Scoop prices are reasonable and they allow single splits without charging extra, which is a plus.Ice Cream: I was a tad disappointed in my flavors (Pumpkin and Strawberry Cheesecake) on my first visit; both needed more flavor and sweetness. Great neighborhood ice cream place, just a short walk from Balboa Park. Wide variety of interesting flavors - definitely something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Their ice cream is dense and creamy - so dense the plastic spoons often arent up for the task. But dont worry, the friendly staff is always ready with extra spoons. :) Overall, highly recommended!

2nd time here. Everyone here is really nice.But today the scoops were pretty inconsistent. (See photo. I havent taken a single bite. I dont feel its worth $6 as the cups almost half empty when Im supposed to get 2 scoops.) Ice cream is good though! So are the fruit juices and milk shakes Ive tried!Hopefully, they can scoop more consistently. Ill try them again next time to see if anything changes.

What a great addition to the neighborhood. The owner is very friendly and nice (same owner as Tasty coffee just half a block down - serving a variety of breakfast items including omelettes and even lunch fares like angus burgers, which I didnt know about until I looked at their menu on the website). The ice cream has a variety of flavor choices including unique ones such as churro-cinnamon. The place is very clean with nice, simple decor and color scheme.

So awesome they are open! The nicest owners and fantastic ice cream. Clean, bright and modern aesthetic. Both small batch from Portland and made in house. They plan to add smoothies and açaí to the menu soon. Great first visit. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.
