Bought a car, waited and waited for license plate. Everyone continued to say when it gets there, will call. Nothing! As temp license about to expire,they still dont know whats going on. I take the car for inspection and DMV says that dealership brought the car for the inspection but failed SAME DAY I BOUGHT THAT CAR!!! Waiting for Colonial Motors to rectify this mess. I was looking to trade my SUV in and get a car. I saw the car I liked online and contacted the dealership. They were closed the day I contacted them but received a call back the next day they were open, from Steve. Steve made the transition so smooth. He brought the car to me to test drive and handled everything. He brought the car to me, I signed papers, and he drove my old car away. We also told him where we wanted our payments and he got us exactly where we needed to be. There was one spot on the car that looked like the owner tried to fix a small part of the paint. It didn’t look the best and Steve had someone in their body shop to fix the spot and it looked 1000 times better. He was very personable, accommodating, and adaptable. I have never bought a car out of the state I live in and I was a little worried. However, Steve took care of everything and told us how it all worked. We will buy our next vehicle though this company and will ask for Steve. I highly suggest this company to anyone who is looking for stress free vehicle buying!

I went into this business a few weeks ago and waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me. There was a gentleman outside helping another customer and there was a lady in an office with child and she was only interested in having a conversation with him. I had a rough financial history I had a very tough time in life a few years ago however colonial motors and my salesman jon Inman really helped me and put me in a new car ....they even called me the next day and told me they had another bank approve me for half my original interest. So we redid the paperwork..I would have never gotten a car anywhere else ..... this is the second vehicle I’ve gotten from them.

Bought a jeep about 3 months ago and the sunroof needed fixed they were aware of that and told me it would be fixed right away that it was just a switch. 3 months later 3 different trips in to have them look at it so they can order parts for it 2 calls a week to them for almost 3 months and I always get a promise I will call you back as soon as i talk to this person or that person I promise I will call you back today and nothing so Id call back the next day same answer nothing so Id call the following week same thing. I have records of all my calls to them with no call backs. They want you to buy a vehicle promise they are going to get it all fixed up then when you pull away in your new vehicle thats it just trying to sell a car. I am beyond disappointed because when buying my jeep and was promised Id have my sunroof fixed they were like no problem we can get it done right away and I believed their word but again here we are 3 months later and NOTHING!!!!!

So upset with this dealership. My car did not get worked on the day it was on the schedule. Valarie told me that my car did not get worked on because they had sold vehicles that had to come first. I dont understand you are working on cars that have not yet been purchased instead of customer cars. Is this dealership about seeing how many cars they can sell instead of making the customers they currently have happy.
