William was a great salesman. Walked in looking to trade in my truck for a gas saver. He walked us through all the pre owned and new vehicles. He took the time to let us test drive several vehicles. The negotiations for price went pretty smooth and definitely got a great deal on our new vehicle. Trade in went smooth and he took a lot of time to compare and contrast vehicles such as fuel consumption and options.

Last week we came from 6 hours away to trade a car in and purchase another used car. We worked with Derek, and he and Titus-Will really impressed us. We arranged a trade on the phone, and despite not seeing our trade until we arrived we received a fair trade, without any nit-picking. And the car we bought met our expectations. The car was also started, full of gas, and ready for us to test drive then drive home. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely buy from Derek and Titus-Will Toyota again.

I rarely write a review, I have been a Titus Toyota customer for at least 12 years. The service department is outstanding. Today I went in for transmission service, because I thought it was needed. The service manager James talked to me for awhile as to why I thought I needed the fluid change. He explained it was not needed for a long time. He also explained to me about the computer controlled transmission and that I have have nothing to worry about.I want to Thank James especially for being so honest and his excellent communication skills.

I do not live nearby and am calling various dealerships in search of one particular make/model/color. Chris S. answered my call this morning, took down information and said he’d call back. Several other times, folks have said they’d call back but Chris actually followed through. When calling from out of town, it is wonderful to speak to someone that is not only true to their word but helpful as well. Thank you, Chris!

Great service but the soonest appointment was a month out. My first visit here for service so i dont know if that is typical or reflecting the labor shortage everyone is experiencing. Not only did they wash my car after service but they also vacuumed. Will deffinitely return - but plan well ahead of the due date.

This business should be the model for all other Toyota service centers. Their front-desk consultants are exceptional, and do all they can to make customer experiences pleasant and satisfying. The sales associate who helped me....Derek Goraya, was incredibly nice & super helpful. I was really really nervous about purchasing the vehicle without my husband present. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle to my husband’s work & back so that he could see the vehicle as well.He even moved my old vehicle outside of the gates for me so that I could go pick up my husband so that he could drive the old vehicle back home. Since we would be getting back long after closing. Being that I was big & pregnant at the time, I REALLY appreciated the help. They even fill the tank of your new vehicle!!The vehicle is beautiful & amazing! Low miles & only 1 previous owner!! I absolutely LOVE it!! Plus the price was really good for the vehicle.The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because we had to sit around & wait for the finance guy for like 2 hours, by the time we finally left we were all STARVING.There were clients ahead of us so I expected a wait, but 2 hours was a bit much. Even our sales associate was irate with him for making is wait for so long & he apologized profusely several times. I know it wasn’t his fault & I’m sure he wanted to go home to his family as well since we weren’t even called back until well after closing time, so everyone was waiting on us (the finance guy).But I would still definitely buy from them again & refer family & friends.

We went for shopping in multiple car dealership and what I like about this place is their upfront information about the sticker price of the car and ensuring we didnt get disappointed when we went to sign the deal.. Perhaps it was my salesperson Chase and the finance manager who provided me this excellent experience. I would not say that I got the best deal or the deal I wanted in terms of vehicle price but I was aware of what I was paying and my financing options well before I went in to sign the deal. When we went to a local dealership in Olympia for a similar purchase, we did not have a similar experience and we ended up not buying from them.

Tomari is your guy!!! So knowledgeable and thorough. He really listens to the customer and make sure the car that they want is what they truly want. He was very patient with me and took the time to test drive many vehicles. Today marks three months since I bought my car from him and he made sure to reach out to me. Titus-Will had the used car I wanted. Met with Jack and Brian T to examine and test drive car. Then continued with a no pressure, friendly negotiation. Terms were met with both sides being happy. I appreciated much their follow-up on providing some missing accessories at my request (which included a filled gas tank and fresh oil change when I picked up the car). And their free lifetime power train warranty was a definite plus in the sale.

We have purchased several Toyota’s from Titus-Will and and been very pleased. We have used their service department also and yesterday they went above and beyond. I had a battery issue first thing in the morning and I needed to get to work. They got me in and out quickly! Dave the Service Manager & Alex Black are fantastic. Would highly recommend this company! Their fees are exorbitant and they are totally unsympathetic with regard to what you can or cannot afford. Want one of their technicians to ride in the car for a quick trip around the block so he can tell what that inappropriate sound is. Youll have to pay $177.50 because their time is valuable. To fix the sender in the fuel line so your car doesnt shut off like the gas tank is empty? $672.00+. Cant afford that? Oh well. Take care. They only have warmth and compassion for folks who are well to do. Business is business you know!

