The store is awesome! Love all the toys. The service was great.

Location was small but my youngest had the best time going through and looking for any fidget toys she could find.

Employees can be rude and bossy when they are frustrated and do not know how to handle the amount of people in their store. The manager has had interactions with me and has tried to be kind and understanding but I don’t think the message gets transferred well down the chain of command.

The employees need better training in customer service, the older woman working was rude and after our encounter with her we will never go back

I walked in and the manager immediately told my husband and I We dont have any we ignored her because we thought she might be talking to someone else but she came up to us and continued to tell us that she didnt have any squishamals? We didnt ask and werent there for that. The stone oak location is way better inventory wise and especially for customer service.

I came here to look for a gift and had 3 store employees following me everywhere in the store as if I was going to steal. I get that it probably happens but it made my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable with the whole store on me and I still ended up buying a gift because I was on a time limit but the girls working here are weird.

They have every kids dream toys there. It is cheaper than target and very good for the kids to keep their brains going. My baby loves it there.

Why is this called learning express toys?? Had some cool toys but leaning toys- not so much.

Went in the other day looking for squishmallows cause I had seen there live, there limit was horrible and they let scalpers take about everything in stock. Staff and what seemed to be the owner were extremely rude,They literally told me they turned off there phones off cause they were annoyed with so many people calling. Also extremely rude when I had asked if the ones on the counter were for sale and one of the employees snapped at me and said she was waiting to wrap them but as I saw her ringing up a lady for those squishmallows after telling me they had no more and just overall high prices and horrible customer service, go to the learning express at the stone oak amazing service and never have an attitude. Also after watching multiple TikToks I’ve seen that this location has been notifying scalper Facebook pages before the general public.

This place was not ok over crowded no respect for social distancing kids everywhere running freely and customer service was horrible waited in line while others were helped before us SMH just very bad experience

They only had pop its and pea poppers no other fidget toys but the pop its are really good

This store was so cute! They had a ton of mixture of toys and games. They even had about 4 tous that were out for the kids to play with. My little sister loved playing with the Melissa and Doug stuff and the toy train area. Tje staff was amazing and never made us feel rushed. I even was able to find these adorable bingo cards that I used when I was kid. They also had the original litebrite. We dont have kids yet but when we do I will shop at places like this.

I only gave a 3 Rating cause the prices are too high however they have great selections of toys n sensory items for my autistic son

I love this place. They are so nice and went beyond for me. They sent me pictures of items that will benefit my kids with special needs. The order online was quick and called to tell me it was ready. They even delivered at my door at no cost . They put it on my doorstep and text me that they just delivered my items.

Looking all over San Antonio for a kid size guitar and Google led me here. Staff is awesome and very friendly! Even gift wrapped my purchase!! Super impressed! Widefinitely

So I have a 7 yr old and miss shopping at Timeless toys for all my toy needs. I find any excuse to go there, especially for my niece who is one. Its hard, or sometimes impossible to find toys made of wood, that are made in the USA, and arent cheap and plastic. Im lucky to live close to the square, very lucky.

The name of this place is so misleading. I totally thought it would contain actually learning toys as in the kid used in education but no its just a toy store. I walked all around the store and toys look fun and all but whats with the misleading name?

I love that you can give the age and sex of the kiddo you are shopping for and they have great recommendations, plus the wrap!!
