless. I will defiantly order more custom parts from this dealer and have them install them.
My alternator was replaced and the mechanism that operates the up and down motion for the passenger side door was replaced. Thank you for a job well done.
Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Came home, put car in garage. Next morning, HUGE puddle of oil under the car. Called service dept and asked for them to tow it back and fix. They did this in record time and send a technician over to clean the oil leak in our garage. Apparently the oil filter was not seated properly and it was leaking from another spot. They said this was very unusual. Alls well that ends well, but it would have been an inconvenience if it was our only vehicle.
I got my car serviced and I thought I had upgraded to service package that included up to the 50k service. I had my wife take the car in for this service and they charged a lot of money for an oil change package that does not include any additional servicing on the vehicle. The package doesnt seem to add any savings and the cost seemed to be more then I would expect for purchasing multiple oil changes with no added benefit. I am disappointed with them for not offer us a better discount which I feel they should for a customer who purchased the car from them and has done all the servicing with them. They seem to do good work but seem to be on the more expensive side.
First time bringing my vehicle here for service. From the time I drove in until I left, the customer service was great! Thank you especially to Will in the service department for being AWESOME! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location.
Service was good. Everyone working there was kind and professional. My only gripe is that I was charged for a tire rotation that I didnt need. (They moved the tires, then realized after doing the labor that I didnt need it)
Their service experience is going downhill. You no longer get free service loaners, they now charge for them. We took the Highlander in for a recall, oil change, popping noise in the radio wen using the Bluetooth function for the cell phone and a coolant smell. Needless to say, the popping noise is worse now, they found nothing with the coolant smell, but managed to change the oil and do the recall. Will we be be back, certainly until they get the problems fixed. We have bought three vehicles from Titus Toyota and have had them all serviced there. Starting to wonder about somewhere else.
I have purchased 5 cars from Titus Will,4 Toyotas and 1 Ford. I have taken my Ford to the Toyota service due to horrible service from the Ford division. Even contacting management at the Ford service received no response. I still like my Ford and since we use the Toyota seviceThey suggested i bring to themThe Toyota division is great. Communication and friendliness at the dealer was great. I did work on my front end the day before my service after going in the mountains so i cleaned the front 2 wheels while i had them off. I didnt work on the rear end so did not clean those wheels which were still dirty. I was told my tires were rotated but when i got back home, i noticed the front tires/wheels that were nice and clean were still in the front so obviously the dirty wheels were still in the back. The difference in cleanliness was obvious so my tires were 100% not rotated. The multipoint inspection stated my tires were rotated. I reached out to a service manager the same day and was forwarded to leave a voicemail. I never received a call back. Im lucky i didnt have to pay for the service as it was on Toyota for my first service or Id be very mad having paid for a service I didnt receive and would be going back for a refund. The brake pad measurements were on the inspection sheet as well Was this a lie too? Were my pads measured or techs just throw a random number on the sheet? My oil looked clean but was my filter replaced? Someone who doesnt know vehicles or in the same situation as mine with 2 clean in the front and 2 dirty wheels in the back would have no idea that the tires were not rotated. This was my first visit to this dealer and will be my last, they lost my trust and would not want them working on my vehicle anymore. What if i went in for a serious repair and they forgot to replace a part or torque something down to spec? The technicians “ forgetting “ or just being to lazy to do the full job could potentially cause someone to be without their vehicle for longer due to new problems occurring or possibly even result in an accident .Will not return to this dealer. Something so simple shouldn’t have been overlooked, how would i trust them with something more serious?

