Went there today and had a great time. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Much like the Warhammer community itself there was no belittling since I am new to the game. So glad they had Nuln oil! 😆 definitely will go back to learn more about Age of Sigmar. Ive attached some photos of some of my work that I meant to show while there but my phone had died.

Josh is great. Helpful, tries to give everyone as much of his focus and attention as he can, which can be hard with so many people wanting to chat his head off. Great guy, helped me feel comfortable getting into it all. Im thankful he is a resource for me and helps people hop into the world of Warhammer.

The employee is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. There is a good selection of models for most if not all factions. The paint selection is quite good.

The guy in the store is condescending and not helpful in the slightest. We walked in there, having played Warhammer for all of our lives, and the guy working just laughed at our knowledge and questioned everything. Absolutely rude.

I’ve never been more engaged in the hobby as I have since Josh took over a couple of years back. It’s a great place to paint and hobby and my girlfriend always feels comfortable here. You won’t find “Greasy Comic Shop Owner” here and you’ll just about always leave a better painter than when you arrived. Can’t recommend this place enough.

They are still set up that you cant shop around and ask want you want at the front and they will get it for you. With a Friendly and knowledgeable staff it was a pleasant experience.

This is the best GW store I’ve been to. The games workshop rep Josh is very friendly and helpful to all of those who are looking to get into the hobby/already in the hobby.Wargaming is a very socially engaging hobby, and when people are involved, conflicts arise. However, this store is where you put your differences aside and come together to play some warhammer!PS 1/2K Tuesday is a great idea! If you’re in the shop on a Tuesday, bring a 500pt list in and have some fun!

Its a beautiful store, but cause of covid I wasnt able to brows. Have to know what you want ahead of time. Nonetheless I found something I wanted (Go Chaos Marines). Im sure Ill go back soon.

Staff is very friendly and the store is very well stocked. They are following the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines by having floor marks and the staffer (in my case Josh) will meet you at the counter and help you with anything you need. Contactless payment is also implemented here. Over all great store fully stocked, friendly and competent staff, and with a safety to our clients mindset. You cannot go wrong if with this store.

New to the 40k world and the staff have been nothing but EXCELLENT every time I have come in with a million questions. Josh took a lot of time to give me a bunch of help with painting techniques and what colors I should be using and what resources to use to help me at home while I paint. Cant recommend this store enough for all players, especially the new ones who are interested in getting into the hobby.

Josh (shop manager or owner, Im not sure) seems to always be there, is super friendly and makes great recommendations. My being from out of town, I havent been to a warhammer store in a long time. If you are living in this area, Josh is by far the best guy I have ever had the pleasure of talking about 40k with in a long time. The first thing he told me is that he doesnt try to pressure people to purchase things, he wants to make sure that your happy with what youre buying.Hes also very willing to help out when it comes to modeling and painting, starting at whatever level youre at. Josh, the GW rep that runs the store, is super friendly and helpful. Hes been super patient explaining all the things newcomers need to know to get the most out of playing 40k (since three of us just made the mistake of doing such a thing). Always keep in mind that GW stuff like tools and paints are more expensive, so always check other options like Amazon for cheaper stuff. That being said the selection here is extensive so theyll almost always have what you want.

This store has it all when it comes to Warhammer. Being a factory store, they have the largest selection of products. And for miniatures, they carry all the colors in the GW line. Depending on the day, they also offer demos, painting nights and other evenings where you can hone your wargaming skills and learn tricks to enhance your games with painting and terrain design.

Josh the owner has really good customer service skills. The Gamesworkshop business model is one employee per store and my only complaint is the owner could use a part timer or something similar.

The staff at this place are incredibly knowledgeable, they can tell you everything about age of Sigmar and 40K Warhammer in great detail. I want to know about a ruling youre unsure of? How about suggestions for units to add to your current Army? Or maybe youre completely new to all of this and you have no idea where to start, this place has you covered.The shop will pretty much have everything youd ever need for the games that they sell, in stock, right at the store. And on the rare occasion that they dont have what you want they can order anything you want for MSRP.They also have an extremely wide selection of paints for Miniatures from The Citadel collection as well as tools. That being said I must say 40K as well as age of Sigmar are kind of like the golfing club of table tops. These games are wildly expensive and you can come into the store and expect to pay hundreds of dollars for even a basic Army, and if you want to actually paint that are me and push together youre going to spend probably hundreds of dollars on paints as well if youre not careful or you want big variety.If you know what youre getting into and you have the disposable income to do it then this is definitely a great store to support.

Of course, his job is to sell product, but its also to build the community, and Josh does that by being personable and friendly, but also having little tolerance for negativity. This isnt a bar where the neckbeards hang out and commiserate about the good old days, this is a very newbie-friendly place where people participate in GW hobbies!

Look no further for expert tips on building or customizing your armies! Josh has a couple of gaming tables with fully detailed scenery in the store for 40K players to use. You can check out his fully painted demo models (his painting skills are excellent). Josh also has a small, fully stocked hobby table set up near the front of the store so you can bring in your miniatures and get expert guidance from Josh and other veteran players and hobbyists. If you need GW miniatures in this area this is the place to go. Came in about an hour before they closed and they took their time to help me select the paints I was looking for, for the effects that I wanted.
