Great customer service super friendly and give great advice

Store staff MADE me place a mask on my 18 Month old before I was able to shop in the store. Also, did not offer a mask at the door, even though she required us to wear them. She was extremely rude. I will NEVER go to this Sallys again. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!

Extremely rude staff. I showed up at 5:58 with my little girl to grab some nail polish really quickly and completely unaware of the 6pm closure. I opened the door and the woman with short grey hair behind the cash wrap rudely said “ma’am we are closed but just a didn’t lock the door. It’s 6oclock.” There was another customer checking out. As a former store owner myself I can’t imagine turning someone away like that especially when other customers were actively in the store. My little girl was so disappointed.I will not be going back.

Staff is so nice. went to the one at thousand oaks and didnt feel welcomed.

Very nice people and always give me a great hair advices .

Bought few items from there for $130. when I went back to return it the next day they refused and said we dont have that much in the register.

Women are not very friendly or knowledgeable . They just want to close on time.