Had an appt for oil change and tire rotation service. Told it would be 1-1.5 hours. Waited 2.5 hours. Asked and found out truck was done in one hour but no one notified me in waiting area. Also found out cabin filter needed to be changed. Asked to see service manager to get this done ASAP since I waited so long. The woman “pointed” rather abruptly to the man across the way. She did not say anything but service manager. Not suitable behavior for talking to customer in my opinion. Service manager listened to complaint and actually accused my voice as being combative. ?! Nothing combative about it, just a sense of urgency due to the way the service department neglected the customer. He then asked how could he help? ?! His attitude was very rude and abrupt, and then he apologized for the lack of attention of notifying the vehicle was finished. Agreed to getting the cabin filter replaced and then waived the charge for the service. Later came to apologize again and said they were short handed and behind. That was appropriate and appreciated.
Missing 3 skid plate screws that I recently purchased from the titus will parts department. I would have at least liked to keep the screws so I can put them on myself.
Good fast service. The only thing I missed was they used to vacuum and wash vehicle. Did not happen this time.
Took it in for 10,000 mile service and issues with the Bluetooth/hands free. 10,000 mile service was done and the Bluetooth worked on. Got it back; the Bluetooth/hands free still didn’t work properly and now we don’t have apple CarPlay at all. Their response: bring it back in a week and we’ll try again. Living 40 miles away, this is very inconvenient.
I arrived at 6:45 am for a 7 am Oil.Chnge appt.The doors opened promptly at 7 am and I was the first vehicle in the shop.I asked approx how long it would take and the service advisor told me since I was first in maybe 30 Minutes.It took an hour and a half to change my oil which was completed at 8:30.What was the point of making an appt and getting there 15 minutes early to be first in if they were not going to service my vehicle first.?While the service advisor was friendly, this wasNOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE
The plastic protector under my car came loose - called - got right that day, they fixed it and washed my car in 30 minutes. I always go to Titus Will for my service. I trust them, they are thorough, they explain everything to me and they wash my car :)
I had a clutch master cylinder leak that went to my clutch so they replaced the cylinder and replaced my clutch really quick and good price

I concur with the other positive reviews. Ive only had good customer service experiences and my Toyota keeps running well! I easily keep telecommuting with their wifi and desks until they present me with a cleanly washed car. I also feel like their prices are comparable to previous mechanics and I love that they have all of the cars history in their system. They do not oversell me, but just give me the green-yellow-red analysis and let me make a choice if I want to address the issue at that appointment or next. Ive never felt talked into anything by the service department. They have earned my loyalty.

Took my truck there for my 15k maintenance waited about about an hour until I got my truck back and drove around town running errands notice my my gas mileage was going down faster than usual and truck was a little bouncy and transmission was shifting funny so I check the tire gauge reading on the screen on dashboard and both tires on passenger side says 31psi and both tires on driver side says 34psi and on the service record paper said all 4 tires inflated to 34/35 psi on all 4 tires and they didnt even bother changing the maintenance sticker on the windshield, and I still have my old sticker from my 10k service on the windsheild

They have been shady from the start with their practices and we encourage everyone to NOT BUY HERE. Search at another more friendly and personable car dealership, rather than get the run around here, secret charges months after the agreement and ZERO COMMUNICATIONS FROM ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE. Ian here at the Tacoma location has and will single handily ruin this dealerships reputation and life if he continues doing his practices. Hopefully the dealership reconciles quick! This cannot keep going in while they plunder their customers pockets secretly and never communicate back with you! Avoid at all costs people!
Mitch Paulsen from Services wants to charge $160 right of the bat for a noise click/break sound when I dropped my vehicle for an appointed service. Will Valdez from Express Lane is just plain rude and hostile. I checked in with him and I havent said a word, but he got a call from Mitch Paulsen and he start yelling and being hostile because I said I need a safety inspection. I can see his temper flares through his mask. I observed him a few times being nasty to customer.

Kevin and his team were good to me. Brought my FJC in for service on the torque converter. Recently bought from a different dealership and had this issue come up, along with issues getting accurate warranty information from the other dealership. Took great care of me on a rental car while I was waiting for my coverage to clear, was noticeably focused on delivering great service. Gave me a worst case scenario on when it would be ready and had it done a lot earlier than expected.A lot of dealership service departments are horrible. Very dishonest andnot knowledgeable, from my own experience. These guys will take great care of you.

Overall nice but forgot to get a small piece order for my car. I am still waiting and it is only a year after. It is not noticeable but they never got it for me. You have to follow if you want your car taken care of.

Outstanding service. Friendly people. Large, comfortable waiting area equipped with leather couches, TVs, free espresso, and a separate work area with internet and power outlets to plug in a laptop. As a field sales person, it works out great for me to leave the car and continue to work on my computer. If youre thinking they must be passing these costs along to the customer, I wouldnt be so sure. Ive cross- checked their rates a few times with other (non-dealer) mechanics and each time, theyve been very comparable. Highly recommended. My 4Runner has 227K miles on it and Ive only had one issue with it--the transfer case--during the entire life of the vehicle. Part of that is a quality product but part has to be given credit to the service as well. Im considering a VW Toureg TDI as my next vehicle, but it will be very difficult to leave Titus Will.
