We have purchased multiple cars from the Ed Voyles family of dealerships and we have always had our service done with Ed Voyles service departments. We have always had good experiences with Ed Voyles. They are friendly and thorough.

Genesis owner, I have called multiple times, leaving voice-mail not getting call back, being told there is only one person who can schedule Genesis service, and they dont answer the phone and dont call back. This last time I was transferred to another person Jarrid, after many attempts for Cathy (the only person who can schedule Genesis), so I guess now there is more than one person. But am now told they dont offer Genesis valet, and to stop cussing out him (one curse word), cause its been months since trying to get my car serviced. Happy with the car but this dealerships service department is a huge joke. If you cant understand the distinction between Genesis and Hyundai then maybe, just maybe, you shouldnt be selling and servicing them. Or maybe you shouldnt be working for Hyundai during their big push with Genesis because you are tarnishing the experience for customers, and ultimately doing a decent job at killing the brand. Big selling point of the car is that its a luxury car with luxury experience, but this place gives you 2nd rate Hyundai service, and 1st rate Hyundai service is already bad enough as it is. So where is this luxury Genesis experience, NOT at this dealership, not with Ed Voyles, and definitely not with Jarrid or Cathy at this dealership. It takes quite a lot for me to to actually take the time to write a review, the service had to standout, unfortunately this was standout terrible service and I will be doing my best to convey this to Genesis of America because they need to know that their partners are doing them dirty.

Had a good experience with Jazmine assisting me. Ask for her! My advice, dont make plans if you are shopping. You will be there for a while waiting to do the paperwork and receive delivery, but dont let that stop you from going. they are probably short staff like everyone. Genesis has come a long way!

Service department is absolutely non responsive. Three calls to them none returned. Sales people are responsive, but Finance is high pressure and inaccurate. The dealership should realize support is what gets a return sale, bad support/ service gets bad advertising.

I really appreciated Reid Glenns thoroughness when purchasing this vehicle. He paid close attention to my requests and accommodated me on all of them. I was especially appreciative of how quickly the actual purchase transaction happened. We did all negotiating over the phone and once the decision was made to purchase, he arranged it so it took less than 90 mins to go through all of the paperwork at the dealership and take delivery of my new G70! Thank you, Reid!

Great partnership with an AMAZING brand, if you have not seen a Genesis product in person, it is a MUST! This is a luxury vehicle that competes with BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti with so many features for the price point. Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of taking my 2018 G80 Genesis to this dealership, My experience started off very nice, Though ended horribly with great disappointment. I decided to have my car detailed, Huge mistake they performed subpar and my back mats vanished. The representative who checked my vehicle in the service department was of very little help to resolve the matter and the service manager intervened without any other options to help resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed and hard to believe Genesis specialist handle this matter in this manner. I will not return to this dealership and will try a new approach. I appreciated the owners response to contact them thru email, I’ve tried both their phone number as well, To no avail though I like the concerned response my G80’s back seat mats are still missing, Thanks again for nothing.
