More açaí bowls! I got a medium Holy Moly, and my son got a small custom. He didnt really know what to expect with the coconut base; it was like frozen coconut milk. They were both awesome and packed with toppings! We would definitely return for more.

They have a great variety of flavors and allow you to self customize it! The toppings aren’t add one and the price is based completely on the size of the bowl. Definitely coming again.

This gelato place is a cute cozy place for great coffee and icecreams! Their dark chocolate and white chocolate raspberry is great! I tried their hot chocolate as well and to my surprise it was not the overly sweet hot chocolate which most places serve! And staff is very friendly and nice!

They were so nice! We got in right as they were closing and they opened up to serve us. Great place with great gelato!

Finally, They are back!I really like their gelato and I’m so happy that they reopen. Just walk by and see the new look of Holy Gelato. It totally different from the look before but I loved it! They added a lot of new items especially some kind of healthy stuff and today I got açaí bowl. I like their açaí with granola and the seeds topping. It’s so good! and again thank you to reopen and I’m glad that you’re back. I love support local and I’m sure I will order it again!

Their sorbets in particular have such a strong fruit taste. The price working there are all super friendly and polite as well

Great selection of dairy-free gelato including mango and several chocolates. I had a green tea ice cream. They make espresso, too. Made a game of guessing which plants were real.

I just went here today and it was AMAZING. So excited they opened back up. I love the new renovations they did. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. They also have a lot of great choices, including the açaí house bowl (a MUST try). You can choose from one of the popular topping combinations or create whatever combination you prefer. You can add any bases, granolas, proteins, fruits, toppings, powders, and sweeteners you want to your custom bowl. They also have two new co-owners that are very sweet and nice. Highly recommend them and will be coming back for sure!

Amazing gelato and amazing service here! This place is a hidden gem in San Francisco. There is a wide selection of flavors and many I havent seen anywhere else. Definitely will be coming back here again.

I found this place and i think is beautiful and clean(following the covid guidelines). The costumer service was good to. When you eat the gelato you can taste the quality and great flavor. I thought it was delicious. I got 2 scoops of ginger and 2 of Caramel. The only downside is that i felt that the portions were too small but thats because im fat lol. Overall i think is a great place and i will definitely be coming back.

The açai bowl was a revelation! So tasty and so nourishing!The staff has this gentle hospitality, which really makes you certain that this place is a labor of love.

Love this store. I have tried Acai bowl first time in my life and I love it. Not too sweet but not too light either. It’s good combination.

HG is back with a new menu! They added a cool set of acai bowls which I got to try for a mid-morning meal. Fresh fruit and tasty granola options are great additions to the gelato choices I love at the place. The cafe got a cute makeover and I hope we can go back inside soon!

Great place for dessert after a night out of eating. Lots of yummy unqiue and classic flavors to choose from. There is about 6 tables for small groups to sit back and relax. Theres also a healthy selection of books to read if you want to just hang around solo.

Delicious ice cream (with vegan options too!) and a reasonable price. Varieties of cones (for extra). This place is about the same price as the nearby dessert places but this is more cozy. I ordered the mint chipmunk and the chocolate chips were decently sized and it was very minty. The sorbets they had on stock were also nicely tart but not too tart.They also open until 10pm so its a great place for an after dinner snack.

Came here for both of my kids. Especially more vegan options for my daughter. Perfect mini sizes is all that you need. Friendly service. Will definitely be coming back!

Great homemade gelato! I enjoy coming to this place often because of their creamy vegan options. They offer chocolate, cookies and cream, coconut, peanut butter and chocolate, mint chocolate, and others. They keep rotating the flavors so it keeps things interesting every time I visit.

Best ice cream of my life, no question. The waffle cone is amazing. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I loved that they had blankets to use if you wanted to go eat your ice cream on the grass in front of the store. Very cute and welcome touch.I will be here way more often than my waistline will like.

Best selection of gelato in the city. They even have vegan flavors. My favorite is the honey lavender. I know it sounds strange, but its very tasty. They even just added about ten flavors of rice pudding. Yummy!

