Atmosphere is inviting, the service is fast and welcoming. I was on the hunt for hot chocolate in Seattle and came upon this establishment; I ordered a hot chocolate which was good, however, I was hoping for a more rich flavor as this was a bit lacking for my taste, but overall all right. The whipped cream was good. The drink itself was warm, not wait a few minutes hot, but Im sure had I asked, the drink couldve been made hotter. I think my favorite part of the experience was the person that rang up my sale. She was very nice and I appreciate her and what she made for me today.
We thought the reviews were great so went ahead and got some food. The food was decent but the service was bad. We had to get ask for water, coffee and they forgot about our cookie. The only thing they got to our table was the burrito and egg dish we ordered. Also only one set of cutlery provided. No napkins with burrito.
We had a great experience at Fonte Cafe—we went there 3 out of our 4 days in Seattle and it was great each time. The barista was especially welcoming and friendly—thanks for making us feel at home!
I loved this place. The energy is so good and most importantly my coffee was perfect and my avocado toast was delicious with the most perfectly poached and salted egg on top. I asked for their 12 oz size cup filled halfway with cold brew, the rest of the way with oat milk, then a shot of their house made dark chocolate syrup and it was perfection.
Great coffee and great breakfast sandwiches that are actually made with real ingredients, not frozen, and very filling.
Excellent and friendly service despite a busy work environment. Food and drinks were excellent and the staff was lovely. Great spot!
This place is dope! Sweet beats while u eat. Bring some molly with u
Fonte coffee is the best! But more importantly.. the folks here are friendly and super helpful..
Very friendly, tasty, and quick. This was a.great place to get a breakfast.
Great atmosphere! Food and coffee drinks were delicious, albeit a bit pricey. The barista was very friendly, but the woman taking the orders with pink hair was rude and curt. We will return, but it’s a bummer that our experience was soured by her bad attitude.
Staff was kind & store was clean.I requested a burrito without meat & was told they were pre-made ( however, they did offer a meat-free burrito).I went with a Lox Bagel & though it tasted decent, I was not happy with the size (Im a fluffy girl & I like to eat). The coffee menu was rad & I tasted two from the menu, but the temp was warm at best.
Amazing coffe, incredible breakfast sandwiches!!! Thanx guys 🙌🏻👍🏻
Super friendly barista, convinced me to try a breakfast burrito with my coffee. I went for the egg white burrito and I wasn’t disappointed. Coffee wasn’t over roasted, which was great.
In Seattle for Vacation and stopped in for breakfast. Got Mimosas for the table and the smoked Salmon bagel. Food quantity and price match well. Would eat here again.
Thank you for the Atzec Mocha! Super friendly and helpful!
Super fancy! Loved it yummy
Good espresso and really friendly staff.
Been here at least a hundred times, and the service is consistently friendly - the drinks are excellent, and their food is surprisingly tasty. Can be a bit crowded on weekends, but they always manage to deliver drinks in a timely manner.
Woah! My favorite breakfast burrito in Seattle so far!!From the fluffy tortilla, to the cheese/sriracha mayo it was awesome!Ive tried an iced mocha latte and the Turkish latte. Both are delicious. The Fonté cookie was okay. Lotssss of chocolate but not a strong flavor.Going to try the Aztec latte next time! Its in a great spot and not overly crowded on a Seattle summer weekend.
Old country feeling when you walk in the door. The set up of their cafeteria will give you nostalgia from the past. It was so quiet and relaxing. I like their food as well. It tastes really good. I think they were the most affordable cafeteria in this town. I will surely visit and dine in this cafeteria again.
The food was great but definitely on the expensive side. The coffee was good too
I’m not a huge fan of flavored Lattes but they have quite a few interesting signature drinks here with Eastern flavors that I have not seen in other places. I Highly recommend their Turkish Latte (Cardamom) and Desert Rose (Rose Water).
Creative tasty drinks and delicious breakfast // brunch items.
When I walked into this place, I saw a lot of potential for being a 5 star review. Unfortunately the food was quite disappointing.I had a eggs benedict that took 30 minutes to get ready and the best part of it was the salad. Coffee was very good and the two young baristas were working their a** off while two elder guys were idling and checking their smartphones, and people were piling making the place claustrophobic. The reason that this place still got a two star and not a one is because of the two young guys in the front. They were putting so much effort and I was in their shoes before, please make sure that they are recognized by their hard work.Thats it.
The food is pricey but they have some of the best espresso drinks in Seattle
Great atmosphere! Coffee was above standard. The breakfast burrito was dope! 10/10 will go there again.
