GARBAGE! Brought in my car to get a few parts paint matched. Color of the parts that were painted came out a completely different shade (way darker than the car itself.) One of the painters who painted some of the parts even admitted it looked horrible to my face. They completely missed a spot on one of my parts and you can see what color it used to be. I dropped my car off to them with ZERO scratches. Got the car back and found a small but deep scratch on my quarter panel along with a few swirl marks surrounding it, meaning someone scratched my car there and tried to cover it up by trying to buff it out and did a horrible job. Car hasn’t had a buff since 2017, so fresh swirl marks around a fresh scratch obviously shouldn’t have been there if they really didn’t scratch it and tried to cover it up. Called the owner and told him about it, obviously expressing how upset i was and he was completely unprofessional, asked me why I was calling him and not bringing the car over after I explained to him that I work 12 hours a day in Seattle and can’t bring the car there until my day off next week and he told me not to talk to him until I brought the car over and got belligerent and hung up on me 🤣🤣. It was my mistake for bringing a car worth so much to such an unprofessional, dirty and sketchy company.