Purchased a 2021 Highlander, but received horrible service afterwards. After speaking to several people about Titus Will Toyota, I dont understand how their ratings on Google are still high.Please buy a car somewhere else. I wouldnt wish it upon my worst enemy for anyone to receive the kind of service I did after spending my hard earned money.1. During purchase signing off the car, the attendant that pumps the gas dinged the door on something at the station and dented the window panel (shouldnt have bought the car after this, huge sign they didnt take any care)2. Accessories woman, took forever to schedule me for an appointment (took her 1 week on 2 separate occassions to respond to my emails) to get accessories placed on my car. Scheduled me for a time and date, I clearly wrote down in the email that didnt work out for me. So I had to rebook with her again, only to deal that she changed the rebook date without consulting me. Third time is the lucky charm I guess.3. After accessories they took my car through the wash, it was extremely scratched front, sides, and back. Had to get that buffed out. Also wasnt happy about the tint job as it looked really light, but they assured to me that it was the 15% I asked.4. Never called me to get my plates. Completely forgot about it driving around past a month with the expired temp plates5. Almost 8 months later I find out that the 15% tints I paid for? Yeah, it wasnt 15%. The front was 30% and the back windows were factory, meaning they were never tinted at all. It was the tinted glass that came with the car.

Literally the worse car buying experience. I got a car from here, I drive it off the lot and a few miles into my drive the car starts to shudder when accelerating. I take it back there and they don’t believe me until someone else drives it. The car only has 19,xxx miles on it so I thought I was getting a good car. I was assured that someone throughly looked through the car before I made the purchase. Great way to screw over your veterans Titus will. I am not impressed at all. Still waiting for the issue to be fixed.

Stay away from this dealership, esp, the salesman Chris Stone and the sales manager Chris Chattin. These people work at the Tituswill, near Costco, in Tacoma, WA. If you inquired about a vehicle online, you might received an email or text from Chris Stone. Ask for another sales rep to help you. He does not have the customer’s interest at heart, he is out to get your money by using manipulation and input fears and worries into you. He would said things, such as, “I have another customer also looked at the same car earlier”, “the other dealerships have less car in the inventory than we do”, “if you purchased the vehicle today, we give you this discount”. The discount is nothing, actually there is no discount. The car I was looking at was on sales. Then he con you into purchase this extra warranty and the stupid SWAT system and did not inform you the price. The finance guy also is a piece of work. He did not go into detail every section on the contract with you. He omitted all of the important areas, such as, exchange policy, the warranty pricing. The sales manager gave me less money for my trade in vehicle compare to when I input the information myself in the trade-in section on Tituswill.con. I hope in the future, we can all negotiate pricing and purchase a vehicle completely online without having to deal with car salesman.

Quick easy and painless. I’ve been checking the market daily for three months. When the right car popped up I scheduled a test drive next day. They walked me through the process and made it easy to get my dream used car!

The service was timely and terrific as usual. I used to bring the car and the owner (the lady who left me her car when she moved to heaven) in for scheduled maintenance. I had to be prompted to finally act when I received a final notification about the defective air bag The cleanliness of the entire building, the beverage/goodies bar with its wonderful selections and the polite, knowledge employees always made for a nice outing for my friend. The car being kept in top notch condition due to your very capable service personnel was the icing on the cake. Thank you for giving excellent service again.

I came in to Titus-Will looking for a lift with wheels and tires for my wife’s Toyota 4Runner. I was greeted by Lesley and Jordan who were both eager to help and advise. Throughout the transaction I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. More that my dreams were being made a reality. I just bought a new car with them and had a few Add-ons. I dropped of my car on Tuesday. Jordon was great as we went over what will be done and the rental car.The rental company Enterprise picks me up, we went over the car and I was on my way.As my car was done which was faster then they said I dropped it off at Titus and again Jordon was the togo person who handled everything again.They pulled my car next to the rental so we had it very easy to transfer everything incl the car seats.Thanks for a great experience

I just purchased a high end used/new car from Titus Will. The car is amazing.No one showed me anything about how to use the car - a huge deal for me (I had to go back inside on the test drive because I couldn’t figure out “drive” - hence no one around), my car had a near dead battery (still getting alerts), wasn’t cleaned, and I felt since it was late (near closing time), going home was more important than a satisfied customer. Oddest purchase of my life frankly. Then it took a week after I called, to get a call back to get a service appointment. The future looks bright.

