I absolutely love our assistant manager Brittany! Super easy to learn from her with any kind of training. She showed me step by step how to do something and has never been ugly or treated me differently even when others are. And I really love Mrs. Kims attention to detail and knowledge about animals, I learned something new from her daily, and never a dull moment with Ms. Ashley McPherson, very smart and goofy at the same time!!

Bought chickens and coop, great prices and very helpful.

Talk about a place that has everything...except sales floor employees for some reason...and yet still have excellent in stock...curious! But all n all awesome sauce for sure!

They have everything I needed, but due to being short staffed it is terrible trying to get through the check out process. The lines are long and clerks working register are very inexperienced and not helpful.

Terrific service! Was looking for puppy supplement and not only did they have but the service was wonderful. Was helped promptly, told about the different products, and cashed out at the register promptly! Buzz in and out...love it and the 5 star service!

Second time in this store. Hard to find anyone to assist you. Rushed through.Returned an item cashier unable to properly process the transaction.

As soon as I walked in the store it was clean unlike most stores. The cashier Deedra greeted me and she knew exactly what I was looking for very helpful and kind I was in and out in less then 10 minutes.

Dirty dirty dirty. Bags of feed left outside in the open with birds ripping them open. Dust on every shelf. Cob webs on products and the walls. Spiders and dont even get me started on the manager

Great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is a must stop for sure if your in the area. Some of the most polite staff around. I buy all my feed and supplys from here.

Been in this location a few times... The young cashier ( I couldnt read her name tag) didnt say ANYTHING to me as she approached the register. Despite me greeting HER. She never spoke to me but was just talking away to her coworker. No thank you or anything. I said I dont need my receipt she then proceeded to GIVE MY RECEIPT to the lady behind me. These kids these days DONT KNOW customer service!

Love the store, just wish they would have the parking lot lights and sign lit up. Only reason holding me back from 5 stars. Hope it gets fixed soon.

The store is easy to find on the North side of I-20 frontage road. Has a large parking lot. The have a clean, well stocked store and friendly employees.

The employees are SO helpful and all my returns are a BREEZE!

This store reminds me of my own garage. I go in search of a #10 socket or end wrench, and I find plenty of everything else I dont need. Who ever is in charge of reordering inventory .... please do an inventory before placing an order to restock.

I rarely go here but they are always the last hardware store that is open. So that is usually why I shop here. They have a big variety of items, unfortunately they did not have what I needed in stock.

I went to buy a riding lawn mower the lady that helped us was rude and didnt want to help us we went up there 4 different times and she didnt want to help us then when I told her which lawn mower I wanted she acted like I couldnt afford it and tried to get me to get a cheaper one I was finally able to get somebody else to help me but I would not recommend going here its not worth it I would rather drive to Midland then deal with that mess again

This is the place to go to get what you need for farm or construction in big spring they have a lot to choose from and they carry the food grade 8 bolts of all sizes

Because they never have weed eater string.i bought my cub cadet weed eater on wheels here and have once been able to buy the string for it.and they are higher on everything.a l so when as k ed if they would be getting string the answer was i dont know!!!uugg

Cashier was nice and a worker actually loaded my heavy stuff into my vehicle for the first time ever...usually all the workers hide or never respond after be called on intercom to do a load out to a vehicle. Most of the time they are very lazy and not helpful at all.

They could not find a price on some of my purchases. I ask for some assistance on helping loading feed in my pickup and loading the 3 strand alfalfa. Im over 60 with a pinch nerve in my neck. It took me a while but, I got her done with out their assistance.
