I was so surprised to walk down the streets of San Francisco and see a Ben & Jerrys be able to walk right in and get Ben & Jerrys in a cup on a cone or any way you like it only let that was it wasnt allowed table to sit at but most people eat and walk

The ice cream, smoothies and shakes are great. The guy took our order immediately; very polite and friendly person.. the small and large shake has less than a dollar difference in price, so the more the better. The decor could use some updating because you expect more in term of ambiance when you think Ben & Jerrys. But, overall good experience, definitely will go there again.

A great Creamery that you must try when youre in the city or just looking for something to cool you down. they have so many flavors a definitely takes you a good amount of time trying to choose whats a combined or even just getting a single scoop is so hard! They also do Shakes as well as Sundays and they have so many options for milkshakes its crazy! You can also get a cake and little small miniature cakes to go! They really are great and they have great customer service.

Decent place to stop for ice cream, however they have a very limited selection of frozen yogurts. If you want a healthier choice over stand ice cream... Go with a smoothie. The Queen of Tart smoothie is really good.

The ice cream is just ok. Their pints are noticeably better. The ice cream at their parlors is always noticeable icy. But honestly, Ill be going back because I still love Ben & Jerrys.

This location is know to hire thieves. They steal tourists credit card information and immediately go on a shopping spree. The police dept only has 8 investors who receive 8000 calls a day. So they won’t bother investigating. My suspicion is the management must be aware since there were even additional charges add later that day from the B&J at this location. Besides that the kids they hired there have bad attitudes. I gave two stars because B&J Ice Cream is still good.

I had the rudest experience here today. On a super warm California day I walked in with two very eager little kids as the store was opening up. I asked the woman if they were open and she said she was just setting up so we waited outside while she slammed furniture everywhere and then when she was done we went inside but she continued and then glared at us and said you better go elsewhere. I left with two very sad kids. Not sure what about us made her mad -maybe my color. Having just moved to California from Toronto this was a rude shock.

Run by a bunch of kids so it seemed the customer service was lacking and there was some confusion being cashed out. Theyre really need to come up with a more organized way of serving their customers.

4.5 stars, exactly what youd expect and what youd expect to pay. Workers were quick with lines and sundaes to be made. Still pricey for the serving size. Larger scoops please!

Ice cream is great no doubt, but 12 bucks for a decent ice cream cone? Not in my college-tourist budget. But the fruity flavors we got were all excellent, and Im usually skeptical when it comes to fruit flavored ice cream

They have around 30 flavors here. My favorite is the chocolate fudge swirl. Prices are high but its very good ice cream.

If store hours are advertised as open until 1030pm then you should not refuse customers before this time. We went down for ice cream at 1020 and went into an empty store only to be told that they closed early due to short staff.

I was excited to try a brick-and-mortar Ben & Jerrys. The bourbon brown sugar flavor did not disappoint.
