Im from California, have set up two different accounts (per their request) with them and both accounts have given me issues when placing my order. I have tried to contact them via email multiple times for the same issue, and to see if they can manually place the order me and they have not responded to me. No customer service.

I really love this place. They have wonderful products and a great variety of spa products for professionals. Maria is very kind and super helpful. I love coming in as well as placing my orders online or over the phone. Wonderful customer service and an all around pleasure.