Rick Landowski assisted my husband and I in looking for our newest car. After stating what we wanted, he showed us the vehicles and aloud us to explore and investigate. He answered our question and was quick to give or find answers.A huge plus for me, he wasnt pushy or trying to up sale us. Thats always a huge turning point for me in any kind of sale situation. He was also patient with us as we took our time to decide if it was the right deal for us.

Very disappointed with this dealership. My first time servicing my truck here was nothing spectacular. While waiting I wanted to talk to a sales associate about maybe getting a new vehicle. No one approached me and when I asked a salesman they were rude and cold. Recently I took my truck in for a recall. I made an appointment two weeks prior. The service department said they would have a loaner for me since the recall would take all day. When I went to drop of my truck, they didn’t have a loaner. They said loaners were first come first serve. The most frustrating part is this was never explained to me when making the appointment. They tried to blame the problem on COVID but the real problem is them lying about the fact and not being transparent about the process. If I knew all the fact I would have planned accordingly. Next time I’ll just drive 40 minutes to Toyota of Bellevue yo services my Tacoma.

Never again. Beware of the positive reviews as they may have been written by the dealership. Bought one new and two lightly used vehicles from Titus Will Toyota over the past 20 years. Support ended when we drove off the lot. After purchase many attempts at getting a return call to no avail. Were taking future business elsewhere and announcing loudly to everyone that this dealership consistently fails us.

Mike was a great sales guy. He took great care of me however. I paid a premium for my used car and a dent was in the car. They offered to fix it at cost but at the price I paid it should have been taken care of. The detailed cleaning was also subpar before taking over the car. Overall the sales experience was great but the overall experience was lack luster.

Had a oil change done, the technician left an empty oil container that rubbed against the air condition belt. When I turned on the A/C you can hear an odd sound. Brought my Toyota back twice before the problem was addressed!

Refused to help me, and refused to apologize for not fixing my car. When I tried to get the matter settled I was hung up on and told my feelings were not justified. All I wanted was to have an apology for the inappropriate treatment I received and to have my car fixed as they failed to fix it. No one helped or even listened I was hung up on. By every department manager because it was not their concern even though the manager who’s concern it was did not want to help or even listen. So who’s job is it to help me after I sow any 47,000 dollars on my 4Runner? Maybe I should have picked a different brand of cars as Toyota may last, but clearly they won’t service your vehicle

Found a vehicle I was interested in and received a call from Kevin. Not long after our conversation I showed the listing to my husband and they quickly raised the price by 4,500. I asked him what that was about and he said they are changing their books and if I still wanted the car at the price it was when i first called then i had to buy it today or the price would stay at the 4,509 increase as of the next business day. Not a place I would like to do business and rubbedme the wrong way.

Car buying experience was good, salesman James was super helpful and I love my new car. I cant expect a new car to be perfect, but the battery just died on my two weeks after buying the car that cost me $30k+. I feel like thats something that shouldve been caught before putting it for sale.

Just moved to the State and was looking for a used car. Took advantage of using their website to check out inventory and marked a few I wanted to test drive. Brian (tall one) was a big help and was not pushy for a sale. Took his time with me. Allowed me to test drive the ones I was looking at online. There was a couple I didn’t ask to test drive but it’s okay. I got what I wanted overall. Was looking for a car that had plenty of room but was also stylish. Test drove a couple cars that were essentially the same but different models. A small dint was noticed on the side of the car and Brian made sure it was fixed. We kept in touch to make arrangements and got a loaner car for 24 hrs and mine was back in my hands the next day. Thanks for the help and thanks for the great service.

They do not stand behind their products. They gave me the runaround. They say they give you an oil change but they don’t. They just put a sticker in the window. Be careful if you ever deal with them!!

My wife needed a new car, we saw a great deal on a 2013 Subaru Forester and decided to check it out. We had James as our sales rep and he was awesome and really nice. Bought my vehicle here and overall like the dealership however on my recent visit was surprised at the customer service. Love the free car wash but they didn’t vacuum this time. During check out, they inadvertently stapled my receipt to the back of someone else’s paperwork so I asked if my personal information was on it and they said “no.” Upon re-printing my receipt, it did indeed have my full name + last 4 of my Visa card. They didn’t review what was done on my vehicle so I didn’t realize until later there was a recommendation for tire replacement due to 3/32” tread (highlighted as “requires immediate attention”). I’ve lost some confidence in this dealership.

