This place has everything.The wig shop was all nice 100% human hair reasonable prices and the store and hundreds of not 100% hair pieces. braids, extentions & pony tails all lengths & colors.Large selections of nail care stuff, face & hair products, accessories of all kinds. You could spend over an hour in this store just looking.Clean, well merchandised, knowledge & helpful staff.

This place never has good customer service. They dont greet guests or try to be of assistance. I had to seek out 3 different people for assistance and when I brought this up to an employee, they proceeded to speak over me. If you value your hard earned money like I do, I would not recommend conducting business here. Its not worth it.

I have been a shopper at Daily Beauty Supply for at least a period of over five years. I have never had a bad situation. Sunny is very nice and so are the workers. I am always amazed at how they can just take one look at my hair and find the perfect shade! There are tons of options for hair extensions and such. She has a lot of products to choose from and the employees are all very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. The customer service is always very nice. I also like the area where the wigs are. The Covid restrictions were followed. The store is always nice and clean. The only thing I miss is walking in to her two beautiful birds in a huge birdcage talking. Otherwise I will always shop at Daily Beauty Supply.

I had a great experience at Daily Beauty recently. My mother is going through chemo so we came in to get a wig and some scarves and turbans. What could have been a very hard and emotional experience turned out to be fun and so simple, thanks to the help that Gladys gave us! I came to Daily Beauty to get a lace front for an event and was not disappointed. The quality of hair is so much better than other stores around in San Antonio. I felt very welcomed and will come back for my lace front needs.

I have been going to this hair shop for already more then 6 years and till this day it never fails me. They always have exactly what i need. I met an amazing girl there named Gladius. She is so amazing and knows exactly what type of clip in extensions fit me best. If you go to their shop ask for Gladius and she will HOOK YOU UP!!! The owner as well she is awesome. The owner of the business is not the problem, it is one of her employees! The female attendant is the large person who has orange red long hair (probably a wig), and wears heavy make-up. She is the rudest person I have ever been around. I was shopping and overheard her raising her voice at a customer and actually reprimanding her. The customer had been polite to her although, the staff girl was very rude and escalated the incident. She shouted at the lady all the way out the door! That employee is a loud-mouth low-self esteem brat who is an employee and has no business speaking in such a manner and tone to customers! I left disgusted that the owner tolerates this horrible employee.

Quite disappointed. I came here with a friend to help her pick out her first wig. After having to ASK for assistance, the customer service lady was very short and brash with us. When we returned to start looking at wigs, she was consistently reprimanding us for even just wanting to touch the wigs. She was initially helpful with pulling wigs for my friend to try on, but the more my friend tried, the more agitated she seemed to get with us. My tipping point was when she began rushing us along, telling us that the wig section was closing at 6p when the store clearly closed at 7p (according to the door and website). I might have overlooked the rude employee if the prices were competitive, but they were anything but! Its extremely overpriced. Charging almost $200 for a synthetic wig is absurd! My friend and I left and went to Magic Wigs. Not only was the customer service remarkable, the prices were more reasonable (even the wig cap was $.50 vs $1.00 here) and the wig selection was much greater. My friend ended up buying 2 wigs for the price of what they charge for 1. Im sure it goes without saying that I will neither shop here or recommend Daily Beauty Supply to anyone I know, but I also felt so strongly that I dont even want strangers to have such a poor experience or purchase an overpriced wig. Go elsewhere and save your money!

Well, it is a beauty supply store but the prices are pretty high for it to be such. I went to this location because it was the closest one to my house besides the countless Sally Beauty Supply stores around. Just for reference im a POC and Sallys is not the type of store I need for my hair lol. The owner, or person I assumed was such, was very rude and doesnt know personal space. She was directing another customer through the store and nearly ran me over THREE times, not once did she say excuse me or make her presence known. There was a really nice employee however who did walk over and assisted me in finding what I needed, she had the most beautifully vibrant red hair, hair goals right there. Anyways. Find another place to spend your money. The prices are WAYYYY too high, and they arent even labeled so youll just be in shock at the register.

This is your mothers beauty supply store. They have a decent selection of hair, but are completely missing some popular brand. The product selection is adequate but priced a little higher than other locations in town. If you buy wigs in store they do have a nice sized selection in the back of the store.

So I am new to San Antonio, found this shop after searching Google. I was never approached or ask if I needed help until I had to ask who works here, then got help. I bought a texturing kit only to get home to use it and found out after that the kit was not good.Update to my review: Had real bad breakage of the middle of my hair 1 month into using the kit, that I had to cut my hair off in the back and get it tapered. Even 5 months later, Im still trying to get my hair back healthy with my new hairdresser. Please check the expiration date and the product itself before you leave the parking lot.

I really liked going in here but the lady at the wig area is rudely opinionated and made comments that were not fully true about my hair. I like advice and tried to listen but it became overwhelming and degrading. Honestly sounded more hateful than really helping me were I was at. I feel this is bad for business. Not being concerned about the emotional state of others feeds into this worlds depression and how one sees self. Suggestion: correct out of love and understanding from those who asked or want it. And listen. And dont assume...well we all know where that takes us. And last but not least people do not care how much you know over how much you truly care. Input does not have to ride on cutting down another women to get your point across and sales nothing. Smiling and being friendly is a plus when it comes to customer service. Letting the customer make their own decisions...requires patience. I should give you a two on store organization but I will not...I even heard gossip loudly concerning me as I continued to shop. Yeah all thats bad for business. I dont need to look perfect to walk in a beauty supply store to get things that will help maintain or bring to life my desired look...if that was true I would not need to go to a beauty supply store. Everyone is on different page when it comes to their maintenance journey and that is absolutely okay.

