Really good mechanics and techs that work really fast! Dont let all the cars in the parking lot discourage you. They will start working on your car in a very timely manner. Ive been going to him for over a decade and now send my daughters cars to him as well. Dave is the man in charge and hes runs an honest establishment. The only thing I would change is the size of the lot. He definitely needs more space in my opinion because hes too popular and well known for conducting excellent business.

I went to get my oil change at 8:40 in the morning the man at the front desk told me that my car should get look at right away and that it should take an hour cool. I come back and ask about my car they didn’t even touch it I asked him why did I leave my car here for and hour and he said idk so be careful if you come here .

I had an after-market exhaust installed at Expert Muffler and Auto Repair and the quality of work that David and his team do is top notch. Very good price and very good work. I dropped off my car first thing in the morning and they had it ready a couple hours later. I would definitely recommend Expert Muffler and Auto Repair.

Gonna be honest, it was hard to understand those thick Asian accents. At first, I thought they were going to rip me off and not fix my problems, or at least not fix what I wanted fixed, but they did! They did an amazing job. And I went to 3 other mechanics who did nothing and still charged me. I know a ton of foreign people use the language barrier for an advantage in business but this was not the occasion. If they werent so darn far south I go to them for more auto work. 11*/10*

David quoted me 100$(150$ less than Toyota)to install a 1 piece catalytic converter shield on my 2014 Toyota Prius. Turns out I had the two piece shield (which takes twice the time to install). He generously honored the original 100 dollar installation fee that he previously quoted me. David was polite and prompt.

Good place to fix the car. it took so fast to fix it. We only left the car about a week and we got called that our car has been fixed. We also get a year warranty. Definitely recommend this place. Price is affordable.

This shop always has fair prices, and everyone Ive spoken to has great integrity! Months back I was buying a car I came in for an inspection, and when that particular vehicle turned out to be in really, really bad shape they didnt charge me for their time. More recently I came to them for an oil change and brought the wrong filter along, and they not only got me the proper filter for my car but charged me less for the part than Auto Zone did. Theyve always been very kind and respectful, and I have no doubt continuing to work for them will be just as great in the future!

This is my GO TO shop, I always price things 1 with the dealership and 2 with another family owned shop and this one almost always beats the other shops prices and always beats the dealershipsAlso they do great work. Ive never had a complaint for their work, theyre very honest and even gave me a few free welds on my car body frame that was falling. They even recommended me to not go to them for work they thought was better suited elsewhere for warranty purposes so they arent in it to scam you. Been here over 5 times for varying vehicles. Pontiac 2008 g6 was of course cheaper to fix than a 2015 vw tiguan but either way they got the steals for the area.Trust me, they are worth taking a chance on. Call before you drop it off for a quote.

I went in to have my water pump replaced, and ended up needing a buttload of other things done. Let me just tell u a 2001 crysler sebring is not cheap to fix, but they gave me a fair price and did a bunch of extra stuff that needed to be fixed free of charge. Even gave me an oil change, I wont be going anywhere else but here from now on. I am super grateful these guys all understood my situation and didnt try to take advantage of me like a couple other shops. Thank u guys

David has a great shop, and has been repairing my 2013 British car for many years. He is reliable and trustworthy. The costs here are up to 1/3 less than other repair shops.When I first came in I queried others in the waiting area individually. All were totally loyal to this shop. They gave multiple reasons and experience.One day years later I need my car towed to Expert Muffler and Auto Repair. I started to give my AAA tow truck driver directions as the turn in was tricky. The AAA guy said he didn’t need directions. He said,“We all, (AAA), know this business. Great shop.”To conclude, this has:1. A+ rating with BBB2. 19 years in business3. 0 complaints reported to the BBB.

My husband took my car there for me because my AC stopped working. Fortunately they were able to fix it for $180. Then they noticed the AC only works when on full blast, so David offered to fix that easy fix for an additional $180. My husband kindly declined. When he went to pick my car up and drive it home (3-4 minute drive) everything was all great. Then I get in it the next day to go to work out in Lacey, and my car starts SHAKING! Then if that wasnt bad, my check engine light came on! I had NO PROBLEMS with my car besides that AC. I take great care of my car, so at that point I knew they messed my car up. Im not sure if they thought Id not think its a coincidence that all of a sudden after a trip to the repair shop, my engine doesnt work? HORRIBLE PLACE. My friend works on cars for a living and she noticed parts missing from my car. More than likely this place wont be there for long. My cousin is a lawyer for these specific cases. Justice will be served!

My heater core went out in my truck. I took it to firestone first who said it would cost $1600. I then called expert and they did it for $800 and completed the job the same day!!! These guys are honest, friendly and true professionals. I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on!!

Best mechanics ever! I was shooken after hitting a curb and seeing that my car did not steer/drive the same. Was originally quoted by a different ship at $1900 for only my right control arm. Took my car here instead and they replaced the control arm as well as both struts and a ball joint, all for $800. Best prices ever and my car is driving as good as new. I have an exotic car and he is an expert. I know if David sees you as a good customer he will go above and beyond to give you excellent customer service. This is the worst place to take your car. Don’t do it. You talk to them settle the price come back an it suddenly goes up. Ask to speak to David that you spoke too and all the sudden he went overseas the next day. Very unprofessional an unacceptable

My daughters Ford Escape suddenly began to rumble. I got under the car and saw that a pipe half way down the exhaust system broke apart. I was hoping that Expert Muffler could weld it or replace the broken pipe. Called them and got a quick appointment, the place was packed with cars in the parking lot. We had a few minutes to wait because of calling last minute but they quickly lifted the SUV and showed us the trouble. They recommended replacing the broken pipe and re-welding a broken hanger. Twenty minutes later I was done with a job that will last the life of the car. Many Thanks, the car was going on a trip that afternoon!

I was here to install the parts for my suspension and it turned out that they didn’t tighten the end link bolt which making clunky noise. Came back a few times for double check and they said nothing wrong with it. Also, the owner tried to avoid it by saying that was because of the common noise for aftermarket stuff. I gotta take my car to another shop and they fixed it. Can’t trust them any more! Very upset!

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. The owner Dave over charges and tries to use random words for parts on the car to say what needs to be fixed. Thinking Im a dumb woman and I wont look into it. This is the age of Google, it only takes a second to find out what he is really talking about. Being that I dont know any other garage I keep trying him. Today he tried to charge me $450 plus programming for a Key Lock Assembly, luckily my girlfriend researched it and I was able to be walked through what to do in less than and min. Problem solved!!He needs to be put out of business. I have sent so many people to him over the years, never again!!!
