It appears that everyone in town is talking about Purple Rain. Being a die hard Prince fan, I had to check what all the hoopla about!Prince will approve it, I believe, if he were to taste the ice cream. The Ice cream is unique and smooth as the iconic song and a great tribute to the singer.

Good ice cream with a nice variety of toppings. I got Purple Rain with the suggested blackberry and honey toppings, then added on sprinkles.

I really wanted to go 5 stars, but the place is so dirty! Overflowing trashcan at the check out counter, trash in the floors - I was a little put-off, but ordered a boba tea. Very tasty and the counter employee couldnt have been nicer, even when he had to correct my order. His friendly attitude saved the day!!

Youre paying for the experience of watching the ice cream getting rolled, and its distinct mouthfeel. Its not tastier than regular ice cream, but it is at a premium price. Might still be worth trying once.

The ice cream is not too sweet and I could taste the real cacao in the Chocolate Craze. It is a premium ice cream at a modest price of $6.95 and I even got 3 toppings free of cost from their non premium topping choices.

Wonderful ice cream! The flavor was fantastic, the service, and presentation also top notch! I will undoubtedly be coming back here, and telling everyone about it. I had the Chocolate Marshmallow style. I’d highly recommend it. Really great hazelnut taste as well.

Quality ingredients and great recipes, but they were out of boba, both soy and almond milk, on a Saturday night. They forgot about 2 of the three items on our order and were not in the least bit apologetic that we waited 25 minutes for two ice creams and a milk tea. At least two of the people working didn’t know how to work the register, and were legitimately confused when asked for a lid.

Love all their Boba tea and their seasonal menu for fall. First time had a ice cream with real 24 carat goal leaf. And it did not break my bank.

I love this place because of the innovative products, breath-taking interior and great customer service. I like the ambiance and looks like it is only place that remain open late into evening. They newly launched Mochi Waffle and Bubble Waffle which are great new addition. I am a regular! I think they should start a loyalty program for customers like us. I cant believe this place is as well reviewed as it is! Nothing in there was sanitary. They were flinging the spatulas all over, there were dirty dishes everywhere, it was a mess. The ice cream was the best part, it was decent, but this place was not good.

One of the best ice creams I ever had, made right in front of me from all natural ingredients in less than 4 min. It showed me that all those chemicals are not needed to create a mouthwatering, flavorful ice cream.This was one of the highlights of my travel to San Francisco.Highly recommend to everyone.

Tried the boba black tea. When I received it I could tell they had just pour hot tea into a cup filled with ice so the whole thing was just a watery mess and the boba looked overcooked just from glancing at the cup the pieces were all mushy. Very disappointed.

I went there for first time this week and I did not know what to expect! The Rolled Ice Cream was amazing, not to sweet, very fresh made with fresh fruit and lactose-free! None-dairy base 🙌I got Purple Rain, so delicious! Next time will try another flavor and also a Boba tea!

Super creamy rolled ice cream, my favorite is the purple rain, it is infused with lavender, taste very floral and refreshing.

First time visit the Glaze Store never seen anything like making ice cream different way. Just have to visit the place. I had Purple Rain Ice Cream lavender, blackberries and honey really tasty. People work there are nice. The place is not about scooping ice cream, more like chopping and glaze ice cream.

Immediately when I came into Glazier with my 6 year old son, all I heard was a guy with a bun and a beard wearing skinny jeans whom I assume is the manager yell at one of his employees. I asked a couple what happened because and of all the noise and distraught he had caused and because it had scared my child, they told me he yelled at one of the Asian female employees because she wanted to serve customers before 9, which is their closing time. It was about 8:50ish I believe and I can’t believe the management is so unprofessional and disrespectful to their employees. If your establishment closes at 9, why yell at the employees for simply trying to serve their customers before the closing time to earn the store some extra money. I honestly can’t believe what I heard. I stayed an extra couple minutes with my son to check if the young lady was ok and once she headed to the back with dirty utensils to clean it I presume, all I heard was more yelling and a huge bang. I think the manager either threw or tried to hit her after yelling at her some more. I personally haven’t tried the ice cream yet because he refused to serve us before closing time but what I can say is that I’m never coming back, unless it is with a lawyer to educate these employees about their work rights. Employees shouldn’t be yelled at, hit on, or have things thrown at them in the back where people cannot see. Don’t support businesses that don’t even support their own employees, it says a lot about their business.

