We were at this location in April but wanted to wait to see how the delivery and set up went. That was today.Our overall experience with this clearance center was excellent from start to finish. Seth was our salesperson. He was very attentive but also gave us our space to browse. Even while he serviced us he still excused himself to greet other customers. This was not a high pressured sales experience by any means. All beds were on sale on our last visit and they were giving away a fee adjustable base and a discount on delivery and set up.We werent sure if we had a Cal. King or a regular king. I was able to call the next day with exact measurements of bed and they did the exchange over the phone. Preston, the manager handled that transaction.The delivery guys came today within the two hour window, took our old mattress away and set up the new. They wore face masks for those concerned with safety. They were very polite and were in/out within a few minutes.I would definitely recommend this location and will buy from them in the future.

Needed a queen box spring same day. It seems like there are 1000 mattress stores on every corner. Should be no problem. Called around and found out most of places were “showrooms” and they have no stock. This mattress firm was open and was running a great sale as well. I was in and out in 15 minutes with great service and got the queen box spring I needed. It was also cheaper than anywhere online.

I got home and realized they gave me a full size mattress told me it was a queen I had to drive all the way back to swap it out then they told me it was going to be $25 more for a queen. Even though it was supposed to be queen size.

This Mattress Firm Clearance store in Sarasota is run by an excellent individual named Preston Tally. He helped me over several days of phone calls to buy 2 mattresses over the phone with me calling from Montana! He was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a few changes in my choice of these 2 mattresses, which he handled with incredible patience. His employee named Alejandro was also tremendous help the day that Mr.Tally was off. He stayed past closing to help me find a mattress that I wanted and he got it arranged for me! I’ve never bought mattresses by phone before, but these guys knew their stock and were able to help me find the best mattress at the lowest price! I went into this location set on getting a Purple Mattress but ended up not caring for it. I was able to communicate my needs and preferences to the staff, who directed me to a different (less expensive) brand that was ideal for me. We ended up getting 2 mattresses and 2 Purple pillows. I appreciate the fact that the salesman seemed more interested in getting me the right fit rather than selling me the more expensive mattress.

I had a great experience at your location the representative listen to what I wanted and what I needed and fit it within my budget so I would definitely recommend your locations to other ones are just to let you know I went to a store there was a mattress firm also on the corner of Bee ridge and tamiami trail the gentleman are told me the least expensive you said he had was $1,643 out the door delivery everything I went to the other store on tamiami trail and the gentleman offered me a great deal for a lot less $878 compared to 1600 that I was quoted from your store right down the road so maybe you want to look into that
