The owner was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to feel and compare both mattresses. I was hesitant to lay on the mattress but the owner assured me everything is sanitized and the pillow cases are switched out daily. He definitely takes pride and care in his shop and is very attentive to customers. Happy to support his independent location.
