Go online first! They really make it easy for you to have good information about the the car, the price and monthly estimate of what you will pay base on your credit score. When you get there the honor it! Its a seamless process!

I got aTrail Blazer from them 6 months ago check engine light came on nobody knows the problem and when i spoke with someone that work there just to see if they had a shop I could take it to they told me it was my responsibility to find out what was wrong with it they just sell they don’t repair witch is obvious but yet they turn your car off in a heartbeat if you are two days late on a bi weekly payment any buy here pay here that say they help with credit it’s a lie keep your money
I had a good experience as far as customer service but i did have car issues within the first two weeks and all i asked for was a reliable car for me and me four children ... they did fix it but since then the van has been going down hill like the check engine light been on since they fixed it ...I’m a single mother and its hard to give away 1289 then have problems 2weeks late but Ray is a very nice sells man.

I really dislike that they disable your car for a missed payment. I take full blame for forgetting to pay but when you are trying to use your car at 7 PM and havent used I since 3 PM that day ...you can make a payment online but you have to wait until someone gets in the office for the car to be unlocked. I have been immobile for over 12 hours now.EDIT: NOTE TO BUSINESS RESPONSE because I cant seem to respond to your reply ...I would have first of all loved to know this was a feature ....secondly, expect a response WAY more of a professional manner than what you chose to reply with . and lastly, in past purchases with reputable businesses, an email of late/missed payment as a CORDIAL reminder has been customary. So I dont know, maybe as good customer service, you guys could incorporate that.
I’m not sure why the reviews have been what that were but from my personal experience this is a great place to buy from. I don’t have the best credit and know there is some bad things on there so I don’t expect much.Ray treated me professionally and gave me this option that helps me rebuild my credit. As long as I had the down payment, income, and my ID I got into a car without checking my credit.He said the best part is all of this is reported back to the credit agencies to help rebuild my credit back up so I can get financing again!If you are looking to rebuild your credit and need a car this is the way to go! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This place is a scam and every employee is a liar!!! They lie to your face even when youre diligent and ask all the right questions. Then when you get the vehicle the vehicle is not worth 2 months of payments let alone 3 years. They like to make you think that every bad review is of a customer who did not pay!?! But I give you permission to show my pay history!! I paid ON TIME every TWO WEEKS!! YOU DID NOT REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS CORRECTLY. And the vehicles check engine light came on after 6 months of driving and never went off! No heat and several breakdowns. You were rude to me and my wife and not helpful at all. No one could figure out the problem INCLUDING the dealership and the dealership even went as far as saying the cars computer had been restarted MEANING you turned off the Check Engine light! I wasted money trying to find out what was wrong with a vehicle I had less than 6 months and to top it off I cant even drive it to work. Thats Crazy!! You pray on people who are already struggling and its UNACCEPTABLE!! CAR BUYERS: If you are reading reviews trying to make a decision ask yourself why all of the negative reviews sound so similar!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Im having problems with my engine light coming on I have only had it for 3000 miles. This is crazy that they are selling lemons at this respectable car dealership. I am reporting them to BBB today. They cant offer any help on this situation Im having.
Dont do it. The day after I brought the truck home, the suspension started squeezing badly and the power steering went. Now, all of a sudden, no one will answer my calls or text. Im screwed!I am editing this on 1/31/19; that is a complete LIE! I DID NOT have that truck for four months before anything. I had the truck for a few days before I had to spend $1200 to have the steering fixed. I still have the truck because I have already invested that and more money into it. Beware people!!! They put a new paint job and some new wheels on a 🍋!!
I am not interested in purchasing a car as I have several, but I like to find companies to refer hardworking people to; after reading the reviews I wasnt detered entirely however the responses from the OWNER of the company to the complaints of your customers regardless of the situation they are your customers, the ones that make your business continue. There is this thing called professionalism it can be defined in a dictionary there is also a book called a thesarus; you can get your point across without having to be so rude. People experience hardships and or life experiences that are not always good and perfect ; remember you are a person as well no matter how much money and or businesses you own and or have you are subject to lifes trials and tribulations as well. Some people you can help some you just cant, but being abrasive with your customers does not help your business or your customers. Currency and material things can be lost in the blink of ones eye. A person of good faith and character remains no matter what they loose.Thank you for responding as your previous customers have stated it is really useless to speak with you let alone enter into a business agreement with you. I do not have to be or refer a customer to you to understand how a consumer should be treated. By the way if you are selling bad used vehicles to people it is my problem because I try to help those in need. Do you realize someone can be in a fatal accident if you dont inspect these vehicles and warn people of the vehicles defects prior to purchasing, however you know this because you advised one of your previous customers of the lemon law therefore you know exactly what you are doing and whom you are targeting. Advising your customers to shop elsewhere why not advise yourself to open a different type of business. We could go back and forth but whats the use. Time is far to precious to spend trying to inform a know it all with alot of words but seems to lack compassion just remember a human being birthed you treat your customers as humans not currency which helps put food in your mouth. Try a slice of humble pie its free of charge you just have to add your own ingredients. Have a great day!

