It is very clean and organized! There was a women there that helped me out a lot!! She was so sweet and helpful!!! I will be coming back soon!🙂

The service was fast, clerk was friendly, they sold the display wig, it was the last one for thay style. They didnt rush us, as it was a few minutes before closing. The clerk even gave us a small bottle of hand sanitizer, nice touch!

The ladies that work here are very educated on ethnic hair. They are very attentive and professional. Place is clean and organized. Decent prices. However, its the only hair store that I feel Im being watched or followed at all times. Other than that its my favorite store to frequent.

Nicely supplied store. Beauty supply stores often get overstocked and messy but e everything was neat and organized here. They had pretty good selections for drugstores makeup and braid hair & nice welcoming staff.

The cashier, likely the store owner, was very pleasant and friendly! Keep up the good customer service. Its important to your consumers!

I frequent this beauty supply because there are many on town however I bought some hair from the store and it clearly isnt the same as what was advertised. Because I opened the package the owner will not give a refund, discount on new hair or anything. I will never shop at this store again. Putting profit over customer service will always lose.

I always go to this store but not after today.The lady from the front chased me down in the store to ask if I was going to pay for a ball my daughter picked up off the shelf. If I am and she has it, what is the reason to hawk me down an aisle? I put every single thing I planned to buy down and left to spend my money somewhere else.You chased me around the store to ask about a 2.99 BALL with over $40 worth of items in my hands?! Come on now....I was faithful to this store because they’re usually nice, but it was clear today that I was just another black customer in their store. Won’t get a cent from me again.

Gal greeted me upon entering store and asked me if i needed help. Gave great advise on co-washing my hair instead of continuously shampooing.

I have been there qute a few times and have taken my friends there as well.Great selection.I have found the people are helpful but you have to ask, which I like because I don’t like people to hover when I’m looking.

I picked up a tester lip gloss and walked to the next aisle to show my friend the color and the lady from the front counter literally chased me down screaming “you can’t take that!” I don’t know if she’s traumatized from being stolen from before or if she’s just overprotective of her store but she’s losing business either way. I will not be returning.

I just moved to Texas and this was the first hair store I visited. The place was very clean, everything was organized well, associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. They greeted me as I came in and were very friendly. I will never go to another beauty supply store here in Texas.

Zero stars! I am completely shocked and livid at the service I received at this store. I purchase hair for my daughter to get her 1st sew-in for her birthday. She decided she wanted it a little longer so we went back into the store to exchange to hair. The owner and employee were more than happy to exchange to hair for the more expensive hair that night. They took the liberty of taking the hair out and check the hair and said it was fine to exchange it. However my daughter was unsure about what she wanted to do so I told the ladies I will come back by the end of the week. And that I would be purchasing a purse for my daughter that she saw in the store as an additional birthday gift for her. When I arrived back at the store 3 days later the owner greeted me by saying gosh everyone is exchanging hair today. She was agitated by the fact that I came back to exchange the hair as promised. I looked around the store and found some items that would cover the price of the hair. Then the woman decided she no longer would allow me to exchange to hair because magically the net on the hair was missing. Bare in mind I didnt even touch the hair after the other lady had put it back in the package 3 nights before. I was pretty shocked. I actually thought it was a joke. The woman then decided to argue with me about the fact that she cannot take back $65 hair that I cannot use over a piece of 50 cent net that she could have found on any of the sample peices, and tht she probably removed while i was shopping around (i left the hair up there w/her). I did not touch the net didnt even know a net existed! Whatever was in the package was what they put in the package. The hair is in perfect condition but i guess she has fallen on hardtimes since Tuesday night. This lady is a crook. Im really sad to say that this is my 1st time buying from the store and I wont be back. I hate that I had to drive back over here to exchange some hair that magically lost its net and can not be returned. Wow! They could have told me that night if the net was such a big deal. Hopefully that $65 blessed you all because I wont be back. I understand the lady not wanting to lose her job over being honest but integrity goes a long way and karma goes even further. You all will reap what you sew.To the readers: DO NOT make a big purchase from these scam artists, or anything for tht matter. $65 will not hurt me, ive given away more. Hopefully those smart enough to heed my warning are not scammed like i was. You all should be ashamed of yourself. Dont bother responding I do not associate with low-life crooks.

I started coming here but I will NO longer come to this store anymore! I came to the store today just needing needle and thread. I totally forgot I was not gonna be able to use my debit card because Im not purchasing for $5 or more and the thread and needle cost $1.99. I had just came to this store the day before and spent $60 and just forgot to get thread. Nonetheless, I checked my purse and I had $1. 82 of loose change in my purse. I told the owner and his wife thats all I have and I would definitely come back tomorrow and give them the .28 cent but they were so cold about it and said No. I was so disappointed because I have spent over $100 at this store different occasions and they couldnt work with me for .28 cent...WOW! Now that is what you call COLD & EVIL ass human beings. If you are okay with lossing a value customer for .28 cent your business will not be successful. They are money hungry and pretty much dont understand or value customer service. These people said NO about 28 cent with no empathy. They need to understand its the good customer service that makes their business. ..I mean whatever happen to being At a least decent ass human being with a heart. Im so blown away by these people I had to write a review. I would NEVER EVER support this store again!!! I will just go to Hair City (Across from HEB right next to Peter Piper on FM 78) Or the multiple other Beauty Supply stores on Walzem like Magic Beauty. ***DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE***