We had a great breakfast and coffee experience at Fonté Coffee Roaster Café which begin a full day of touring Seattle. Our goal, in addition to breakfast, was to have great coffee at a different place every day while in town. Fonté did not disappoint in either the food or coffee departments.I had the Veggie Frittata. It was very well done with the veggies inside not overcooked and retaining their flavor and al dente texture. It was topped with an aged cheddar and served with perfectly cooked potatoes and dressed greens. I really liked it.My wife had a standard, and good, steel cut oatmeal which was served with fruit. Initially the fruit was melon which she described as “sad” but she had them change to apples and pineapple which were fresh and great. We shared a large french press single origin roast which was perfect to our tastes. Not too acidic as I prefer my coffee, and as it was in a French Press, we could make it as strong as we wanted. They also have specialty lattes like unique flavors such as a Turkish made with cardamon and a sage latte which we would have tried had we not been on a path to sample basic coffee everywhere we went. This is an order at the counter place which wasnt crowded so ordering and getting a table was not a big issue like some other reviews have stated. Though when customers showed up behind us in line our server did seem to rush us along. This is a solid breakfast and coffee spot in Seattle and if we were in town more we’d come back and try some of the uniquely flavored lattes.
I was in Seattle for a convention and staying down the road from here. I stopped by for breakfast on my way out and just loved it. I walked in and the staff was immediately helpful. The place has such a calming decor and the food was amazing, their original coffee drinks are awesome. I couldnt have been happier with my visit.
You will not be disappointed in the menu and service. this place has a great design. food is like a restaurant in louisville i loved.
Cheerful staff and delicious espresso. Their baristas really know their stuff. They pull espresso on a beautiful Faema e71 thats worth a gander, if thats your jam. Im usually a straight-espresso drinker, but here Id also recommend the Aztec mocha and the Turkish Latte.
I go in for a mocha many mornings and find out to be a lovely experience.
Great wild mushroom scramble and the potatoes were delicious.
Excellent coffee and avocado toast.
Great food and great coffee, indoor dining serves brunch everyday right now
Good food. Smaller portion for the amount charged.
Really nice coffee and lots of sandwich options. Waiting for dine in to start.
Fantastic coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Awesomely nice barista. If your looking for coffee in this area, I would highly recommend stoping by here.
Great coffee and lovely atmosphere! I was in Seattle approximately 6 years ago and went to Fonte then. It was easy to get there since I stayed downtown. This time I was staying near the airport and didnt want to travel that far so I went to a coffe shop closer to me. Unfortunately, I wasnt impressed. So I came back to Fonte and it was good as I remembered.
Unusual espresso drinks! Some with rose water, or cinnamon or cayenne... Or have something more familiar! Delicious coffee and sandwiches, brunch too!
No Apple Pay and my hot chocolate was luke warm. One server ignored my presence while the other server was brash with my order. The store environment was not totally clean to my standards with dirty dishes left on unattended tables. Although Starbucks may be more corporate at least the customer service part is above standard and it’s next door. Fonte’ at this time may be an over glorified coffee establishment. I’m not saying don’t try this place for yourself but do it at your own risk. I may try again to get better results at a future date.
Unbelievable coffee bar, you must try this place. While in town Ive been here a few times over the years and I always apprecet the attention to the details
Best year round available rose late 🌹They know how to mix their components. Also HIGHLY recommend their cocktails
Good coffee and good experience. Everyone was very professional and I love the inside as well.
Only been there twice but both visits were super satisfying! Their Turkish latte tastes amazing and both scones I have tried (almond and amaretto) were out of this world. Awesome coffee place- highly recommended!
If you dont feel like Starbucks but in the mood for something hot this is the place. The coffee was excellent and beautifully presented. Served in large coffee mugs and the different seating options are great for large or small parties to sit and chat. If they still have it as an option I recommend the chia cider. It was very delicious.
Love this place!! The coffee is outstanding and the staff are sooooo nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
Amazing place, excellent coffee ☕️
The service was helpful and kind. It has a great atmosphere.
My favorite coffee place in Seattle. Theres a lot of coffee shops to visit, but Fonte always makes the best. The only beans I use at home. Well worth the price.
Breakfast burrito was yummy!
Friendly service, great coffee, and a well curated set of sandwiches, pastries and snacks. Nice space, close to the Market, Art Museum, and Benaroya Hall.
Best tasting coffee around. Great service too
The coffee was delicious and the barista did a great job of making a recommendation to my partner based on his tastes
I visited this shop last month while visiting my daughter and it was great. Best cup of coffee ever - ground coffee given as a gift to me earlier this year. Bought more online and my misunderstood order was corrected quickly and beyond my expectations.
Delicious food and coffee, unique offerings. Inside was clean and service was friendly. Would recommend.
