If youre looking for a Vehicle with a clean title and good quality this is the place... I believe its family owned. Its really hard to find a decent car and not get ripped of these days but at 1 A Auto theyre friendly, honest and helpful. I recently bought a ford fusion. My seatbelt got stuck and the fixed it no questions and no problems.

This is a small lot but they have a variety of vehicles. I bought a vehicle several months ago and its still in great shape. Looking to bring my family here as well. They are always very honest and tell me about any issues with a car and offer to fix it or to sell it at a discount and thats what I like about this place.

Buyers Be Aware...I think hes new to this type of business, Rafi is the everything thats wrong with used car salesman. He said, the car had been cleaned, and serviced, (meaning oil, tires rotated ect..) and that theyd fix anything within (60 days), he lied.First, two days after leaving the lot, the break light came. When i took it back to them, he first went under the hood did something and said, its fixed. The break light came back on before i made it home. After taking it to a family member whos a mechanic, i found out the car had the wrong size tires on out it which cause the alarm. And i needed an oil change, power steering fluid, and the engine cleaned. After i showed him this, all he agreed to do was put some tires on the vehicle, which turned out to be real cheap. I had to get my wife off the side of the twice within 10 days of them being on the car, so i bought new ones from Walmart $87.00 each, oil change $61.00, and engine cleaned $27.00.A couple of weeks later, the key would not unlock the door at the gas station, i called Rafi he said he had no extra keys and could not do anything about it. i had ti have towed to Crest honda, it cost over $500.00 to get a new ignition put in.My loves the car so come hell or water she not hearing anything about about anything so Im livid about the whole experience. Oh thats not all, he even gave me the car title and tried to get me to go pay for my tags. Lastly, he told me come in to sign a new contract due computer issues but its all the same. I got home and found that the numbers were different, the sales % rate was higher by 5%. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE...

Ravi responded very quickly to my inquiry and was kind enough to meet us at a time that worked well with my husbands unusual schedule so we could come together to check out a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country. He answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge, and even worked to make sure our little boy didnt get too warm in the back during a test drive. At that point he noticed that something wasnt quite right with the air conditioning system and tried to see what he could do about it. He didnt hide it like I would have expected a dealer to do, but instead brought it to my attention. He encouraged me to drive it for an extended period of time and even to have it checked out with a mechanic because it is important to him that he provides good service and good vehicles that will ultimately be responsible for keeping families safe on the road. We took him up on the offer and drove it as far as Dickson and back with no major issues. We had it checked out at Firestone and some suspected issues with the vehicle were confirmed. When presented with this info, Ravi readily made a deal that was reasonable for all of us; it allowed the business to make a profit while allowing us to pay a fair price on a vehicle which wed need to make a few improvements to ourselves.One of the little issues with the van was the need to replace one of the windshield washer fluid sprayers. I purchased the part but had trouble getting the old one off and was afraid of damaging the finish if I did the wrong thing. So, when I went to pick up the title I asked if Ravi had ever changed one and knew what I should use to remove it. Though he hadnt done it before, he actually took the time to figure it out, then removed it and even installed the new one for me! Seriously, where else can you get service like this? I highly recommend 1A Auto Mart to anyone on the market for a used vehicle.In response to another reviewer:Most of these vehicles are likely bought at auction, and are then priced by this company at a rate well below what you would expect at a dealership. The exact history of each vehicles condition is not initially known by the dealer beyond what is in the Carfax report, so it isnt fair to judge them based on issues found after purchase since they likely werent aware of any major problems. You cant expect perfection in older model vehicles, but you can take the time to have the vehicle youre interested in thoroughly checked out by a qualified mechanic before making a purchase and save yourself a big headache.

Ravi and his Uncle Kelly are very nice people, they are willing to work with you . I Got my car a month ago and its still in good shape . They have some valuable cars . This is the best place to go .

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF, ALL THEIR CARS HAVE PROBLEMS. THEY TURN OFF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT JUST TO SELL IT, AND WHEN IT COMES ON THEY SAY ITS AS IS. VERY CROOKED PEOPLE. THE YOURNGER GUY ESPECIALLY IS VERY DISHONEST. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Absolute worst place to shop for cars, I test drove several cars and every one of them had problems, some airbag light on, some engine light on, some abs light on. It’s crazy. Stay away.

Do not get a car from hear they will set u up they cars only run for a week ive had three and on the seventh day of driving them they have all broken down
