After checking out their menu online and great reviews, I decided to give this neighborhood cafe a try. It turns out that their online menu was pretty dated. Coffee is now $.5 more expensive and breakfast sandwich $8.95 instead of $6.5, which means their prices arent that appealing at all. I ended up just getting a coffee, which was mediocre. Service was friendly though.

Ordered a regular Latte and disliked it. The coffee was very little creamy. The foam separated from the rest of the milk drink too much.Theres both indoor and outdoor seating available. Theres enough space for you to get stuff done. But for a Sunday afternoon, I saw only a few people sitting there for study/work. The sitting area is close to the ordering/preparing area, and the milk frother is loud. So environment is not too conducive for work, Id say.Overall, theres better places to get your coffee+work.

The Station is amazing. From the art on the walls, to the playlist they have on, they are an upbeat atmosphere to get an amazing cup of coffee. I love their oat milk lattes and my partner always gets a Mexican mocha. Their food is delicious too. Scones and biscuits like youve never had before, and their bagel breakfast delight is the best thing my tastebuds were ever blessed with experiencing. Super convenient location right across the street from the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station too. Highly recommend.

Went there to pick up ice cream for my sister and ended up buying a couple of hot plates to go. Got the biscuits and gravy and the bossman sandwich - both delicious. What I enjoyed most was seeing a transient come in to get hot water for his instant noodles and the employees were class acts. I will continue to support any business that treats people like humans. They have my wallet, respect, and my palate.

This place is like a breathe of fresh air in Seattle. I live further into Seattle, and The Station just brings an authentic warmness that is rare to glimpse and even harder to consistently find in Seattle. Walking through the door into hearing Nina Simone and Marvin Gaye on the radio, and then being met with eye contact and a warm smile from both baristas. When I took a sip of their signature drink, the Mocha Mexicano, it felt like a hug from mom in a cup. Just what I needed on this drizzly autumn morning; coming here made my day.

This is such a wonderful coffee shop and community gathering space. The coffee and food are delicious and the staffs is always helpful. They have a space available for groups and individuals to raise awareness for their events and causes, and to connect with other community members. They also have a TV that displays all of the transit schedules that run nearby, which is incredibly helpful for people who wouldnt otherwise have access to that information. There are a lot of options for coffee in Seattle, but this one stands out from the rest as a hub for the Beacon Hill community. My favorite place to chill and work in the city, I highly recommend.

A truly unique atmosphere near transit routes. Staffs are outstanding and accommodating if there are any error with your order. The coffee easily on par with some of the other local coffee, have yet to have a bad cup of poison to start the day. The cookies are outstanding, the texture and taste of the chocolate chips are unique on its own. The sandwiches are delicious and other pastries are available as well (e.g muffins, tarts, scones). A good place for kids, family, or by yourself. If you dont mind the music atmosphere and occasion TV playing, it would be a good place to study or just meet with anyone.

Seriously, this is the best coffee shop in the neighborhood. Victrola and Fresh Flours are good too, but this place is GREAT. Good coffee, fun drinks when big cultural things happen (black panther themed mochas). They are also deeply involved in the neighborhood and support local artists by letting them put their wares out for people to buy with cash, which they take none percent of. Way more than just another coffee shop... The Station, run by Luis and Leona Rodriguez, is the heart of the community and has transformed the neighborhood since it opened a few years back. Because of this cafe, everyone now knows everyone, and the Stations support of community art, music and general well-being is remarkable. The cafe recently moved from its small, intimate space on 16th Ave to a larger spot across the street; but its retained all of its atmosphere, improved its food offerings, and the new espresso machine turns out fantastic coffee.Super-nice staff. Also, dog-friendly! Treats on the counter...Beacon Hill is still unfashionable (which we residents like, of course), and the restaurant choices here are pretty minimal compared to many other Seattle locations. But Beacon Hill has the Station, so eat your heart out, other neighborhoods!

Quirky & hyper-local coffee shop, with quality drinks & an atmosphere that defies conventional modern coffee shop motifs. Its a place to gather, to converse, and to enjoy a strong sense of the Beacon Hill community. The back patio area is surrounded by buildings, which provides almost a courtyard feel. On certain days they offer Venezuelan arepas (sandwiches) and then a spattering of sweets & treats on a daily basis. The inside feels a bit cluttered, and the outdoor tables are a bit wobbly, but overall a fine place to enjoy a drink.
