I was so impressed, we went to see her later that day and there was another store a little closer to us.She was incredibly knowledgeable, she knew her products very well. She asked a lot of questions to help us decide what was the best mattress solution for us. We ended buying 2 mattresses from her. I was not looking forward to going in and informing them that I wasnt happy with my original mattress and I would like to exchange it for a different one....but I was pleasantly surprised the salesman was very respectful and easy to make this transition with it was such a relief.

Ive been looking at beds and struggling with this decision for weeks. Id gone to 2 other Mattress Turn locations with very hit or miss service. Bradenton (Lockwood Commons) location was nice and helpful but I just wasnt ready to make a decision. South Sarasota (by the mall) was a horrible experience. I was totally overwhelmed with useless information, pushed towards things outside of my budget, and at the end the total just kept rising with very little explanation or benefit to me. I was done.I decided to give the company one more try with another location that carries a different mattress I wanted to try...So glad I did!!Dani at the Sarasota location was absolutely amazing! I told her what Id been through, what I thought I was looking for, and what my issues are and she helped me pick a great mattress! She was compassionate and patient, informative but not overwhelming, and is the main reason I chose to actually purchase through mattress firm. I hope her management sees this review and understands how valuable she is. She saved me as a customer and Ill definitely recommend anyone looking to go see Dani at this location!

We were helped by Paul and he was awesome! He was not a pushy salesman but a kind and relatable gentleman who was so informative and made great conversation. We wound up spending a lot of time in the store and he never made us feel uncomfortable or stood over us as most salespeople have a tendency to do. We let him know what our budget was and he gave us options to stay right there never trying to talk us over it. Being new to Sarasota, he reassured us of the areas safety and gave us some recommendations to visit and welcomed us to paradise. He made it a great experience. And we LOVE our new bed!

Kenny went above and beyond to fix an awful experience with the online department. I placed an order 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered today only to receive an email mid day that my mattress wasnt in stock and wouldnt be for another 2 weeks. He recommended a split king with hybrid mattresss, on adjustable bases, with massage. My husband and I absolutely love our new bed! Best investment we have made! We were given good survival tips on how to pick best bed for each of us. She explained the cool mattress, and the different firmness for each of our sleep patterns. We went in for one mattress and left with 2 mattresses!! They always have great sales, so when ever you need a bed, I definitely recommend going here! We had fun testing the different beds. I came to check out the ongoing sale I heard on radio. I actually visited a different mattress firm and didnt see the type of bed I was considering to be on floor for a sale price. Was told all was same so no point in looking at other locations. I happened to come into this one since I needed to stop by the vitamin shop. Lauren was very helpful. Took effort to do further research and found a few on sale in outlet, and explained about the warranty difference. I didnt end up buying a bed but I would recommend coming to THIS location and asking for Lauren, no pressure, explained things, giving me the information I needed while taking extra effort to look at a different location for what I was interested in. GREAT EXPIERENCE!
