Excellent in all its aspects.

Bob is a remarkable mechanic. He knows Jaguars inside out and top to bottom. He also knows Land Rovers well, and I believe he works on them as well (cant swear to that, but I bet he would accept yours if you just asked). Most importantly, he is a man of great integrity and honesty. He will discuss in detail what your car needs, or DOESNT need, and he will explain it so you understand. The mechanics he employs follow his lead. They are friendly and helpful, and terrifically skilled. This is the only car repair place at which I have ever been charged far LESS than the estimate. That alone makes this shop number one in my book, but on all points, I simply cant recommend it highly enough.
