We needed a new mattress after 9 years, so returned to Bed Pros near UTC Mall in Sarasota. Scott was great & helped us find something comparable but a step up, at a reasonable price, including free delivery & removal. Highly recommend them.

Very happy we found Bed Pros! We needed a bed set for our teenage son urgently and the local large chain stores could not get us what we needed for weeks, due to foam shortages. Then I find Bed Pros and learn that they have multiple bed sets (which were exactly what we wanted) available for delivery in less than a week. They were efficient, knowledgeable and I could not have asked for a better experience!! Almost forgot to mention that their prices were great too! It’s nice to know that a business being family owned and operated still means something.

Scott at the University store was polite, well-informed and as helpful as possible without being pushy. He answered all of our questions we had and helped us make an informed decision on a very good mattress. Their delivery was next day by 2 very polite and courteous young gentlemen. Keep up the good work guys! Its so relieving to see some people still have work ethic and courtesy nowadays.

Steve is such a cool guy. Great experience all around. He made buying my new mattress and base an easier experience, and was pretty genuine.

We’ve now had to replace even the ‘warranty’ replacement mattress for my parents. The first bed was purchased at their location in Brandon. It lasted about a year! They got me involved since they were concerned about it possibly being a scam on the elderly. They did replace the mattress, but charged at $350 ‘warranty replacement fee’. This one had lasted a scant 2 years! I had no interest in even bothering to call them and be charged for yet another mattress that will start breaking down within a year or so. My parents are too elderly to be fooling with a bad bed, bad back, etc! Beware.
