I was there to get an estimate of my front bumper damage. The estimator (wish I knew his name) was very kind and honest. I highly recommend this place. Went to out body shops, but they offered the best price! But I was very satisfied with their honesty. Front desk lady was very helpful, and kind too. Thank you for your exceptional services.

We took our car there for minor repairs. They did a great job fixing the damage, the timeline given was met, and the car looked great when picked up. The only reason I gave 4-stars was they side with insurance company instead of customer. Maybe isolated situation, but still left me scratching my head since I had out of pocket costs.

I wanted to drop a quick note to Cameron and his team. I had an issue with my fender that was popped out and wanted to get a quote to fix it. It was a simple fix so they just fixed it right there on the spot. So grateful for their willingness to be helpful and professional. If I ever need their services again, I will definitely go there! Was such professionalism from beginning with the customer service by Kameron Antle, to the quality of work by the techs on my vehicle. The service was the best I’ve had in dealing with stressful circumstances around car damage, that I’ve returned when I needed repairs due to an accident because of that service. I’ve had work done at Paramount collision as well as Kimble, and the service I received by Kameron was unlike any I’ve had at those places. Best service hands down.

Guys please take your time and read my review, last year I dropped my car to this guys to fix my car and to paint my car very expensive audi rs class, they paint some spots on my car, insurance paid everything, but im very disappointed on some stuff what they done to my car,i told that guy to fix the dent, and he asked $500 cash, and I paid him but they didnt do all the dent, plus they scratch the skirt under the door when they did detail inside the car, and they keep saying that I did,I know 100000000% I didnt do, I did pick up the car in the morning and I didnt check what they done because all my family was waiting for me at the restaurant, I drop the car home then I took different car to the restaurant, after 2 hours I told my brothers to come to my house to see the car, once they got at my house, we start looking to the Car closer, and we saw the scratch on the car, and I took the car back to the shop to show what they did and they told me is not their fault what a big lairs, they put everything on my back,they broke my carbon fiber intake, very expensive, I paid $1200,inside the car they didnt do a good details, sand all over the place, they could take the car to professional guys who are doing detail only, but they didnt because they want to save money and to put in their packet, now I have to pay $300 for a good detail, they over spray on the left door and inside all over primer and doesnt go away, look like they didnt cover inside, whatever who installed the window on my car they didnt put the left side rubber level its sticking out, my front right door is not adjust, so all this stuff they didnt want to fix, and they keep saying all their work come with warranty, they are lie,I went to their shop couple times and they ignore me, I did contact my insurance and i told what they did, and insurance told me that salatinos guy called them, and they said its my fault, so now I see this guys are with 2 faces, no more business with this guys, Im done, guys its a lot of shops in Tacoma, so take your car to a shop were you will be happy, good luck

Most disappointing deal of my life someone wrecked my car all I needed was an estimate and they acted like they were to busy to do it they put me on hold for three weeks then told me to go somewhere else. I was willing to pay to have any time they spent looking at it crazy cant believe a business advertises free estimates but wont do them f@&k that place.
