I had to get a few things repaired to body of my vehicle and some touch-up paint as well, after a minor collision. Caliber was great at getting me in quickly. There was a issue with one of the parts that came in damaged, but they were able to get a replacement there quickly and I had my vehicle back in no time. They were also great at keeping me updated as things were happening and more than so with the replacement part that was damaged. I would definitely recommend them for services to anyone.

They called just as soon as my repair was scheduled and even called a vehicle rental company for me! I received daily texts updating me on my vehicle status from someone named Walt. The staff was extremely friendly and my vehicle repair was completed a day ahead of schedule. The vehicle looks better than before the accident! Repaired my 4runner as an authorized facility for USAA when under the name Abra. Didn’t catch a damaged lift gate hinge which caused latching issues and paint damage. Never replace latch with correct torque screws. Bumper is now popping out on one side and has already chipped.

I am blown away at how well this company treated me! Their customer service is beyond excellent. I rescheduled my appointment last minute without them making me feel guilty. On top of all this great customer service my car was finished a lot faster than I expected. I brought my car on 2/17 @11am and it was finished and ready for pickup on 2/19 @1pm WOW! This was my first interaction with caliber collision and I have to say Im impressed.My car was damaged on the 20th while I was at work, taking the whole front bumper off. Thankfully the driver and I didnt have any problems. Caliber collision was recommended by my insurance and I was connected to Alexandria, shes wonderful. At first, due to the holidays and not unexpected, my car wouldve had to wait til the 28th, which wouldve been a significant financial strain for us. But she contacted me back as soon as there was another availability and luckily I got in that Wednesday. Incredibly pleasant, and understanding as this was my first experience of the sort, and diligent with emailing as well, I could not have been luckier with her assistance.When I was able to drop my car off both Alexandria and Walt were very kind, with fast service. He went over the extra bits of damage and which parts theyll need to order and explained in terms I understood. Throughout the week they kept me updated via text and were patient while I sorted out some insurance confusion. Despite the inconvenient timing, with holidays and all, they fixed my car up in just over a week! When I went in for pickup, they had even washed the outside and vacuumed! I will definitely be going here again.

Got into a small fender bender which lightly damaged my Tundras front bumper. Insurance was taking care of everything so no biggy. The moment I walked in the door, Walt took care of me and I cant imagine anything in this process being easier. He had the rental car guys at Enterprise ready to drop off my rental and walked me through the process with clarity and ease.Walt gave me the option to have him email or text me updates to my truck during this process. I found that reassuring and surprisingly enjoyed seeing when the estimate was finished, insurance dealt with, parts ordered, work commencing, and work completion. Not a big deal, but I really like knowing whats happening so this was plus in my book.I went to pick my truck up today and Walt was there again, handled the paperwork in two minutes, brought the truck around and showed me what the body shop guys did. All in all, I am pretty pleased with the whole thing. Did Walk perform open-heart surgery and change my life? No, but he did his job perfectly. Addressed my needs, answered questions, and got me in and out with no wasted time.I cannot think of a better place to bring a vehicle in the Tacoma area and you can bet that this will be my first stop for any body work or collision-related jobs from this moment on. Brought my Fusion in for a small dent repair, they are super welcoming and prompt with everything. Only hiccup, which I dont consider anything really, they had to order something super easy to put on/ in my door because they ran out of them and I have to go back. However, again, not a big deal. They informed me every step of the way and if anything happens to my vehicle again, they are the ones I will be going back to.

Dave senior service advisor was very professional and shared great detail on what was to be done to get my van back to great condition. His team did great job and delivered a day early.

While pulling out of my garage I hit a workbench. Since I didnt want to turn the damage into my insurance company, I told Amy that I didnt want to replace the whole bumper. The team at Caliber Collision worked the bumper back into position, replaced the plastic tack that holds it in place, and buffed out the surface scratches on the bumper and headlight lens.When I picked up my car and asked Amy how much I owed them, I was incredibly pleased and amazed when she told me the work was done at no charge.Caliber Collision will be my vendor of choice in the future and I strongly recommend them to everyone!

Some ______ stole my catalytic converter in my work parking lot! So that had to be taken care of ASAP! After spending 5 whole days elsewhere, without even being looked at, my insurance company suggested this business, and I am so grateful that they did! They got right on it, and had it fixed in 3 days!!!

Terrible. Took nearly two weeks to fill two screw holes and paint a rear bumper cover. Screwed it up, twice. Reattached it crooked, reattached backup sensors crooked, now car beeps on flat ground when in reverse. They were sparsely taking lunch in our car, found parts from other cars in and around back seats. The warning sign should have been the repair job they did in their lobby of their leaking window frame. See pic. They taped paper towels to it!

The text updates were fantastic. They gave me a conservative estimate on how long the work would take and kept me updated as things progressed. When it was done Friday they even helped me arrange Saturday pickup. Above and beyond, and the work was great.

I was in a pretty good wreck over a year ago. I took my car here to get repaired and couldnt be happier with the outcome. Like I said, Ive been driving this car around for a year and a half now post-accident and honestly couldnt tell that its ever been in one. The staff were really helpful and communicative through the process as well as price changes. And the mechanics obviously did their job successfully and in a timely manner. I believe it only took about 2 weeks when all was said and done. At which point they actually wrote me a check back because the money I paid up front (of what they quoted) came out to be more than what it actually cost in the end.

Update: still don’t have my car and now I’ve been lied tooCompletely irritated and displeased with the entire situation. My car has been there for 2 1/2 months now and for the first month it wasn’t touched or worked on. Now don’t get me wrong Dave has done his best keeping me in the loop. Every time I get a call recently I am disappointed because yet again we are waiting on another part. Today is 4 April 2019 and I was told I would have my car on the 2nd just to find out that they hadn’t even finished the build yet let alone paint and alignment and everything else. I am just 100% not a pleased customer

Horrible experience. I would not recommend their service to anyone who actually needs their vehicle anytime soon.They ordered the wrong parts and took over 2 weeks to do a very very very simple repair. Their professionalism is a joke! We went in to pick up our vehicle (it was not ready) and it took about 10 minutes for them to figure out which one was even ours. The lady asked us why we looked so familiar. Uh... maybe because you have our car?! They had no idea what was going on! Was also told they could, and would, do an oil change, only for them to make us feel stupid because “they don’t do that there”. :|Tl;drI would not go here again if they were the last auto shop in Washington. These idiots kept us from being able to move back home on time because of their stupid mistakes.