My Mom is doing her chemo treatments right now and we needed a second wig. We arrived at the store and immediately were greeted by Gladys! She could not have been nicer and so was so helpful! She helped my Mom find a perfect wig. We also met the owner (female), Im so sorry I didnt get her name but she was a Gem! I went in after getting a bad hair cut. The lady in the wig section was helping another woman. The signs said not to touch the wigs without assistance. So I walked around, browsing until she had a second. She ended up startling me by snapping at me to figure out if I need help or something. I told her my situation and she told me to pick something. Emphasizing not to bother with my color just pick something. When she called in a second woman to help me, I told her the price range I was looking for. At this point, I saw a few within my range I may have been interested in. She literally told me “No, no, no, this is all I have,” gesturing at 5 or 7 short, shiny wigs, in a row. “Everything else is way above your price range, don’t even bother.” Which was not true because the ones I was looking at were well below and on a different shelf. I said thanks and she gave me a scoff, and mhm. So I left.I’ve never purchased a wig before. I’m sorry, but I don’t know how this stuff works. I wasn’t bothering them or anything, I just genuinely needed help. If something I found that I loved was outside of my price range I would have definitely returned to purchase it. But I guarantee that I will never go back to this location. I think I’ll risk my luck and just buy something online.

The store clerks were very friendly. They have a really large selection of products, even from companies you dont see everywhere like Hairfinity. Im going to swing by when Im in the area. Its nice to know theres a store that will probably always have what I need.

I have only been here once, but Sunnys great customer service prompted me to write this review. I went in to purchase hair for my daughters braids. I do not know much about hair and was only expecting to get a lead on the kind of hair I should buy. Sunny explained the type of hair needed and even gave advice on what I should tell the stylist. She was very honest and kind. I will definitely be back to shop for our hair care needs.

I had a wonderful experience looking for a hair topper. I was nervous about trying to find a piece but the customer service at this store is excellent. Gladys made me feel comfortable and good about my decision. She speant a lot of time helping me find the perfect piece and also fixing it so that it matched my curly hair. Gladys is great bc she really cares about what she does and she has the knowledge about hair pieces to find what you want. I highly recommend this store.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this store a try. I didnt expected much and even presumed that I would have to drive across town to my regular beauty supply. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Their selection was great and the staff was extremely helpful. I no longer have to leave my ZIP for hare care products. Theyve earned my business :-)

Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have no clue what they are doing. They told me they matched my hair for some extensions - the match looked off to me, so before I purchased them I told them they color looked off. The girl behind the counter told me she has done this for years and years and thats the correct color. Since I am not experienced in this and this was my first time buying extensions I decided to follow her expert advice. I was told I could bring them back if they did not match. I was able to get in to my hair stylist in the next couple of weeks so she could put them in. She immediately could tell after placing them near my hair that they were off. I went back to exchange the extensions- and I was told this was not possible. They dont accept exchanges even if its their error matching your hair color. And they claim to be experts! When I asked to speak to a manager, after explaining the situation the manager proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers and in broken terrible English that her employees have worked here for years and they dont make mistakes. She proceeded to tell me that this was my fault. Never in my life have I have been treated so poorly by a manager or had such awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else! They clearly dont have what kind of job they do, as long as they make a sale!

Great service here. The lady behind the counter was quick to assist me while looking for a nose ring. And then again to help me find the correct beads for my extensions. They have so much inventory here!

Being a trans female, life can be tough... especially with finding things you like to help you through transition, there are places that can seem as not so transgender friendly places.. but i have to say.. without doubt.. Daily Beauty supply was... just... WONDERFUL!!! i walked in, and walked to the wigs.. and they were just so nice, friendly, upbeat and i cant even go on to say how wonderful their customer service was.. they literally made me feel like VIP treatment when i knew i was just any regular customer.. what ever girl you are.... i dont care.. this place is just... simply... wonnndderrrfuuulll.....

Nice but expensive store. I was going to buy hair there but saw the exact same hair at another hair shop for almost $10 less! My guess is that people on this side of town dont know any better and exclusively shop there and dont do price comparisons or dont mind more than they should.

This was my first time buying a wig, and I came into the store unsure and kind of nervous not knowing what to do or expect. Michelle was the greatest! She was very friendly, helpful, and patient. While she was helping me, several other customers came in, and Michelle handled everyone of us at the same time! I was impressed with her! She stayed friendly and ran that floor like a professional! I will always come here when I need to get this type of product!

Been going to Dailys for many years, best wide selection of African American hair care products. They carry a wide selection of accessories for hair and nails too. Wide range of hair for weaving and braiding. Prices are moderate and they have a wig shop as well.

The woman working there SNAPPED at her and harshly told her she was wasting her time, effectively upsetting my friend enough she doesnt want to interact with any other wig shops. This is a business, so the employees should act like it and speak professionally. If youre a beginner in the wig world, DONT COME HERE.
