I found the Sarasota Sleep Number store to be a very positive experience. My wife and I worked with Ted. He was terrific. Very informative with no pressure for a sale. Wonderfully explained each bed, that I tried, I was able to find the perfect bed for myself. I will have100 days to try it out to make sure it is helping me ( I have really bad back issues). If not I will be able to either change to another or have my money refunded. Tedhelped me was very professional, and friendly.l

David is a true professional. From the time we walked into the store there was no pressure to purchase. He asked great questions and zeroed in on what we were looking for. When there was a problem with the delivery he went the extra mile and solved it. Sleep Number is lucky to have him as a representative of their product. By the way....after two nights, I love the product.

They have a routine that they take you through to educate you about and familiarize you with their beds. Ted walked us through each of the different types and options and was very thorough about finding out what our specific needs were. Very patient, personable and professional.

Outstanding experience. We were just planning on taking a look after seeing the television ads. Really terrific low pressure salesman, and before we knew we were buying a fantastic bed. And so happy that we did. 3 nights so far. Thanks to Ted M, we had the right number. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Took my money immediately and delivered in a week. Problem was the bed was too bouncy and at the low setting 30 the side support gave out. Asked for the return after 5 days. They took a month to pick up and I’m still waiting on my refund 2 weeks. Comparing to other companies select comfort is the worst. Having to chase them for a refund.

Sufficient time spent. All questions answered. Tested each bed and settings with in store rep. All positive. Expensive proposition, but hopefully will help with back issues.

Best investment ever! I usually do not give a 5 star rating, however, weve had this bed for 7+ years and you cant beat the comfort! Went for some new pillows and the salesman was courteous and got us some additional discounts as were repeat customers.

I paid $12,000 for the best bed they have. My wife and I cannot sleep on it as its so uncomfortable. my 15byr old sleep number bed was way more comfy. I called customer service today and they said that I cannot return it. Im stuck with a $12,000 bed that I cannot use.

WE have been enjoying one for 17 years & we decided get a new one. Would not trade it for any other brand.

We bought a Sleep Number bed 10 years ago and are still very happy with it. They are adjustable for firmness/ softness and weve found over the years our firmness needs change. No other bed can give you this flexibility. Although theyre expensive they are well worth it. Dont cheap out, get at least a mid level priced one as theyre more comfortable with additional layers. We stopped in today to buy pillows - another item that is hard to find a comfortable one. They have adjustable ones - ones that have 3 layers inside that you can remove to your desired height. Awesome!

I was so impressed with the service!!!!! Even when the Sales person was engaged with another customer I was comfortable enough in the surroundings to explore on my own. The information and guidance I received and my experience (without the usual PRESSURE Ive experienced in other mattress stores) sold me on the sleep number mattress, enough so that I bought the i8 and am totally psyched just waiting for its arrival. I have no doubts whatsoever that I will be happy with my purchase.

Extremely helpful customer service without overly pushy sales. Purchase, delivery, and setup was extremely easy and timely. Everyone with whom I communicated was professional. It helps to do your research in advance so that you have a sense of which bed and features may best suit your needs. If you have a disability, be sure to get a prescription from your doctor to help defray the cost of tax.

The bed is AWFUL. It is extremely HOT. Not worth the $7,000 we paid for the bed.

Cheated out of $ 500.00. Beds are nice. No problem with the bed. Our elderly grandma bought an expensive bed here --she is a clearly physically handicapped person. She asked about price any discounts etc?. They told her no big sales really on holidays etc on a little off. She bought the bed. Then, a friend bought a sleep number in another area of Florida and informed her that they should not have charged her the tax. We went in to complain at store. They admitted it was a discount through the state of Florida. The tax can be waived if your doctor writes a prescription that you need an adjustable bed. They just have to get the prescription and keep a file. They said they do not like to do it extra work.. Everyone is making adjustable beds now-go somewhere else where they dont lie to customers.

The manager, David, helped the both of us. He was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with! He and the staff made the overall shopping experience very easy. We learned a lot about ourselves and that we both have different preferences for comfort. We decided with the i8 flex fit option and love it! Had I known my aches pain would start to go away and sleep this good for both of us, we would have done this a lot sooner and I have to say, the Sleep Number Bed is definitely worth every dollar! This store and the people that work there are truly an asset to the company!
