After getting hit while parked, my insurance recommended I go here for the repairs and all I can say is wow!!! The two guys working the front were so helpful and thorough with the whole process. Most importantly their team at the shop did an amazing job at fixing my car and taking great care of it and it looks like they detailed it inside & out! My car looks BRAND NEW again and Im so happy with the outcome. I will always recommend anyone here now!

Im SO impressed by these guys! I came back from a trip and found out someone had hit my car... not what you want to come back to... My insurance recommended City Center Collision and they had my car in and out of the shop with my bumper all fixed and car looking brand new in 2 days! Seriously these guys rocked. They were so friendly, super professional, were transparent and communicated with me every step of the way and most importantly my car looks awesome! Spotless in and out, which I so wasnt expecting them to clean the inside. Hopefully my car wont have to revisit the shop again anytime soon, but if it does they will for sure be where I go. Honestly Ive never really heard good things about any type of body shop before, but city center changed my biased opinion in a blink of an eye. I had damage from the rear passenger door all the way back to center passenger side fender on my Ram 1500 crew cab. They had the repairs done faster than I could have imagined, cleaned up the truck, and even repaired a few scratches I had previously for free. My truck looks almost better than it did when I pulled it off the lot. They were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and they made good customer service seem like commonplace. I would definitly recommend them to everyone I know.

Ill be honest, there is more than meets the eye when it comes to my knowledge of vehicles. This time the problem surpassed my knowledge and I needed a mechanic and shop that I was willing to give a chance. I am so glad that I gave that chance to City Center. They took care of my vehicles needs and then some. I can honestly say I am so happy I chose them. They assigned Pablo to me. I can promise you he took care of more than he needed to. He even gave me an update phone call in the middle to let me know the progress. Then he called 10 minutes before he was ready to pull my car back out in the lot. Brought my car to these guys through my insurance after a hit and run. They had my car done within 2 days and even added in a few extra touches for me, like buffing and touching up parts of my car that werent replaced so that it would match my new parts better (and look nicer, overall). Just super helpful, sweet guys that I interacted with. Easy to talk to and joke with, super helpful, even helped me with moving my carseats from my rental to my car. They just went above and beyond. I highly recommend them! Oh, bonus? Their parking lot is right downtown, right off i5, and was super easy to access from the road no matter which way I came from. I get anxiety driving in the city so that was also a big deal for me, lol. Thanks guys!!!

After a couple years my primer is peeling up from the original coating also inner fenders where not primed after stud gun use which caused rust. I will get it fixed elsewhere. Should have known better, as it was a new shop to Tacoma area.

A few weeks ago I got into a minor accident which scratched up my bumper and broke some bracing. Because of the deductible, I hadnt bothered to get an estimate or do the repairs. But today I was driving past City Center Collision (and their beautifully renovated vintage building), when I decided on impulse to get a quote. Even though it was past their closing time, the place was a beehive of controlled activity as workers continued to work on vehicles and take care of customers. The owners were amazingly friendly and helpful. After discussing the damage, looking at it carefully, and asking me questions, he sat down at the computer and gave me a detailed quote including a discount on the labor. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service and treatment I received from this customer-centric, friendly, and organized establishment. I would recommend them to anyone.