Beware this place is horrible an there very sneaky people First of all never late with my car payment car was in a wreck an DUI driver hit my car cost them my insurance company to total it out when i got the call from my insurance place to tell me this a lease car i never new that because lease cars dont go on your credit for one i spoke with Sharon an was told i would have to put a new down payment because they was doing me a favor because they was chalking up the lost well in ga you dont get any money for older model cars or less you all ready own it so for him to ask for full coverage is a scam because he have insurance as well so he gets double pay Well because there was some issues with the taxes they took some money back from cobb motors the next day they put this on my credit i had a nice score an now going to report this as a close account it is really bad now on my credit but i am getting ready to get a lawyer because the conversation was recorded when Sharon stated that once Geico pay it would report an because you all got paid by the insurance company is not a close account i am taking this to court stay away from these people they are bad business i promise you they nice to you sign on that dotted line an please dont try an respond back Ray by getting smart with me because i notice that is what you do You will Reap what you sow read the Bible. Transmission failed ! Refuse to tow for repairs. Only 3 days ! They talk to you like your trash, once they take your money ! Beware of this company ! Rip off rip off rip off !!!! I don’t owe you NOTHING, how can you have outstanding debt and I haven’t had the car for 30 days . That’s you guys favorite responses you owed money for every broken vehicle you sold ! Was looking for a car below $10K for a family member. Was greeted by other employees that were kind, which was the only reason I gave 2 stars. All of them stated that Ray would be the POC to assist me. I was directed to the cars they had available to initiate my search. Ray returned within 10 minutes and didnt say Hello or even How can I help you? He greeted me with What do you want?. I was taken aback but held my composure to move on. I asked him which cars he had on the lot below $10K. He said It doesnt work that way I went on to ask him to poin me in the direction of his lowest priced cars. He went discussing that its based on down payments, etc. This is not my first buying experience Im well aware that your down payment adjusts the car price and monthly payments, but only slightly, as most of the money goes into tags and taxes. The rest to the seller. He knew which cars he had that were within my range but refused to tell me. Sellers that dont provide an upfront price are trying to up charge. BEWARE! He went on to ask me how I found out about the place which I shared then he told me I had the wrong place, which I knew I didnt as I was directed by staff to the right location. After realizing he wasnt worth my time, or shifting the mood of my day, I told him he wasnt interested in doing business and reminded him that he lost 2 customers before me due to lying about having a car in stock that was no longer there, which proved even more that he didnt care about selling to me nor them. Many of his reviews are of another race so maybe hes saving the cars for a particular customer.Update 6:37 PM-EST 3/14/2019In response to Ray:1) You cant tell someone that their account of a situation is inaccurate. I provided my experience and review of your business just as I do for others all across the world.2) You cut me off multiple times as I was trying to explain to you a) how I came to know of your business. b) Who directed me to you, which was not 1 or 2, but 3 different individuals, so I knew I was in the right place. and c) what I was looking for so that I knew whether you had it or not.3) I spoke with Steve Rayman Chevrolet explained to them that I was looking for something below $10K and they said that Cobb Parkway Motors would be able to help me. They walked me to your door and told me I could sit while I wait for your return. An associate came from the back and showed me the line of cars that belonged to Cobb. An older gentleman met me outside, greeted me and explained that it would be a short wait before your return. So, it wasnt my assumption that you had cars priced as this, I was informed that you did.4) I never called you a racist, you did that yourself. There is an old country saying that a hit dog will holler. I guess I struck a nerve. As a 100% disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army, I dont see color. We all serve side by side with various nationalities and religions. Me stating that maybe youre saving your cars for a particular customer can have many meanings. How you chose to see it says a lot. And my other statement was accurate. Just because I point out whats posted doesnt mean that it concludes you as a racist. Again, your words, not mine.7) Rather than taking time to respond in a defensive manner to my perception of my personal experience with you and your business on today, it would have been more productive of you to examine what I said, identify if there was anything you could have done better, apologize to the customer for their poor experience and ask to make it right, or wish them well on their car hunt.8)Stating how you do business in a review response rather than informing the customer when shes at your business asking you makes no sense. Especially upset with STEVE RAYMON Chevrolet sales rep spinning a story as if cobb parkway motors is also apart of their dealership as a program they offer... little did I know this is a shady dealership completely sepseparate from steve raymon Chevrolet... it is JUST now hitting a month and my car is BROKEN DOWN . Spoke to one of my trusted mechanics after my car broke down AGAIN, right after Ray took my car to one of their mechanic in CONYERS and they said they tampered with some things to make some lights go off temporarily. I hate this place. they take advantage of peoples situation leaving them even worse off then they were before. If i I could give this place a negative star I would.
Scammers they sell cars with problems using a closed lease contract so you lose your deposit and can lose your car paying food the many repairs you need. Dont go there!

Do not buy from this place. My car broke down before my first car payment and they made me get it towed 45 miles away to get fixed at my own expense on two occasions. The shady car repair place didnt even really fix it, they did something just to make it run, but did not replace any parts or fix anything. Steve Raymond should be ashamed to be connected with such a shady business. Go anywhere else, just NOT here! You will regret it! Their cars are bad and the owner looks like the typical greedy used car dealer.
