My Subaru suffered a hit and run in a parking lot that made the drivers door worse from opening and closing it. My granddaughter and I are on an extended vacation and wouldn’t be able to get the car fixed right now.The stiff driver’s door was becoming a safety hazard!The nice people at fix auto popped out the driver’s side fender to make the door safe and easy to open and close. Anita and the other Fix Auto employees were great! She looked up prices for my window glass and even quoted me a piece of used glass for less than half the price of new glass. They covered my broken window and were very pleasant everytime Ive been to their shop. We ended up cancelling our installation appointment to do it ourselves and they had no problem just selling us the window. Will use them for all future glass issues. Thank you!!

Fix Auto was very professional with nice to work with employees and the owner, Will, really went out of his way to help us. Our accident came at a challenging time for us and they made it as painless as possible, to the extent that instead of having my wife and kid have to drive down and swap the car, Will drove all the way to Auburn to personally swap it at our home. He also turned in the rental car and filled the tank so we wouldn’t get charged for the gas (we didn’t have rental coverage)!

Fix Auto Tacoma South did a great job with my auto repairs and kept me updated through the entire process, stayed on budget, and their staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I was very happy with all the work done, and while I hope to never have to use this business again for obvious reasons, this would be the first place I would take my car to if the unforeseen happens.

Ok so no one likes getting their car worked on but it’s especially painful when you’re a woman because so many places will try and gouge you simply because they think car repair, car issues isn’t an area you’re well versed. I will admit I was a bit skeptical of this place and every place I went for a quote. I may not know cars, but I know money and I know a fair price.Bill Ngo in Tacoma, was professional, respectful, and courteous from the get go. He didn’t try to sell me a line of bull, he was just straightforward and didn’t try to upsell. I had literally a couple of mm size gouges on my red 4 runner. They were so small I could have left them. But anyone with a red car knows that paint imperfections look especially egregious, also I didn’t want the damage to get worse with time and wear since it was on the lower part of the front bumper.I went to 3 other places and was quoted $1300 to over $2000 for the same repair. If I hadn’t felt so insulted by the guy mansplaining how cars get painted at the worst of these other places, I would have laughed at that quote. All I could think as I listened to him talk was, “are you insane? Do you think I’m insane?” But the other two places weren’t any better. For reference, Fix quoted me $800< that the cheapest of these other places.All those places also told me it would take 3-4 days.Fix Auto said it would take approx 24 hours. And they had it done exactly when they said. Bill was fantastic, but the whole office is professional, cordial and straightforward. In fact my husband is going to take his car there for a little face lift. Highly recommend this place.

He gave me the best rate out of any shop I went to. The work on my car was phenomenal. It came back to me like it was brand new. The time frame of when my car was fixed was exceptional also. It only took a couple of days. I would go back to fix auto for future car troubles and I will definitely refer them to friends and family.

The associates of Fix Auto are by far the best in customer service (extraordinary) and execution of body part repairs. Everyone there is very nice, always concerned about what the customer needs, and are willing to go the extra mile with a personable approach. They fixed my front bumper and even returned my car looking even better than when I bought it. If you ever need auto body repairs in Tacoma, I would recommend them 100% of the time.

Super helpful in explaining to me the whole process of the repairs my suv would be undergoing from start to finish! They were quick in getting in touch with the insurance that’d be paying for the repairs and kept me in the loop at all times. Even called me to let me know they found more underlying damages and let me know when parts would be in and when repairs would be finished. They even gave our suv a complimentary cleaning! Definitely was not expecting that in the end. Our vehicle was really dirty so I really appreciate they went above and beyond like that when they really didn’t need to. Definitely will be back God forbid I need repairs on my suv again. Came with a lifetime warranty as well, not sure if every place does that but it was new to me since this is the first time I’ve needed to have repairs done. :)

They have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in this country. Staff is excellent at answering questions and offering helps. I once called them after their office hours and expected to leave voice messages, not only the staff picked up the phone, but also patiently answered my questions, and even took his time to take photos of my car and sent to me through email. I was also allowed to look at my car with the staff while it was being fixed. The boss, Mike, was very approachable and gave me quite a bit of education about insurance/damages of my car on the first day we met. I was stressed out about the accident but this place makes everything so nice and smooth. Will be picking up my car next week!

Metro Auto Rebuild is great and they provide amazing customer service! I have brought my Mercedes here at least three times over the years and they do a great job! Last week I was at a dealership in Federal Way and they drove all the way there to pick up my car and take it back to Tacoma to fix and re-paint the trunk after my car was vandalized. Then they brought it back the next day. This is a wonderful example of superior customer service.

We had our front bumper replaced following a small incident. This started when we were referred to them following an estimate from another body shop that we have used for about 15 years - which we felt was a bit high. Not only did they do an outstanding job, their estimate was accurate and I noticed that the other shop was charging me for labor that was not required. They not only worked well with my schedule, but their customer service blew me away. Awesome experience and totally trust them.

I got rear ended in my brand new subaru. Fix did the repairs for me. I said its new. I want it new again.Well theres some thingi noticed after the repair.The hatch when it opened did this little side motion at point of unlatch (even befor i got rearended) .I complained about the gaps between the door and body(i hadnt payed attention to the gaps befor the wreck) .Well i now think the door was alittle off from new. After the door dosnt do that little side shift at unlatch after Fix repaired my barely damaged bumper.So Im think Im saying, its better than new?Well done guys.I asked my friend at the dealership where he would get it repaired. He said Fix and to ask for Mike. It was great advise.
