This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. All they required was my deposit and insurance. No credit check, no employment verification, (even though I do have a job), no utilities bills... no stress. I brought a car and left the lot all within the hour. My car payments are affordable, $400 a month. Ill have it paid off in 2 1/2 years. I brought a 2010 Cadillac SRX with only 77000 miles on it, in excellent condition. Theyre not selling junk cars and it even has a limited warranty.

Me and my husband came in on Monday to fill out paperwork they lost they moved location and checked where lost in the mail but I was hit with late charges 500.00 but they apologized but didnt remove the late fee.i will never purchase from them again.I have to drive another 2 hour for more paperwork that they lost somebody should have warned me about this car place early thanks for reading the Crayton

I had a very good experience buying a car. Tony was very easy to work with he didnt hassle ir pressure me. After I decided what car I wanted Tony had me out of there in my new car in no time. Bradley was the salesman I dealt with. At first, really nice, helpful, seemed honest. Then after money was in hand, he was done with me. I came back to ask questions about the car I paid cash for. He blew me off. My car will not pass emissions. The codes had been reset or turned off before. He ask me to give him a good review... No check engine light was on when I tested it. But only 24 hours later, so theres your review. I feel like they should have helped me figure out what is causing the check engine light. Be careful out there guys

Bradley was so amazing and helpful. I went in with a budget in mind, told him what down payment I had and he showed me multiple vehicles. He was genuinely honest about everything and wasnt trying to hustle me. I was in and out with a new vehicle in about an hour and a half. He even filled up my tank for me! Awesome experience and people there.

You tried correcting the situation by SAYING you would fix it, get it towed then go back on your word. Now it sits at the mechanic and will be towed back at their convenience! So not only is my daughter out a car that they are still paying on weekly, her car isnt even in her possession where we can get it fixed. You have basically stolen her car at this point.Very shady business.

Alright, so here we go. At first, I thought Auto Depot was amazing. They worked with me if I needed a payment arrangement, were always very friendly, and I loved my car.Fast forward 1 year later: My insurance lapsed. I was told that I had to provide insurance by 6:30 PM or my vehicle would be repossessed. This was not a problem. I paid my insurance company what was owed and my coverage was reinstated with no issues. The thing is: I didnt read the email until about 7:00 that night. So, technically my insurance was reinstated after the deadline.I come out of my apartment the next morning and my car was gone. I thought someone had stolen it initially but it had been repossessed due to lack of insurance. I called AutoDepot immediately and inquired about what I had to pay in order to get my car back. They told me I would have to pay over $1,000 in order to get my vehicle back.Jasmine told me that I had until Jan 2, 2020 to either pay my past due balance or my vehicle would be auctioned off.Today (12/30/2019) I went to retrieve my personal belongings from my car. The car was already in the process of being auctioned off AND my birth certificate, SS card, phone box, and $120 (inside the phone box) was missing.The manager is doing nothing about it and there is no sense of urgency. These people are thieves and should not be trusted....at ALL!Very frustrated and concerned with the lack of professionalism this company demonstrated and how it will negatively impact me.

So, let’s start off with how nervous I was to buy at another by here pay here lot... I’ve had some really bad experiences. I came in here skeptical and not with the best attitude honestly, but I was met with kindness and such professionalism! Something you can’t find at a lot of places like these. Jordan was the best salesman. Very informative and proved to be someone that kept in contact even after the sale. Jasmine is one of the best CSR ladys I have dealt with because she always has a smile on her face and her communication skills are so appreciated. I was waiting a while to write a review in case things went sour but 6 months in and I have no issues. Definitely recommending to my friends and family!

Service is absolutely terrible. Bradley was our salesman who was extremely helpful in the beginning. But, the car stopped running three months after we bought it and we were told there was nothing they could do. They did not lift a finger to fix the car that they sold me. Fast forward to now, my car STILL DOESNT RUN, so I am now stuck paying weekly for a car that I cannot even drive, on top of whatever it may cost to finally fix it. This car lot is NOT reputable! Please take your business elsewhere!

My wife and i purchased our car in april. Bradley was on duty right away and honest. Ive been to many dealerships where they sell you a car to sell. Not bradley he made sure what we wanted was something we were comfortable with. He worked with us on payments and we had an issue with the car. He made sure it was personally fixed. Its been six months since weve had the car and he checks in on us periodically making sure were still satisfied. This man goes above and beyond for customers and now i recommend him to everybody.