This was a sad experience for ice cream. I could tell all the staff hated each other, and had absolutely no communication between them. My friend got her ice cream, and then I stood there and had to wait awhile because they gave the ice cream they made for me to someone else who ordered after me. This is with one girl making the ice cream, and like 4 staff behind her cleaning, instead of helping her. My friend and I will never get rolled ice cream again, it was pretty miserable.

Hello Google reviews just wanna alert the local San Francisco Union Square area that this was the worst Boba experience I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong the rolled ice cream was really good we got the marshmallow Nutella flavor with Oreos would recommend. But we waited for Boba after paying for said Boba that there was none made when we waited 45 minutes for them to make it but then after 45 minutes they still said they had no Boba to serve us. And then they started making other people’s orders in front of our entire parties order. DONT GO HERE!

This place has the best milk and fruit tea in San Francisco. The store opened just before the pandemic, so hardly anyone knows about them. Also, they are beside Boba Guys, a reputed boba tea brand, which, I am sure impact glaziers sales of teas.However, they stand out for me, as I can get a place to sit and enjoy my drinks and for taste of their drinks.Glazier makes perfect boba, which, for me, is hallmark of legit boba place. It is chewy and delicious and has distinct texture.I ordered Caramel black and Tea Passion for me and my friend in my last visit.They also have mouthwarering rolled ice cream made from real fruits and organic ingredients such as organic matcha and Cacao.This is truly a hidden gem in San Francisco. Please check them out.

Very cute ice cream shop in SF downtown.The ice cream is super tasty! I had Matcha-cha. It’s very flavorful and creamy. I like that it has real berries in it and matcha quality is good. You can’t compare this to regular scooped matcha ice cream that barely has any matcha flavor! I love it, love it, love it!I’m also pleased to see that they worked on the interior a lot and it doesn’t look like many other places. The space is very Insta friendly.

Understaffed and unfortunately not trained. I felt bad for the two girls who were working so hard. But an hour wait for a boba and not getting ending up getting it is not acceptable. In terms of cleanliness, it is not. Trash are full no one is wearing face mask and spoons and straws are out with no covers.

It was really good. I recommend that you go and try it.

The ice creams here are unique! They were made in a different way. I love the ice cream! Its creamy, flavorful, rich, thick and absolutely delicious. The place is pretty and cozy. The staff is very friendly. This is one of my favorite ice cream shops.

First time trying this form of ice cream, clever concept and clean place.I got the Aloha and it was very tasty. I was expecting toppings on it. Some berries and whipped cream would have been better.I only giving 4 stars because the price should have included the toppings and the size of the cup. Overall, it could have been at a lower price.

Hand crafted ice cream ( Hello Marshmello with Oreo cookie, Nutella and Marshmello) made right in front us and served in freshly made waffle cone was delicious.They also serve boba, coffee and snacks.I will come back again and try out other products.

My kids love it.

My family and I decided to take our son around San Francisco. We located this gem. My son and I got the Oreo marshmallows ice cream, my husband got a boba waffle. We waited awhile for the waffle, although they mentioned it would be. My husband assumed it came with a ice cream, although he didnt mention a flavor, I believe he thought he was ordering something that was a pre-made selection, like the rolled ice cream my son and I ordered. So he had asked for a topping of honey and nuts. Anyways, we waited awhile, no biggie. But when he did get the waffle there wasnt any ice cream, which we figured that was our fault, or maybe it doesnt come with it, we just shrugged it off as the waffle smelled really good. But omg, that waffle was really salty. Ive had a lot of other waffles from a few other places like Quicklys, or Dream Ice Cream, and I havent had one this salty. That is the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars. My son and my ice cream was delicious, no complaints. It was just the salty waffle. They did look short staffed and busy, so I will definitely come back to give them another try. Dont let salty waffles keep you from not trying this place. The portions of the ice cream and the toppings are generous.
