Brian is awesome. You know when you find a really good plumber or electrician that actually returns calls, texts, does what he says hes going to do on time and you arent left with crazy surprises. This is Brian. This IS the only place to take your Mercedes. I can tell you from my experience there are very crowded mechanics that can take 30 days for an appointment and cost you more. If you dont go here, you are missing the boat 100%

Brian is more than an auto mechanic. He is a savior. I had rented a Camper Van (Mercedes Metris) from Outdoorsy to do a roadtrip with my husband until it starting acting up when we reached Santa Barbara. A fellow from The Garage referred us to Brian at Autohaus who immediately found out what was wrong with the car, and let us know it wasnt safe to drive. He ran a diagnostic, and gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong to the owner of the van over the phone to help me, since I dont understand auto terminology. He did this as a favor to us, even though we were strangers. THANK YOU Brian! He is an angel who saved us from potentially getting into harms way. Our favourite thing about Santa Barbara was this encounter.
