I found this shop on Google. They are super nice and friendly. They are really efficient and have great communication on the status of your vehicle too. The lady at the front desk is awesome (Jay Lynn is her name I believe) and the manager is really good too! They handled everything with my rental and I got my car back cleaner than I have ever seen it in my life!!! It was cleaner than when I bought it! This place is AMAZING! From submitting my damage online with pictures, a very rapid response with estimate, and the easiest scheduling, this place has it down! I’ve not ever seen such a seamless system in the auto industry before! The staff are just as awesome, answered all my questions (without it feeling like I was bugging them) and were so friendly! I managed to scrape off part of my front bumper while out and about one day. I brought my car to Collision Center for an estimate. They were very business-oriented, customer friendly, and knowledgeable. The place was very clean, neat and organized inside and out. I was given an estimate, and was able to get my car in the very next morning for repairs. It took them less than 2 hours to complete my vehicle. I am very pleased with their service. I will be returning to them again and again for other services they have to offer. I left my car in their hands, and with their knowledge and sense of urgency to manage my concerns, they have elevated my trust, and their exemplary customer care is of the highest caliber.

Last week my sunroof on my Infiniti shattered. I called the local dealer to get a quote. $2,500. What?!I called Center Collision and they gave me an estimate of $1,250. Still ouch. Then Darren suggested a used sunroof.I picked up my car today. The used glass looks as good as the original. Total price $403.00. Wow. Thanks!!

I have had 2 vandalisms/ break ins this year.. The first one was months prior & I wasnt feeling the vibe of where I got my quote.... my insurance gave me a check & I kept researching..I dont trust alot of people & if the vibe is off ITS OFF. Fast forward I had a break in & safelite told me 4 weeks so I scheduled & they called me the day before stating itll probably up to 2 months!!!! ..it already been a month to get my window fixed. I was fed up and just riding around with a dented car &tape on my window.lol with center Collison & everyone was so friendly!! The reached out to my insurance & reopened my prior claim & fixed both issues no problem. Took about a month because parts & glass is hard to get now a days..so I understood the amount of time it took. My car looked brand new yo. 2017 buick encore... fixed my broken front passesnger vent window & my rear passenger door & even gave me free almond Roca at the end. I cant say enough good things about Center Collision! I was in an accident in May and needed my car repaired, but Im pretty choosy with who I let fix my vehicles. I found them online, read their reviews, saw they were trained to repair Mazdas, and knew this was who I needed. Trying to get everything they needed from the insurance company was a hellish ordeal to say the least, but they kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure my vehicle was repaired the right way with the right parts. Jaylynn and Jared are AMAZING, and they definitely mean it when they say they work for the customer and not the insurance companies. I was not satisfied with this company. I was told I could drop my car off the night before but when I did the gate was closed. Then I called to see if my vehicle was done and was told they couldnt find the technician. Hours later I called again and was told my vehicle has been ready for hours. No clean up, no Vacuming my car out. They did a good job but for the price I paid I would expect them to clean up the mess.

Well it turns out my audition for Fast and the Furious did not go very well. I was driving on the freeway with a little bit of rain on the road. And the back end of my car let go and I struck the front left of my car on a guardrail. No one was hurt I was able to drive away. But my car got a black eye. So I took it to Center Collision and they did a great job. They took apart the front left side of my car and fixed it all back to better than before! And I got a new headlight. Even though this wasnt an insurance claim I only have liability insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. They were still very reasonable and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

My cars front bumper was slowly falling apart due to an incident it was in previously. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible (since I used my car for school, work, and clinical rotations), and so I was searching for an auto shop that would do just that. Center Collision came up during my search, and I decided to go there due to its really good reviews-- and my experience definitely lived up to my expectations.Firstly, the staff was very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They immediately addressed all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote (and this meant a lot to me since Im currently in college trying to save up). The office atmosphere was also great-- right now it has halloween decorations, and they even have complimentary coffee for you while you wait.I then scheduled my car bumper to be fixed with them. It was estimated that my car would be fixed within three days, and it was! I was beyond happy with the results-- the car bumper was DEFINITELY fixed, the paint job was awesome, and they even did a complimentary car wash, cleaning/vacuuming (like how awesome is that!?). I even got a free box of chocolate treats!Overall, it was such a great experience! Great communication, great service, and great people. Center Collision made the entire process easy. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The work done to my car made it look as good as new. My car was damaged in the seam of the driver side doors, a difficult spot to repair. Im very pleased with the results. They matched the paint color spot on and cleaned up stray scratches.

Amazing place! They had a lot of business and it only took a week to finish my car. Not only does it look new, they cleaned my rims, vacuumed my car and found cleaned up a spill another company had made in my back seat. Very friendly and helpful.