I am modifying my previous negative rating and post about buying experience of used 2011 Sequoia Limited because it was caused by miscommunication. The management (thank you Mr. Rubin and Mr. Schmidt) response was swift and they resolved the issue quickly. I am truly convinced that Titus-Will Toyota places heavy emphasis on providing excellent customer service. I am indeed very impressed by them going way above and beyond to keep me happy as a customer. I bought many cars and trucks from various places during my life time of driving (40 years) and this dealership has to be my top 3. There are many reasons we’ve been coming here for service for years and years. We appreciate the friendliness and keeping us informed about the condition of the vehicle and its various components. We just got another reason, from their making a mistake and going above and beyond to make it right. Can’t be perfect ALL the time, but how you treat customers when you fall a little short speaks VOLUMES. Highly recommend!

I called to make an appointment to have my truck serviced and they got me in 4 days later (one of the days was Sunday)! I showed up 15 minutes early and requested that the engine and cabin air filters both get changed. The last service indicated caution for both and with the great smoke out this summer, wanted to be sure they were changed. They said it wouldnt be a problem and about 20-25 minutes later, they came out to the waiting room to get me! Awesome service and friendly professional Employees. You can really tell they like working there and take a lot of pride in their work. I have been going here for years and am never disappointed. If you are not having your Toyota serviced here, you are missing out.

Titus-Will Toyota has great customer service. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the services performed on the vehicle. It would be great if they asked to fix the recall on the vehicle during the frequent check-ups to avoid the need for an additional appointment.

I’ve been a customer of Titus-Will Tacoma since 2009. I have noticed that majority of the service reps are not as friendly as it used to be. Customers can feel that and it’s sad it’s happening. They also no longer automatically give you a rebate coupon for oil change. They will give it to you only when you ask. If you don’t ask, better remember it next time. There should be a valid reason why they don’t offer it anymore. It felt like they are withholding that opportunity for their customers to save some for their increasing charges for the services. I might consider transferring to Toyota of Puyallup for my next service maintenance needs for our two vehicles.

My experience at Tacoma’s Titus Will Toyota was absolutely wonderful when I was there to purchase my second Toyota from them. I am so grateful to Dawn, Brian, and James for making my purchase so easy and comfortable – and just in time for my birthday! Typically car buying is stressful, with high pressure sales and long negotiation times, but this was not the case at Titus Will. They treated me and my family like members of their own family and made the whole experience a happy and memorable one. They most definitely have me as a customer for life!

We bought a used vehicle at the store just before the pandemic hit. A sales associate named Tim worked with us and he was awesome. Friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable, with a no-pressure approach. Everything about the experience was easy and relaxed. The most impressive part of the Service experience was their follow up. They had committed to some items that were on order to complete the purchase, however the pandemic shut the store down and we were out of communication for two months. When they re-opened recently our associate, Tim, I was right on top of things, making sure we received the last items in our sale. On top of that, one of their employees personally delivered it to our home. Outstanding experience, extending service, outstanding sales associate, Tim!

I was extremely satisfied with my car buying experience at Titus-Will Toyota. I recently bought a Tacoma TRD Pro and these were my impressions of this dealership. I worked with Rob who was extremely knowledgeable and offered me a very competitive price right off the bat.1.) Dealership did not try to add dealership Mark-up on MSRP due to high demand of TRD Pro like some of the other dealers.2.) Rob did not try to persuade me into buying a different trim level when he determined that they did not have a TRD Pro in stock. Instead he helped me find the one that I wanted.3.) Rob seemed to earnestly care about me as the customer and my best course of action for purchasing the vehicle. Instead of pushing me towards Toyota financing, he knew that they would probably not be able to beat my banks rates and encouraged me to go with my bank loan despite the $500 discount for financing through Toyota. I still applied to see if Toyota would be able to beat my bank rates, but did ultimately finance through my bank.4.) Dealership did not try to add any additional fees to final costs of the sales (i.e. vehicle prep fee) or try to add various accessories that I did not want.I highly recommend this dealership and would absolutely return!

Efficient service. Friendly staff. I was so happy to see that I could pull right into a covered garage and drop my van off. They walked me through all my pricing options. It was fantastic!

Great staff who gave us very good advice about our trade-in on how to get more money for it. James was very patient with us given we test drove 5 cars before we landed on 2021 Toyota Venza. Never pushed toward any specific car, let us make our own minds. We feel we got a great deal and will be back in 3 years when we are ready for another car/truck.
