Amazing customer service. Staff is super happy to help when shopping.. especially when you dont even know what youre shopping for. I bought a gift for my niece and they offer gift wrapping, they went above and beyond to make it beautiful for her. Great place for kids gifts!

Loved the toy selection for my grandbabies and the membership perks!

My kiddos love to come hear and hang out. Kids being kids have got to test-drive every toy before making a decision and mine love doing just that. They save up their allowance for a new STEM set, and we’ve been pleased thus far. The science kit and the magnetic tiles have really helped them develop fine motor skills and compehension of cause and effect. Plus who doesn’t love some putty. Lol.

I love this place so far! I got the triple dimple and pea-popper the last time I went there. I remember that there weren’t that much fidget toys that time. B I got the ice cream pop it today, and I realized ya’ll restocked with more fidgets! I really recommend it. This place has a variety of different items to buy! My mom was mesmerized about one of the items, hehe. Overall, I rate it 5 stars! DEFINITELY coming here again for more!

The toys were really over priced. Not many fidgits, I only got 5 that where actually fidgit toys. I personally dont recommend it.

I normally love going here but i needed to rant and come on here and rate this store! Every time i have gone they have opened at normal times, i go today and they were open before 10! Google, Maps and their hours on their door all say 10, so how is it i go and they are open before 10! So i call and one of the ladies said they just decided to open early today! Im so upset what is the point of hours if you can’t follow them.

Called the other day to get a squishmallow shipped was told to call the next day to pay and have it shipped out. Was told that they were not shipping in order to serve local customers. Wish they would fulfill the one phone order and then change policy. Very unprofessional to tell a customer they will be receiving a product and then switch what was told.

Really cool store! And the staff is helpful. The prices are higher than, say, Target or amazon, but you also cant find the stuff they have in Target! Not typically anyway. If you want a really cool unique toy, its the place to go.

Was super let down by the small Squishmallow selection here. I visited because I saw online that people would go to learning express and there would be a whole wall plus displays of hundreds of Squishmallows, but when I went with my friends there was only like a handful of styles. If y’all were to expand your selection you’d get a lot more business since they’re all the rage right now.

I justvwent in go take a look. Ive never been to this store but ohh my gosh so many options for every kid range. I found a super fun game called buldzi. Jocelynn was so kind and upbeat and happy to demo the game. She aso demoed astro trash and ask chance to join, he joined with no hesitations and he was also upbeat and sweet. Geat cystoner service. AlsonMonica was sweet when she checked me out. My throat was dry and itchy w myallergies and she kindly gave me a water when i asked if they had any water. Great staff.

The events really set this store apart. I buy more and happily, because I see the way they value children. They have helped me find the perfect gift and explained the differences between the types of doughs, putties and slimes. How they are so happy to do so boggles my parental mind!

Great place to find smart and interesting games, that have a table set up where you can try some of the games. My friend stayed there for a couple of hour had more fun than Main event. If your looking for a place to have fun and not spend to much money its great. I did end up buying 2 game. One called Spot It and the other Déjà vu. Now I bring keep the games in my bag and play them whenever we have time. Its always a good experience.

Cute small local business owned Toy Store! They do free gift wrapping and the employees will even be a personal shopper for you. Most of them have purchased or played with the toys in the store if one employee hasnt played with it someone else has. Grace is very sweet and Madison is very friendly and wonderful at wrapping. So Cute! I absolutely loved my experience here and would always come back. I dont live around here but when Im in town Ill be back!

The staff is very friendly and was helpful in picking out a gift. They have a wide variety of toys for all ages. They even had many nostalgic toys. They gift wrapped the presents free of charge. I really liked how many educational toys and games they had.

Very friendly staff and replies to emails quickly! I was looking for Elf on the Shelf products but everywhere was either sold out or not in stock. They had some on sale at 50% off! I was very pleased when they emailed me that they had the Letters to Santa still on sale. They even had it transferred from the Quarry location by next day for free! I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Prices are the same as other stores. They even have a reward program for future visits. Thanks Lara for all your help! Youll be seeing me soon! =)

Every time we visit San Antonio we always visit this store. They have so many cool childrens toys/books for all different ages. The staff is always friendly and seem to really love what they do. Also they are very knowledgeable and willing to help if you have questions or need help with anything.