Great neighborhood gelato place. My go to flavors are the goat cheese, lavander and the blood orange sorbet...another reason I like this placeis that I can bring my vegan friends because they have amazing choices

I was really excited to try their vegan ice cream and it was decent! They have a lot of variety, but I wasnt blown away by any of the flavors. I went for creamy ice cream instead, and got the honey lavender and oreo ice cream. Both were pretty good. It was kind of strange that the lady helping us kept getting our orders confused... even though we were the only ones in the shop.

The guy working the register was very kind. I got a small Tiramisu. Tasty and not too strong in flavor, very smooth.

This place offered many vegan gelato options. The good thing is they weren’t just basic flavors either. Small establishment with a great atmosphere.

Gelato is good, but I just cant get past the use of disposable plastic cups. It seems incongruous to me to tout the environmental benefits of veganism and then serve in plastic.

We enjoyed great gelato here, there is a nice choice of flavours and plenty of vegan options. I just cant rate highly due to the use of disposable plastic ice cream pots, a bizarre choice for a vegan gelato shop in 2019. Please change these.

Delicious treats and so many vegan options to boot! Lovely people who work here that truly enjoy making your day/evening great. They even have a funny $1 basket filled with random gag-like gifts.

I ventured to this super cute shop in the Inner Sunset after work. Its a small shop with not much seating, but the gelato is excellent! They even had soy and coconut milk gelato. The consistency is slightly different but the flavor is still wonderful! They had 16 different flavor choices. I had The Mocha and the Irish Delight (that was made with a coconut milk base) and both were delicious! The prices are reasonable and the scoops are average. This is a great place for an after dinner snack, mid-afternoon craving or a nice little date spot!

The ONLY vegan ice cream place in the San Francisco area....that I know of anyway. And I have searched around for this...Delicious vegan ice cream options. A must stop by and try place if you are near the area.Good luck in finding parking though.I tend to park 5 blocks far and just walk, uber, or take some sort of public transport to get to this place. The indoor seating is limited but adequate for about 12 people and possibly gets crowded during peak hours in the afternoon when the kids get off school and after dinner.

Absolutely delicious! The gelato is fantastic and well priced. They have tons of flavors that range from the usual to the unique. I recently tried their goat cheese gelato and it was incredible. They have generous portions so there is no need to go larger than a small. Great spot to grab a quick sweet and chat with a friend!

This small gelato shop is tucked in between other businesses and can easily be missed. They have a small selection of flavors, nothing extremely different or new. I found that it was ok, not as rich as other places in flavor and texture.

Holy moly! So good! I tried the Charlie Brown’s Chocolate Dream or something like that, soooo good! I’ve been trying vegan options and this is for sure amazing! Soy based chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and oreos and it’s amazing, I highly recommend it (I wish I had a picture of it)

Did not like the gelato. The flavors I tried were very sugary. I got once scoop of salted caramel, tasted like candy.Unfortunately, my gelato had a foreign piece of paper in the gelato. The lady was kind enough to offer a replacement, but didn’t want to waste the gelato since I wasn’t a fan. Hopefully others have a better experience!

Came here because Bi-Rites line was atrocious. The gelato is decent, but its kinda weird that they also sell some of the most random trinkets. Its like getting an ice cream at a thrift store.

As soon as I heard Tommy’s Party by Peach Pit, I just had to send him my compliments for the playlist he was playing during my stay. I had a lovely experience. I got a small sized split scoop of the Chocolate Mexicano and Coconut Cream(?). I really love the coconut flavored one 💛 Will definitely to go back for split scoops and to ask which Sweet Beats playlist is his on Spotify!

Holy Gelato! is a little hideaway place in the Irving that serves great, organic gelato. The place rarely gets crowded and the decor and friendly service makes the experience of going there very intimate and cozy.

Nice little dessert spot around the Irving St business district. Comfy and cozy space to enjoy some delicious gelato and people watch by the big windows. They have a large selection of dairy based gelato flavors as well as 12, count em, 12 vegan, non-dairy gelato flavors. The vegan gelatos are made with coconut milk as well as flavors made with soy milk.The staff are friendly and you can sample up to 2 flavors...a few more if they arent busy! The vegan gelato was rich and creamy. Cant wait to try them all.
